Second pair of boots from Genco, Andy is great to work with. Pay a little more up front for the Red Wings, but I got 2-1/2 years out of them. Still comfortable, just had the toe giving out on one of them

Better boots can be found at goodwill, way over priced shop online.Owner also recently called someone 22+ times in 2 hours acting like a maniac, dont shop here if you love your rights and freedoms.

Wont honor his warranty. My boots stay unwearable. Because of his fake warranty.

Completely unprofessional. Resorts to harassment by leaving threats on another guys voicemail which he should be sued for. Emotionally quotient is about a 3rd grade level. Stay away from this guy.

The men in my family have been using this place since before I can remember and for good reason. I have used them on multiple occasions myself. They even have on file what my father and my uncle purchased from them on each of their first visits! Great service, by far above what you would expect!

Have been a customer for 15yrs now and have been wearing the same Red Wing model (608) pretty much the whole time. Always top notch salesmanship, perfect repairs (rarely needed), and highly knowledgeable. Just recently needed safety toe boots and really dont care for safety toe in general, but Andy (the owner) turned me on to the Red Wing 2280. Man these things are awesome!!!!! They have a large toe box area called king toe. You cant even tell there’re safety toe, perfect out of the box, feel like they are broken in from the first time wearing! Perfect recommendation, thanks!
