Love love this place I spend way way to much money every time I walk in there but I always have a amazing experience the crew is awesome!!

Not a terrible B&BW location, but I have been to better ones. Upon walking in, I was greeted properly and received all the help I could at the last minute shopping. One thing I was curious as for why they all huddle around you while you are looking at products- to prevent you from stealing or to be more personal to help you. That is not something I have experienced at other locations.

Other than overwhelming you at the door to assist you with no less than 5 different people, it was a good experience. Checkout was fast and easy and the girl was super nice and helpful.

This store is great. There’s usually a good variety of items to chose from, but some of the employees are near suffocating. Never in my life have I had to talk to every single person in a blue apron before. I don’t know if they are trying to keep people from stealing, but it’s overkill and almost makes me want to drive the extra five minutes to the MacArthur store because they don’t bother you as much over there.I won’t name names, but there’s girl with short brown hair who is insufferable. She doesn’t know when to quit. They say, “Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.” Not the whole bag, honey. It’s too much. Some people are introverted and don’t feel the need to explain to every single employee why they’re there. And I’m not even being dramatic, they act as if you’ve never seen a candle or used hand soap before.

My wife get all her smell good from there... clean and very great with people.. 💕

This years selection of sale items very disappointing. Bring back 2019 December sale(75%). That was a sale. These selected mist and lotion on sale.(75%) doesnt make it unable to find matching sets.

They ended up closing at 8 to make sure everyone was able to shop but I got in and was able to take my time I got 11 bottles for 77 dollars some new, some 50% off, some 75% off and some for $4.50

However, the employees treat you as if you are going to steal, especially the young lady with the pink hair that seems to be the manager and that does not make a pleasant and peaceful shopping experience. Nobody wants to be profiled while shopping and I will be filling a complaint with Bath and Body Works.

I did not know we had a location in this mall! The store is so pretty and the workers are amazing! When I read these reviews I absolutely disagree. I’ve been to this store many times and have always been taken care every time. I met the young lady that is the manager the one with purple hair she shared with me when they get products bc I was looking for an item they didn’t have, even said she could hold it for me if they received it!! Will definitely continue shopping here.

I normally don’t write reviews I hate people that complain. But this bath and body works had the worst customer service than any other I been to !! There is a worker who name is Vanessa that kept giving me mean looks.

Greatest place in the world

It is so clean and organized compared to the one in the northeast mall.

Staff is friendly. Product is always great. This just seems to be bit smaller of a location than the one in Arlington.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Branch where I experienced an ultimate level of very poor Customer Service and a very high level of rudeness. There is a Saleslady with an eyeglasses and short in height who mistreated me in a highly unacceptable very rude manner, as I asked about a perfume on a display to where I can find it in the store? she replies like this: ITS NOT IN THE PROMO and ARE YOU GOING TO PURCHASE IT? this is very unpolite response and a very unproffessional manner and this is not Customer Service. You dont judge your Customer if they will buy or not!!! the moment they enter the store theyre Customer and whether they but or not is non of your right to treat them rude without any reasons. But Im very patient with her so I just tried to calm and continue shopping and bought a lot of body care products from this store, as I payed in the counter even I bought a lot of product this woman with eyeglasses didnt even gave me a plastic bag where it is usually give when you bought something by B&B works. I have to ask for it. Although I saw her giving plastic bags for those people in front of me in the line without asking her. Im very very disappointed and will never go back to this, it totally ruined my day. Very bad customer service. Im a Bath and Body Works Customer since a very long time but this time in this Branch I was really really surprised with this act.

Last Saturday i had a great experience at this store as soon as i walked inside i was greeted with a warm welcome the store layout was beautiful as i went to check out at the register the sales associate name kamesha had great customer service she was very efficient and friendly i will be returning back to this store

Nice store! big! clean and nice staff

I was headed to the Euless store and came across the new Irving Mall location which is closer. Apparently this location has only been open for about two months. Store is located near Los Lupes and Burlington entrance facing 183. Very well organized for Candle day and no wait at the registers. Will definitely visit again. No need to travel to Las Colinas or Euless locations.

I personally dont have an interest for this place,very good for others though.

Friendly staff

It said online that it closed at 10, meanwhile we came around 8:50 and the lady in the pink hair had spoken to us saying”oh it’s closed” but we talked to her and proceeded to tell her that online it closed at 10, we showed her and she had to obey us. Lady in the pink hair(she seems to be the manager) was rude to us.
