I started back coming to this location about 4 months ago & Lilly has been my waxer since. She is an AMAZING waxer!! She makes me feel very comfortable & my waxes with her has been less painful than any other because she implements the breathing technique while waxing ! 10/10 highly recommend Lily !!!! The receptionist at this location are also ALWAYS so nice and welcoming and willing to schedule you an appointment whenever I’m need of one !

Would give less if I could. Went there all the way from Addison because they said they had an appointment for 4:15 - arrived 5 mins earlier. The lady at the front desk was pretty sweet - but told me they didn’t have another appointment until 4:45pm. I said I’d wait and make a phone call to make sure. As I was on an important work call — two other employees came from behind and said they had suddenly gotten free and kept talking over my call and were getting visibly annoyed at me when I clearly mentioned I needed a minute to finish up my call.I canceled the appointment and walked out. Very unprofessional and rude.I have a wax pass here because i usually have such a great experience at other centers. Very disappointed.

My first time here was great for being my first time I love it. I got the Brazilian Wax I went with Felicia and she did a great job. Love how she made my first time experience feel great she really makes you feel comfortable and the process goes really fast. If it’s your first time I recommend to go here and get your wax with Felicia.

5/5 for the bikini wax; there were no issues besides it hurting, as usual. 2/5 for the service. The girl at the front desk Monday evening was very kind and informative. The woman that did my wax couldnt have cared less. She had to have been having a bad day because she was so impersonal. I told her to tell me when she was pulling off the wax and that I am a bit anxious about the pain -she didnt care, she just pulled when she wanted and was not personable at all! Ill probably try another location or make sure I have a different technician next time I go.

It was my first time here today and I had Monay as my waxer! She was super sweet, personable, and did a great job on my wax. Not to mention she really tried her best to make me comfortable. 🖤 I would recommend her to anyone!

I had the best wax I’ve ever had in my life with Felicia. I am really, really sensitive to pain and she made sure there was plenty of powder so it was practically painless. I’m SO grateful.Also, I really appreciated that I didn’t feel like I had to talk the whole time. She’s okay with chatting but also just doing her job efficiently without conversation. Truly my best waxing experience. If you’re someone who wants someone professional with perfect bedside manners, then I would recommend Felicia.

Ive been to so many different locations, even in multiple other states, and this was the BEST wax Ive had at any of them.

I was early for my appointment by 10 minutes and they checked me in and due to Covid restrictions asked me to wait outside until they are ready. I saw a chair in their lobby in the far corner and asked if I could wait there she said no. I stepped outside. When I was called in, I saw a lady waiting in the very same chair, I dint care..walked in and got the service I requested. When I came back out to pay, I did the payment n I was requesting my uber(which takes less than a minutes) and I was doing this with at least 10ft distance and she asked me to leave. I think she was really rude considering another lady was sitting there for at-least 3 min. She told me twice that I needed to leave in a span of 30 seconds. I’ve been to other Europe wax centers and none of them are this way.

Just moved here 8 days ago from KC! First place I tried as a first time waxer! Felicia did my Brazilian & eyebrows! Absolutely 100% pleased! Shes incredible for first timers or anyone for that matter!! Very clean establishment, friendly, and professional staff!! Already booked my next appointment!! I made an 11:45 appointment and when I pulled the location the next day it said they open at 12 so I was confused. I was told I missed my appointment and had reschedule for another day, very annoying

Charged me for a full face wax when I only got my chin done and wouldnt change it or refund the difference. Monay the wax specialist I had was good, but unfortunately I will not be going back.

My original waxer Katie rushed and didnt put any effort into doing a good job. Went back and got another waxer Lily. She was awesome. Very attentive making sure I was I would be satisfied. She recommended products and offered suggestions for next visit.

