I had a totally wonderful shopping experience while I was there. Kiera helped me find just what I was looking for and answered every question I had about the products. Michelle was the lovely cashier behind the register and was very courteous and professional. Even though she was wearing a mask I could tell she had the biggest and friendliest smile ever. I will definitely be back the next time I need work boots and belts.

Boot Barn I-55 North Frontage Road is my spot. They have very good customer service. Everyone that works there is very cool and they get what you ask for.

Brandy went above and beyond of what I was expecting. I told her where I was going. she took the initiative to call to see if they had what I wanted in stock they too sold out. She proceeded the equivalent of what I was asking for. I ended up purchasing her recommendation and Im thankful. She saved me time and money.

They gave me two different boots somehow. When I went back to return them they tried to tell me that I couldn’t return them because they would never let anyone leave with two different boots. They only let me return them because it was clear they gave me two different boots on the cameras.
