Not trying to be negative or anything!!! But on google u r advertised to be open 24 hours. May wanna fix that. Thats what caught our attention and me n my spouse are night ppl so we drove out from fort worth to see this just for fun but to find out it wasnt let alone it was also hard to find as there r several businesses in the same building!!! Iso may want to fix your hours of business on google! Have a great day!

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Owner was extremely rude and know little about customer service. While I was looking for a wig she interrupted me and told me she had to go, so I left and will not be back. Please spend your money where you are wanted and feeling comfortable. The ones who left good reviews are probably her friends or of her culture!

POISON IVY is clearly not my real name. Your cheap stiff wigs were put on the floor because there was nowhere for me to sit and try on what I was purchasing. And exactly what customers were you referring about because not a soul entered your establishment. I came to support black businesses and you sent me back to the Asians. Thanks for running me off because I found TWO great affordable wigs elsewhere! I didn’t have to sit on their floor because they had chairs and a mirror for me to try on what I WAS PURCHASING WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! And yes I was in their establishment over 30 mins and they didn’t run me off!! Anyone that decides to read these comments can see you are very unprofessional and bitter! You the one that need help. And I genuinely hope you get it.

I am so thankful this place was open and the owner was so sweet and kind to me! She even went an extra step to find exactly what I needed for my hair and educated me on what i needed to know. I dont know why anyone left a negative review this lady is an angel!

I just wanted to say that I was on my way to this establishment when I read these reviews but more importantly the owner’s replies. I just want to say this to the owner…..I won’t be spending my money here because I truly do believe you are supposed to treat all god’s children as you expect to be treated….but you are treating these people poorly due to their opinions that they are entitled to. The owner is such a sweet lady. She has everything I needed to get my hair done . She will wash your hair and suggest good products for black hair. Also, her price is the best I’ve seen so far. Maybe these people with negative reviews was rude to her. Don’t treat people how you don’t want to be treated.

Let me say this on a Sunday I was blessed that she was open she had what I need im grateful the owner was very nice idk why this place has bad reviews but you cant please everyone... will definitely be back Thank you again

Called and asked how to get there she was very…. Unprofessional… then when I found it there was no one there. Just awesome.

Owners vibes is off... I’m sure she will come on here and curse me out too. Please read the reviews you can tell who you’re dealing with per her responses to EVERY bad review. There are other black owned beauty supply stores. But just as this one their customer service needs work. I’ll pay a $ extra but just give people the ability to support you without attitude.

I called in advance to be sure she had what I needed. I drove 15min in the rain and morning traffic to come here. I show up, and see it’s an office lot. I called for directions and to ask that I was in the right place, she says yes, just come inside.. there’s no signing or anything to let you know you’re in the right place. I just so happens to go through the right door and headed inside. This is NOT your average “beauty supply”, it’s a hole in the wall space. So I walk in and the lady is looking around “confused”. I say “ Hi, I called about the Barbercide”. I could tell by how she was looking, most likely she didn’t have it, instead of saying no I don’t have it she ignores me and continues to look around. I ask again, and then she says I’m looking. She walks across into another room looks in there for a few seconds and then says she doesn’t have it. Really??I wouldn’t have cared much if I didn’t have to go through the hassle to get here and I didn’t call in advance. BUT I DID! She didn’t even apologize or seem to care she wasted my time. I just walked out.. her place is unorganized and she’s clearly unprofessional.

Its nice supporting my people in their business, its a 24hrs beauty supply. My needs are met anytime that I come to this store. The beauty supply is located next to Walgreens.

I have not yet been to this store and I honestly don’t think I ever will. I can tell by reading the reviews and how the owner replies back to customers just expressing their experience that I want no parts in this company, place or whatever you want to call it. Very very unprofessional.

Horrible service she claims to be so godly and calls you her friend but out of no where refuses service to a loyal respectful consistent customer who has always been a wonderful client from years ago. She would rather provide service to nasty customers obviously because I never did anything wrong to her. God bless you trust me I will never be back again youve lost a wonderful customer. And yes im talking about LOLA and all the reviews are correct you are very unprofessional. Im so happy God showed me who you really are definitely not who you pretend to be. But see me im a true genuine person thats why God continues to bless me. You would rather chase after no good customers down the street but refuse service from a good person like me makes no sense.

It was easy to find she had exactly what I needed half through bleaching my dress and she even had the bleach brand I wanted she was nice took card and cash and even gave a bag if you know how to navigate an office building it’s pretty self explanatory

How is google gonna say your open 24 hours then you be closed

My first wig came from Lola and i loved it.she is currently doing my braids now and she had the hair I need to do my braids.ladies come to her she is fast and affordable

It seems the owner or employees are very rude in these ratings. These replies are so ghetto. I will never go there and I need hair right now... I will wait until other stores open tomorrow.

Good customer service and I was able to get all I needed to get my hair done.

I knew a 24 hour beauty supply was too good to be true. This is not even a real beauty supply store. It seems to be located inside of building in a suite that is hard to locate. I got up early to get some braiding hair before my 9am hair appointment and was late for it looking for whatever this is. I called and asked where it was and she tells me it right next to Walgreens... There is no visible sign for it at all. Then I ask is it in the parking lot with the small autoplex and barbershop and she say yes come in the building... I go in the building and get to the suite 190 and the lights are off!!! I have never had to search this hard for a beauty supply store in my life! I cant imagine a full beauty supply store in a suite anyway.... I dont know what this is but beauty supply store is not it! I woke up early to still be late for my appointment smdh... The lady couldve came out and showed me where it was. Anyway on top of that when I went inside the building my phone lost all mobile connection! I would not recommend this trip here!Update to owner: I received your text message about your response. Do not call or text my number again. It is extremely unprofessional of you to call me a liar because nothing in my review is a lie. There is absolutely no reason for me to lie on your horrible service and that is the reason you already had a negative review because its true. People will see for themselves that my review is accurate. Do not deflect your issues on me because had I came here a few days earlier it would have been the same problem. You would have still given unclear directions and there still wouldnt be anything marked from the outside to identify where this place is. Hopefully when they finally arrive at suite 190 the lights will be on. I sure did leave to go to my appointment because I got tired of wasting my time here.
