Saw a deal online almost to good to be true and came in to find out if it was, and I am very glad that I did. Even though there was none of the products shown online on the showroom floor,after a quick inquiry to the staff I was brought to a rack. Even allowed a curbside pick up and helped load it into my vehicle. Great service!! Will be back for future great deals.
The very nice woman working at pick-up was the only good part of my experience. The website is broken as heck and tried to send me an hour away to another store for my pickup??? Im not driving to Memphis and Im not going to stand there and re-order my item so I can be double charged for the 24-72 hours it takes for my original order to be cancelled. Very disappointed that the best buy site couldnt just say unavailable instead of putting me through this nonsense. I wont be trying that again.
I came in today and the worker was so Kind m, Helpful a d Patient. I think his name was Chris. My purchase was at 3:25 today. He helped me with and to pick a CD player for my car. He ordered it and will install on Tuesday. I am so Grateful.
They kept saying an item I wanted was out of stock, even though online showed it was in stock. A lady at customer service finally checked and I was able to purchase it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They don’t even bother checking their inventory. They just say it’s not in stock. Not sure what the rationale behind that is, but it’s very inconvenient.
Im sad to say, that this particular Best Buy needs help. Some of the employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable. Ive had 2 unfortunate experiences with them.....one with in-house Geek Squad. Another with the computer dept. employees that took 3 trips back to resolve incorrect charges for what should have been a simple purchase. It seems that the employees need much more training. I have had one positive interaction with a Geek Squad rep who came to the home to resolve an issue. He was able to fix what 2 online Geek Squad agents could not. I would recommend him.
My husband went into store #275 in Little Rock Arkansas to purchase a smart TV while we were out of town and to his disappointment the TV stock was very low and the majority of what was in stock was mislabeled and reflected inaccurate pricing. If it hadnt been for manager,Treva, he would have walked out empty handed. She was helpful and gave excellent customer service and was able to find a product that met our needs. Thank you Treva for your hard work and care to the customers. You were very much appreciated.

I recently took my elderly mother here to get a new phone. Most of the staff is friendly and it is a wide selection of item but the reason for me giving 2 stars is because some of the employees are not very knowledgeable regarding the extra stock that is on hand in storage. Also my mother and I had an unpleasant experience with a lead. As we were walking towards the tvs, a short African American man, which appeared to be a team lead, walked by a told us excuse you in a rude way. We did not bump into him or anything. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I have no idea what the hiring process is for best buy, in order for someone to have a lead position but it needs to change.

Just like the rest of the country they are short-handed. The people that were working seem to really care about their job and went out of their way to help as many people as they could. If I didnt have to wait so long for help, I would have gave them five stars.
No zeros avil. Called after working around the transfer hold mess of 45 min. Got a young man named Trey. 30 min of him not answering my question. Rudeness and with intent trying to hang up on me. He put me back on hold to transfer me to a printer specialists. Which I asked for my first go round. Still on hold as I am trying this. Lets see who picks up.... Poor customer service. Im ready for a nap. Peter answered and he was professional and helpful. Someone should train the first Trey and Peter should do the training. I would change the rating because of the second young man however maybe that review and writing would get them to read this entire post.
Brad Owen the Verizon Sales Rep at the Jackson, TN Best Buy provided us with excellent customer service. He answered our questions and was knowledgeable about the product and process. He is a great asset to Best Buy and if you need new tech, hes the guy to see!

The staff wont talk to you unless you wear a mask which actually encouraged me not to wear one because I thought Id be able to do my browsing in peace. Turned out to he a waste of time though because the items I was looking for they either didnt have or the selection was poor and I ended up having to go somewhere else anyway.

Im not a fan of Best Buy, but they have the electronics I need for a reasonable price. The customer service is about the worst. You walk in & no one acknowledges you. You can look at an item & be ignored for a long time. If you want help, you have to almost chase somebody down; if you can find them.

Used the services of Geek Squad for issues I was having with my home entertainment system and the Harmony remote. I have used BB/GEEK several times in the past in fact I have a annual service contract. This time the tech sent was Erin Noel...when he left I was blown away at how much better the equipment sounded and worked. Erin took the time to carefully educate me on features, options, and operation. Erin made a number of program changes everything now operates as it should have 3 yrs ago.
Its a typical Best buy store. Nothing is outstanding from other Best Buy stores that you can visit in this country. No complaining, too.My personal experience is to use my own as the Best resource, and not replying on the sale people here. Do you research, do you homework. It will take more time, but you will feel confident in your decision. You will also be able to tell yourself if a sale people is BS about some brand.I have myself confronted the bb people a couple times because they gave me debatable information. Thats fine. Its their job and I respect that.This is a good store to visit for any kind of electrical devices, but be mindful and critical of whatever you are told.
Like everywhere they are short handed & not got the nicest people working. Smiles & a few people happy to have job has went out the door these days.
Cameron at best buy was the best. We ordered our stuff online for two double din radios and the installation kits and wire kits reverse cameras handfree controls and steering wheel controls for my 2013 Z71 and my wifes 2010 Toyota matrix. They had everything in stock except the radios. Cameron made sure that we would get our radios within the next week and took total and complete control of the issue. For now on when I go to best buy I will have him and only him take care of me. The first guy Adam that was gonna help me was a complete A hole and rude. I dont know how he even still has a job there, management really needs to get that guy out of there or do something to fix his attitude.

A little frustrating as their website hours and availability did not match reality. The store was not open as the website indicated, it was only curbside business only. I had to order from my phone on the fly, wait and then they brought it to my vehicle. I would have just ordered and had it shipped to my house had their information been accurate.