Katie was absolutely amazing! She is very educated, experienced, and she took her time. Her communication skills were great! She made me feel very comfortable and made me laugh. My overall experience was great! Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first time getting waxed and I was terrified but Katie made me first experience so positive and one to remember

This place is has a unique ambiance. I got my eyebrows done here with Monique. She took time with us and answered all the questions. I usually get threading done and Im very specific on what i like. Here, they use a hard wax which dries and peels off quickly. It took a little bit less time. If I didnt like the shape, they said i could come back in 5 days, but I felt it was fine. Overall a pleasant experience.

I was super impressed that they offer a free wax on your first visit! The staff at the front desk is really very friendly and welcoming and the facility is super clean. That is exactly why I went back for round 2! I had Kim my second time and she was fantastic!!! She is very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease right away. Also she is QUICK which is appreciated :) I already booked my 3rd appointment. Will definitely be referring friends here- they are great.

Excellent service!!! I definitely recommend European Wax Center. The wax they use works really good. The girls are friendly and very professional. The place is kept very clean!!The price is reasonable and Daisy was very thorough. I had tried the Bee Wax and it tore up my skin, I was sore for two days. I must say that my experience was pain-free and I was not sore the next day. Very pleased!!!!

I went back after the temporary shut down and they are going above and beyond to make sure all safety and sanitation guidelines are being followed. Really impressive!

I was really excited to go and get waxed. My sister said that the wax they use does not require them to use a wax strip and its not nearly as painful as waxing with the strips. I am super sensitive and although it still hurt a little it looks amazing. And to top it all off the staff was SUPER friendly, they really made me feel comfortable there. I will definitely be coming back.

European Wax Center at Las Colinas really lives up to all the positive reviews. I get my eyebrows done by Amberly who is absolutely wonderful. She is so professional and listens to what youre looking to have done before just waxing away. If you try this place and like them, check out their wax pass! Specials for a first time customer are great!The facility itself is very clean and nice in appearance. After lots of talk with girlfriends, I decided to try it out. I set an appointment for underarms, legs and Brazilian. Samantha, the aesthetician, made me feel comfortable and at ease. After looking at my hair growth, she told me that only my underarms were long enough and would have to come back later. She went ahead and did my underarms and I LOVE IT! I cannot wait to go back and get the rest done. It was a very relaxing and pleasurable experience. Great service and wonderful facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The receptionist Alisa is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She needs customer service training. I will no longer be getting waxed at this location.

I love Monay! This woman has the magic touch, she is extremely friendly and has the gentlest touch. Although waxes are never fully pain free this one was a breeze compared to other waxing experiences. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and like Ive known her for years. She will definitely be my go to girl from here on out! Establishment is very clean and spot free. Front desk staff could better as far as greetings and friendliness goes. Ive experienced longer wait times compared to my usual Addison location but Monay makes up for all that. Very Impressed

I really like this place...super friendly, very efficient (they schedule your next appointment at the end of your visit so you dont even have to remember to call), always running some kind of discount or special. I dont know that the wax hurts any less, but there was no irritation and no leftover waxy bits on my face. The prices are good -- about the same as youd pay in places that arent nearly as nice as this. Oh, and your first waxing is free. Nothing to lose by giving it a try!

I had been wanting to try out the European Wax Center for awhile after seeing them all over the place. I recently started a job in Las Colinas and figured I would stop in one day at lunch and check this place out. I have been going there for a few months now and always have great results. They have great hours which is helpful for us busy people and they are also fairly fast. I also like the wax they use because it is not super hot so it doesnt burn my sensitive skin and its not nearly as painful as when they use the strips. I highly recommend trying it out.

This is the place where I got my initial package for eyebrow waxed and Ive had really good luck in the past. Its especially easy since I have microblading done, so they have a stencil to follow. I came. Y to get my brows done before heading to France for vacation. I hope that the spots heal over the next week.Please, please get Moné more training before she touches someone else. I am so glad I did not have a more sensitive spot done. She went over the same spots 2-3 times and (yes) took skin with her.The two stars are for the receptionist who gave me a credit for my appointment not being on time and then crediting me for my missing skin. I have 5 more credits and I am not sure I will be brave enough to go back to waxing.

