The staff is great, large selection of hats that can be customized in the store ad you wait.

Knowledgable staff, great service and its locally owned! They have a unique variety of products. I found myself a true western hat with a porcupine quill hatband. Looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful family owned business! Very cool western cowboy hats and beautiful boots you cant find anywhere else! The staff was so friendly and helped us figure out the rest of our trip. Loved their turquoise and some neat Onyx vases for flowers. We spent hours there! Visit this place for sure!

Amazing experience at this super friendly locally owned Hat & Boots company. They have a huge selection and everyone in family walked out with some cool new look. The staff is so personable and helpful!! We are going back for gifts! Also found some antler and onyx for our house!

No sizes and space cadet employees

They did some great work. We had a bit of time before our flight back to NY and I wanted an authentic Stetson from WY. We went in a told them of our time crunch and they got right to work. They fitted me and I have them an idea of how I wanted my hat bent and went on my way. A week later, my hat arrived in NYC and I couldn’t be happier with it.

The staff here is polite, patient and knowledgeable. I bought my first cowboy hat here - a John Wayne Resistol. The owner helped me get rid of the flash hatband and applied a more Duke-appropriate leather one. They brushed the hat off so it looked brand new and sent me on my way. It was a great experience!

Not following ordinance - employees do not wear masks. This endangers customers in a high traffic at-risk community, it is very unsafe for folks with limited immune systems. Too bad, would love to be purchasing here.

Very helpful and reasonable prices. I bought a 6x hat and band and had it custom sized and fit, waterproofed and hardened all under $300. Very cool store display and design as well.

Always like to wander into this store when i visit Jackson. My brother bought a cowboy hat made from baver and it was wonderful priced. The boot selection is also wonderful and so are the wallets and belts for men.

Best place to select a hat. We have been traveling 3 weeks in US and this was the best place to select the proper hat.
