Im a professional musician and composer who uses my computer for work, so I dont trust my MacBook to just anyone.Israel and Alex are quick to respond to service inquiries, are usually able to service my Mac right away, and most importantly, they take the time to explain to me EXACTLY whats going on with my device, and in a totally accessible way. I always leave their shop with a little more computer nerd understanding than before!These guys are great, AND theyre wonderful people. 100% recommend JH Computer Repair!

Highly recommended. They were prompt at diagnosing and repairing my Macbook Pro and charged a reasonable price. In fact, the company I work for has a computer repair guy, but after calculating shipping costs and time without my work computer, it made sense to both my boss and I to just have someone local do the work, and I am very glad I did. They offered additional upgrades at the time of service, which I had been thinking about doing myself prior to coming in. I got a price quote, and it was so reasonable that I went ahead and had them do it. They upgraded the RAM and my drive, and now my computer is running much better than before. Additionally, the turn around was quite quick. I will come back for all my electronic repair needs, and I dont hesitate to send friends their way.

I was vacationing in Jackson and my Mac died. I needed to get some files to a client but could not access my external hard drive on a PC. I called JH Computer Repair and Alex said without hesitation that I could use his computer and then he called me to ensure I knew how to get to their office. I was so grateful for their generosity and would recommend them to anyone!

While on vacation, my husband dropped his iPhone 6 plus and cracked the whole face. After calling a few places, we connected with Israel and Alex and they were amazing. We were able to arrange everything via one phone call and multiple texts so that we did not have to interrupt our trip to Yellowestone and Grand Tetons. I would highly recommend JH for service. And they were very affordable as well!

At the cabin for the summer and my maniacal iPhone decided a wonderful opportunity had presented itself and so it had a full blown spell and quit working altogether. As most of you know your phone is your lifeline to all aspects of your life. Anyway I took it to one place that only repairs apple products. They obviously didn’t want to fool with it and told me to visit the AT&T store. All they did was put me on the line to some foreign person I could not understand. I left the store. Finally I called Jackson Hole Computer Repair and took it over to them. Since both other places told me I needed a new phone I figured it was hopeless. But when I went back on Monday it was fixed and ready to go. Hey guys at the other repair store. Dont call yourself a repair shop if you don’t repair. Since it’s obvious you don’t know how then I suggest you pay a visit to the guys at Jackson Hole Computer Repair. I’m sure they would be glad to give you some pointers. I cannot thank them enough for quickly repairing my phone. I may just have to hop a plane and fly to Jackson if I need help with any other of my electronics. And AT&T.You really have awful customer service. You took no notice that I was having trouble with the babbler on the phone nor did you notice that I finally hung up and left. I believe another carrier is in order.

I had gone to another local computer repair shop and was quoted at least $200 for them to look at my computer and address the issue. I went to JH Computer Repair and they told me that it would start at around $120. When they looked at the computer, found out it was an easy repair! They were so great throughout the whole experience and it cost me less than expected.

I had some issues with my trip computer on my bicycle. I went round to JH computer repairs in Jackson as I was passing through and had the issue worked out in next to no time. Extremely fast and friendly service was provided for me and the problem was rectified and fixed to not happen again. Israel is a very smart and kind guy. Cheers!

Israel is a maestro with computers! We are a divided family, half Microsoft/half Mac. He works miracles on both and is extremely fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I was in Central America and having troubles with my Mac and he went out of his way, with no promise to pay or any question of pay to telephone the computer repair place to help troubleshoot and translate the technical Spanish for me. I have recommended him to friends and he has done the same incredible work for them as well. I highly recommend him and his shop! Dont be fooled by the name. The other shop in town has now started putting JH in front of their name and went as far as to mislead me away from JH Computer Repair over the phone. JH Computer Repair is the best in town!

Israel is the man!! Superb in every way! He fixed two iPhones at 5:58pm on Monday, and now they are both good as new. He worked so fast we only had time to drink 1 beer while we waited! Highly highly reccomended.

Visited from Scotland in September. Had to find somewhere to get my iPhone screen replaced. Expensive repair and had issues with the phone when I got home. Had to get the screen replaced again and was told the reason I couldnt use my phone was because a cheap copy screen has been put on my phone instead of an original piece of glass. Avoid this company.

Very helpful dealing with a Microsoft Surface Pro

My girlfriend dropped her phone and had to get the screen replaced. Israel had it fixed the same day and had it waiting for us.

Simply mac said I would have to send it in and pay $600-820 to fix my computer, then I took it to JH computer repair and they fixed it in a day and charged me $120.