This was my first visit to European Was Center in Las Colinas, and I loved it. The ambiance right from the moment one enters the door to the private rooms, is clean and spa like making one feel very comfortable and calm.The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Kim the esthetician was professional and is great at what she does. They have good money saving deals for regular customers and I certainly plan on being one of them !

I went there for the first time after checking the review. This place is just a waste of money and time. They have only one variety of wax and that is hard wax. The lady was professional but that wax won’t remove my body hair. She repeatedly applied them and tried to remove it. My skin got red and bumpy. The hair on my legs are still looking as if I have done my waxing last month. I have to do shaving otherwise it looks bad. I wondered what makes them name the place as Wax Centre and they have one variety for every skin type.

I decided to get my eyebrows waxed here for the first time because Im new to the Irving area and this place had good reviews. I walked in and didnt have an appointment so there was not anyone available til 1:30 and it was already 12:45 so I agreed to come back because I had an errand to run in the area anyways. I then asked how much it was and she said its 18 and it takes 15 minutes because they like to get it perfect. Great, or so I thought...I go into the room and lay down and she literally spent a max of 5 mins and she gave me the mirror to see and I dont know about anyone else, but I can never tell if they came out looking good until the redness fades so of course I say looks good and to my surprise when it was time to pay I was told I owed nothing which I was very pleased with. However, I get home and apply ice to my brows to make the redness go away and then inspected them. WORSE EYEBROW WAX I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE! The middle area inbetween the brows still had a bunch of hair, did she wax the area? yes but obviously she didnt remove any hair. Also the end part of my right eyebrow has absolutely no hair while the other side does so they dont match at all! They should be glad that I wasnt charged because if I would have spent 18 dollars on this crappy of a job I would be back up there right now raising hell for a full refund! BTW the girl that did my eyebrows was Destiny K. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS GIRL ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR EYEBROWS. To top it all off my birthday is in two days which is why I wanted to get the wax, but now I would have been better off before I did.

I have all these red bumps on my neck and face and called twice yesterday so I can get some help and see what I can do about it but the manager wont be in till tomorrow!!!! My face looks horrible!!!

I have been a loyal customer for a year and a half at this location! Jena was my waxer she has since left and started her own business which I’m so happy for her. I go to this location because it’s by my job but I won’t be returning! I had a 3:30 appointment on a Friday I get there on time and I’m told the waxer whom they had me scheduled with called out. I never got a call, no email or nothing. The only thing was said was I’m sorry would u like to reschedule no I won’t actually I won’t be returning to this location it’s been a mess since Jena left. They’re all over the place and unprofessional and it shows!

I am so excited to have European Wax Center so close to home! I have tried other places but one is too far and the other too expensive considering that their service isnt nearly as nice as the service i received at European Wax Center. the aesthetician, Cheri, was very nice and friendly. She made me feel totally comfortable and did everything she could to ease the pain! They use NO strips, which is nice because that means the wax doesnt have to be so hot. I have already recommended this place to a friend and booked my next appointment.

Had an appointment here. Drove to the location, and after arriving discovered the person I was scheduled with had not shown up for work. They rescheduled me, but offered nothing as an apology. I don’t think they realize I’m not forced to keep my business here and if they truly cared and wanted my business they would’ve done something to make that clear.

The employees are very professional and nice. Im definitely go back again! I really like how they call to remind you of your appointment and give you the option to change it if you need to.

Got a free eyebrow wax for being a first timer! It was the least painful wax Ive ever gotten, the wax is pretty gentle, still hurts some (but Im a whimp). Would definitely go here again before any other place!

I really enjoy European Wax Center in Las Colinas! The center is very clean, and the employees are really cute and friendly. I use to go to a place that used a different type of wax. It would tear so much of my skin off that it was inflammed for days. The wax at the European Wax Center only pulls the hair and not the skin. Due to this there is little to no pain and I might be irritated for only for an hour. I was referred by a friend and Im glad I made the switch. Try it out! You will be glad you did!

