The sectional couch I got from them 2 weeks ago I found out yesterday after making my weekly payment had bedbugs I called them and they basically told me the couch didnt have them but that my house did which I know is a lie so I would !!BEWARE!! Of this place to rent to own

This is a current complaint about nicole with the blond weave at rent a center. She is very unprofessional and I paid for a new product that had never even been plugged up by them just because it was new. I get it and it it was automatically making noises. She never tried to solve the problem but instead have a attitude problem with the customer. This is the worst place ever i recommend bestway or aarons. They are crooks in disguise!!!!! Pleaseee Runnnnnn