I went in looking for things they said were in stock they couldn’t find anything. i was then told to come back in an hour and my online order would be ready. i have been sitting here waiting on it for over 2 hours. i have tried calling repeatedly and NO ONE will answer the phone.

You know Im always in search of the missing customer service. Well best buy has no sign of it. In fact the treatment I received, guy playing on the computer the entire 20 minutes I stood in the car audio dept. And the 3 employees i made eye contact with and lifted my hand trying to call one over, leads me to believe this best buy location has never been blessed with the magical customer service fairy. Need I say I left empty handed and have since in the week since my visit have spent over 550$ on car audio that best buy could have gotten . step it up guys its not that hard to help.
Came here to see the Geek squad for help with my laptop & was informed an appt was required (website only recommends an appt). Came back on appt day only to find out that my laptop is too old for them to diagnose. (This after driving 45 min twice!) Will, the Geek Sq fella, did let me borrow a power cord & set me up to see if my laptop would charge. The store has a weird vibe with the greeter asking what you need help with & setting customers up with blue shirts. I felt funny wandering the store unaccompanied (while letting the laptop charge).
Salesperson was very helpful. Answered all questions. She even carried the tv out to car.
Had an install done on my truck. Was met promptly and politely by the tech. I went into the store to browse while the work was being done and while doing so looked at a new phone. The salesperson that greeted me was I believed named Gracie. She was extremely knowledgeable impatiently went through the features of the phone I chose to look at. I was contacted by the technician that my installation was complete he explained the work that he did and completed my transaction. Overall an A+ retail experience.

I HAD GEEK SQUAD SET MY COMPUTER UP AND ITS NOW CONNECTED TO SOMEONE NAMED KIMS ACCOUNT AND NOW IM TOLD THAT IN ORDER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM IN ORDER TO HAVE THIS FIXED.PROBLEM IS THE COMPUTER WAS PURCHASED AT THE STORE NEVER LEFT THE STORE FOR A WEEK AFTER PURCHASE BECAUSE AT THE TME OF PURCHASE IT WENT FROM THE STOCK ROOM TO THE REGISTER TO THE GEEK SQUAD SO WHO IS KIM AND THE ONLY WAY KIMS INFO WAS PUT ON MY COMPUTER FOR THE GEEK SQUAD TO DO SO.SO NOW IM WORRIED THAT KIM IS AT HOME WAITING ON A CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER TO COME THROUGH JUST under $2,000 SPENT ON THIS PURCHASE AND THE ANSWER IS IF YOU WANT IT FIXED MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT IT MAY TAKE A WEEK OR MORE.I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICES FOR A WHOLE YEARS UP FRONT JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE NAME KIM INFO INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER
Seems that some products are not available when you need them.
Best buy may not be the cheapest place to by electronics but its got the best top of the line products.

Staff super friendly that was helping me. They did not have many of what I wanted in the store. They had to mail me what I did buy. Could have Amazoned it and saved the gas.. I didnt to finish shopping because they were close to closing. The manager was asking me to leave even though I spent more than 1k dollars on that visit and they were closing early. Save yourself some time and hit up Amazon.

I can deal with overpriced because sometimes I dont want to wait 2 days for Amazon to ship me that half priced...well anything that best buy has.But the part that really has me laughing is they close at 7 p.m. I guess covid only comes out after 7 p.m. ? And no they are not staying to clean anything...sat n watched every single employee leave soooo...yea 🤯

I ordered online and my package was given to someone else. Signed by a name I dont even know when I asked for help they said there was nothing they could do. Didnt even act like they cared. So they took my money and I didnt receive the item. Than few months back I decided to do curbside pick up. Sent my bf they didnt give him the item because he didnt have an id ( screen shot of order number) however they still charged me. 50$ I called customer service nope they couldnt do anything. I chatted with someone online nothing. I called the number on my bill and still nothing. Reported a fruad report made a case and issue not resolved. Took my money again no item. Wont ever purchase from them online again. Nothing like Target, amazon, and Walmart they always resolve any issues or at least try to help. Best buy doesnt care for you just wants your money. Doesnt care whether you even got your product. Will charge you anyway!!

I ordered a car radio to be delivered 2 day shipping. Got a notification on the day of delivery that it is delayed and rescheduled delivery date is a week later. Usually not a problem, but I ordered from them on this because of the delivery date. Contacted customer service ( which was another 45 minutes of my time) to try to cancel or change the order, but neither could be done. Even offered to drive 40 minutes to pickup in store, but that could be accomplished either. Only option they could give to get by the date I need was to go purchase another and return the one I have already paid for when it arrives. Putting me driving 2 times 40 minutes to a store during corona for this item. I will never do business with this store again and I suggest you find an alternative place to shop also. May I suggest a local shop, amazon, or anywhere else.
Went in to pick up a new wireless mouse. Found an open boxed one with three prices on it. They honored the lower price on it due to the confusion it created when they didnt have to.

Does not open until 10 AM. Advertising that they price match but when I told them that I could get an item cheaper at another store they did not offer to match. The associate that helped me would not get 10 feet from me so I had to repeat everything I said.
If you check around they usually have a very competitive if not lower price than other electronics retailers.
I went there to purchase a TV and arrange installation. At first I was annoyed to have to wait outside for a person to exit but upon entering I was asked what I was looking for at which point a trained/skilled sales person was assigned to me and escorted me to the video/tv section while conversing. THIS was the best shopping experience I have had in sometime!