Cheri was GREAT!! She was very knowledgable about my after wax care and readily shared it with me. I have been waxing for quite awhile now - and the all natural wax that is used in the facility is by far less painful than any other type that I have used in the past. RETURNING CUSTOMER!

Unbelievable ... I make an appointment days in advance and then they call me 10 minutes before my appointment to say their person called in and they forgot they call me! I have to travel 13 miles to get there ... not to mention getting to work early so I can leave early to get this done. They did not even offer an apology! Never again... thanks to the Las Colinas location!!!

I visited european wax center for my first brazilian. I found this waxing center to have a great atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly. I love that they use the hard wax which is much more comfortable. Lindsay was great, helped me relax and made sure to walk me through all of the steps before and as she was doing it. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve been calling since Thursday to make an appointment (today is Sunday) and no one answers the phone. I called the Arlington location and spoke to a manager who said someone from the Las Colinas location would call me, no one called. It’s so ridiculous that I would have to drive there to make an appointment. I explained that I can’t make one online because I don’t know the name of the last girl I saw since my main waxer quit. No one can seem to tell me who it was or answer a phone. And recently I had appointment there that they called and confirmed and when I showed up they said I didn’t have an appointment and I had to wait an hour. I’ve been with European for 5 years and I’ve never experienced a location this horrible with customer service.

Free first visit? Yes, its that awesome. I was with Kim and she was great and very nice to someone with low pain tolerance. Place is clean and well maintained.

Sheniqua did my brazillian and it was great. My eyebrows horrible. I had decent shape and length of eyebrows before coming and when I left they were extremely thin almost gone. I cannot even color them in. So now I have to start over and regrow them. That will take at least 3 months.

Worst eyebrow job ever. Ive never been in so much pain. Its called eyebrow WAX not Eveybrow tweezer.

I go to the European Wax Center of Las Colinas to get brazilian waxes. My first time getting one I was nervous about it being awkward because a complete stranger was gonna be waxing hair off me down there! But once I got there everyone was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. They talk you through it and let you know exactly what theyre about to do and they dont make any part of it awkward! I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a brazilian wax, European Wax Center is fantastic!

I have been visiting European Wax Center for nearly two years now and my experiences have almost always been very positive. Most recently, I had Elizabeth as my waxer for the first time and she was wonderful! She was so professional, giving my caterpillar brows a great shape. She was also a great wax puller-offer which made my upper lip wax a breeze (no tears, ladies!). Ive been to many of the girls there, and theyve all been great but Elizabeth went above and beyond :)The ladies who work the front at EWC are really fun, too. Theres rarely a wait, but its not so bad if there is because the girls at the front keep me entertained!The reason I give a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because it seems that when I find a great waxer, they leave. Luckily its not too difficult to find a new good one, but its nice to have the same person for a little while. Hopefully Elizabeth stays!

I was a first timer to a European Wax Center and loved it; I see why it is called comfort wax. Cheri was wonderful and didnt make me feel uncomfortable. If you are a first timer for a Brazillian; this is the place to go :-) They even offer the 1st time; half off; so if you dont agree; then you at least didnt pay full price.

I visited this location on a whim just driving by with my one month old daughter. The receptionist was exceptional, she got me in right away telling me about all of the specials, and the free waxing for first time customers, so of course i accepted. when i was getting my eyebrows waxed, Cheri told me the steps she was going to take. she talked to me about my life, her life. my newborn soon became restless with sitting in her carseat. Cheri stopped and let me calm her down, and continued waxing my eyebrows with my daughter on my chest. lol.i look forward to my next experience here!!!!

Ive gotten my brows done with Sheniqua and Cynthia and theyve turned out amazingly. I dont get them done too often because I have blonde brows but they both took their time and shaped them well. I have sensitive skin and in the past my brows have been red for hours but the redness was minimal and didnt last too long.Only complaint is that theyre kind of pushy on purchasing a wax pass and/or booking a next appt (I get mine done sporadically to get them reshaped) but its the nature of the business. Also the wax pass would be great if I did need to go more often!Forever getting my waxing done here and/or with this company!
