Super neat and clean place. Organized real well and had quite an easy time differentiating where I needed to go without having to walk the whole store confused

Do not go here to get lamination done. Its not clear.its foggy is what they say. I went to go pick my piece up because I was told it would be done at a certain time. I went an hour later just in case it wasnt done yet from expected time its a good thing I made the wasted trip to pick up piece that was done and it did not go through the process yet!!! Needles to say I did not get it done....

I came to the Office Max print department to get information on how to have a laminated bookmark made for my husbands memorial. Amanda explained how to proceed. Amanda was helpful and professional. I got her the information and she promptly emailed me a rough draft. Then she took great care in making sure the details were exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Amanda and the quality of her work. I was blown away at the finished product, way beyond my expectations. She helped me honor my late husband and everyone at the service commented on how beautiful the bookmarks are. Anyone that wants professional and caring service for their printing needs should see Amanda at Office Max. Any future printing needs of mine will be filled by her. What a gem. The company is fortunate to have her as an employee

Manager needs serious evaluation why would I buy an office chair for full price a demo that is loose screws falling apart and then wants me to pay for assembly fee dont buy this chair its safe

Nice, clean store. I had an issue finding something but received help from a manager and even offered to make things right with a price when it was found that my wife was told the wrong information over the phone. Would recommend shopping here.

I really liked the custom printing service at this store before it was acquired by ... Office Depot.Since this takeover the service has been super slow, and the new clerks are not very pleasant. Love the old manager-she was super.Now I cant even get the print clerks to answer the phone! I tried them twice this morning on May 28 3015 and finally the guy answering the main phone (Tyler) apologized for them keeping me on hold and never answering. He said they were a little too busy.They are too busy to even answer the phone? That;s really rude to loyal customers. I would suggest the main phone guy be given more training so he can be of more help; in pricing & scheduling jobs... as they just lost a large monthly print job.Ill go elsewhere from now on.

They have just about everything. Easy parking. Some employees friendly and some not so much mostly good prices. Overall pretty good

Cashier and Manager were very friendly and helpful. Also, we were able to negotiate the price on some clearance items. Very good experience.

Great place lots of help and have almost everything

I’ve gone to this store twice; once to get some supplies and another to shop an item Fed Ex. I’ve had horrible service both times. When I purchased items, the cashier was extremely rude because I wouldn’t sign up for their frequent buyer program. The second time, I totally confused the associate at the fed ex desk with my prepaid label! I’ll gladly find another place to get my office supplies and shipping needs.

Quick and easy to get doc printed. In and out

Waited over 30 minutes to fax an item because they were having issues. Only two employees were on floor because they were short staffed. Got really busy so they couldnt help. Two managers however were walking around doing nothing but eying us like we were going to steel. Kept watching us like a hawk rather than helping the staff who clearly had idea what they were doing. Wont he coning here again. This place is a joke.

Better prices for office supplies

Staff seems more than knowledgeable. I havent seen any employee smile at this store in two years though.

Slow service in copy center. They generally dont acknowledge you unless they have nothing going on. Very inefficient but they eventually get the job done.
