Called to ask if they could help me with a bios update free of charge and got talked down to buy a rude woman for even asking. Nah Im goodThey replied to this comment with an unprofessional tone. They called me sad in the reply below and called my mobile to lmk how childish I am. Sorry guys but Im just not feeling it.

Best buy wanted to charge me $69.00 for a charger for my laptop and acted completely clueless about what I needed. ProTech were much more aware and only charged me a little over $20.00 for the same charger.

These folks are so nice and helpful. Half of my computer fried and these guys had it fixed within two days! Best of all, they didnt talk down to me or talk to me like a used car salesman would. Excellent prices, extremely professional, and very friendly atmosphere. Ill be using them for parts now instead of best buy and Amazon for sure.

I ordered a computer over the phone and Steve was very helpful and asked the right questions to get me what I needed. He was patient as I am very computer illiterate. I got my laptop the next day! I live two states over from them. Great Job!! I would highly recommend them.

I Had a sd card with priceless photos and videos of my family go corrupt. Called pro tech and unlike their competitors they told me they wouldnt charge me if they werent able to retrieve any data. To my surprise they recovered all of the data and only charged me twenty dollars. Thank you pro tech for such a wonderful experience.
