Awesome place to shop! Employees are helpful & friendly!!!

I dont go to shoe carnival very often, however I couldnt avoid it today due to the need for dress shoes for a wedding. The customer service was terrible. I had to seek help twice to get shoes down from a top shelf and each time it felt like I was a huge bother to the employees. There was never any greetings or smiles, and after working in customer service for many years myself.. its a shame to see such a situation. I will be avoiding that store as much as possible.

You cant beat their bogos. If you take a bongo you could probably beat that instead. They might run you out of the store for beating your Bongo but then again they probably would let you shop for shoes first. They have lots of shoes at the store. I didnt buy any. My wife and daughters bought so many shoes that I had to pawn my Bongo.

Shoe carnival has a great selection of shoes and their prices cant even be beat by eBay and Amazon. Sales associates are more than helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the deals deals deals. Shoe carnival has the shoe you need. Or boots or sandals or flip-flops. They even have socks and shoestrings, imagine that!

They didnt have the shoes I needed in the store. But able to order for. Both girls were helpful and kind.

Do not shop at this place. The only reason I gave them a 1 is because there is no 0. First of all, The atmosphere is wrong and the shoes are over priced. My co worker told me she was done with this place but I wanted to go for myself. I had a budget of about $150. I took my time looking for a good walking shoe. I decided on a pair. I noticed as I was walking around, there was this off looking young white girl watching me. She never asked to help. She was more concerned if I was going to take the shoes. No one wants these over priced ratchet shoes. I was in the store on 9/14/19. Around 1 pm. I will contact the corporate office. I went to the shoe show in the mall in stead. They are reasonable and friendly. Again!! Get rid of the shoe Carnival in Jackson TN!!!!!

Great environment and mostly great staff, however one employee is extremely rude, and I had a horrible time while making my payment, very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend staying away from an employee named Chazney, definitely not someone you’d want to checkout with, if you see her I’d highly recommend staying away and asking for a different cashier!

The staff is always real friendly and helpful. Its well stocked, organized, and clean. They also have a restroom which was a nice suprise. You can almost always find what youre looking for and at a good price. I love that they have a large selection of prices, quality, brands, and styles.

Like the selection and the buy 1, get 2nd pair 1/2 off, is ccx always nice. My only complaint is there is not a lot of selection if you have big feet, like mine. I need 14 or 15, and finding that size us difficult. Selection is minimal.

Didnt find any or many new styles. Had just an average selection They were definitely geared to familys and thats not a bad thing just not what I am looking for

Did not have many shoe sizes no one ask to help you. Clerks wanted to talk to other clerks or on their cell phone.when ask if they carried a brand was told to look,around they did not know

Not a lot of shoes in my size for the ones I wanted. The prices for the quality of some brands seem a little high. The staff are working hard to assist and give you time to think on your own if you need less help. Can be busy at times.

They had what I needed, but customer service sucks. A welcome and assistance wouldve been nice.

Went there looking for dc shoes the website said they had em. Got there they told me they didnt carry them. Then while I was in there one of the employees was talking to a customer he asked if they had any Jordans in there and she said no we dont carry the high-class Nikes we carry the broker versions of Nikes for people who cant afford Jordans I found that very offencive
