Covid Phobia . I stopped doing business with Armstrong Mccall. They are very restricted. They have covid phobia. no cash, no breath, no science.I swapped from Swartz Blondme to Joico. I now shop at RDA for everything. No mask, no credit only. Freedom!

If I could give this place a zero I would! First the store is always disorganized. They have boxes all over the place that makes it hard to move around. Nothing is priced, therefore every item needs to go to the cashier so they can give you the price and they claim it’s because prices are always changing. I don’t believe this is true or just a bad management decision because the other Armstrongs that I go to don’t seem to have this problem. Lastly after spending time in the store with no pricing and going to the cashier they let me know they do not take debit cards because their system is down. That is very frustrating! Especially when I only had a 15 minute window that I threw away. The cashier then points to her hand written sign on the door about system down, when I walk out the door to look at the sign I see about 10 other signs posted on the door that makes that one important sign hard to read. I have now been to the store three times and it will be my last. I will continue to visit the DuncanVille store where it is well staffed, clean, efficient, and organized.
Every time I go here is a very unpleasant experience . The people that they hire are so rude and unprofessional. During my last experiences the cashier answered a phone call of her po officer . They are never helpful at all and never make you feel welcome . Literary the worst Armstrong experience
I can’t believe my sister had to put up her fanny pack because they suspected her of stealing, but other patrons were able to keep their large purses. I had her retrieve TWO hair products for our hair salon and they kept questioning her about it. I’m never setting foot into this facility again until management changes things. I never had an issue with the Armstrong in Grand Prairie but it’s out of the way. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I normally try not to write negative reviews about places, but I’m just really upset. My mom owns a hair salon so there’s been many times I’ve had to run errands for her and retrieve products from her. I’ve never had issues at other Armstrong locations, but two days ago, I stopped by to get some hair color for her and immediately when I walked in, I had to give them my purse. I thought it was odd at first, but I obliged. I thought everyone had to, but when I went to one of the aisles, I noticed two other costumers have their purse on them. Do the sales people get to pick and choose who’s purse has to be up front? I didn’t see any sign where we had to give our purse to them. To top this off, the sales people were pretty condescending as well. The moment I gave them my number, they proceeded to continue questioning me about whether or not it was my account. After giving them my name and my number, shouldn’t that be enough for me to be able to check out?
Slow service. Not enough inventory Ridiculous purse policy but I guess you have some sticky fingers.. workers standing around and only one person checking out with a line and 3 registers. I will stick with my Arlington location

Every time I come to THIS location there is always some new rule, always Low on stock, lack of customer service and sometimes it’s all at the same time! I was asked to leave my fanny pack in the car... ok not a surprise since cameras aren’t enough for this place, I asked to use the restroom and was told it was broken... I asked if I could just change my tampon at least! Nope. I don’t know who owns this location, but the Grand Prairie, Arlington, Dallas and Austin locations have never caused problems, if anything they go above and beyond for every Licensed professional that walks into their facility. There is an older woman that works the front desk sometimes that is extremely sweet, but unfortunately she was off today. Have a blessed day and I hope you hire someone to fix your toilet and I hope people stop stealing from your location, because your windows are starting to look Ridiculous with all of the new rules y’all keep posting.
The manager is extremely helpful and courteous. Love this place!
This place was horrible!!! They ask to hold your purse, no maam what if they steal from me my purse is my personal item they need better security or a loss prevention if I could give a zero i would

I absolutely love the workers, but its the deals that I have issues with. Better, REAL deals at other locations make the drive going to THOSE locations worth it! This location is closer, but the owner keeps changing the point system on us!! We save our points for specific deals!! Then, he changes it & all of a sudden weve LOST what we wanted!!! Its a MUCH smaller location than others, so youd THINK hed make the deals better than other locations. I ONLY go to this location bc its closer & bc I love the workers. HOWEVER, Im DEFINITELY going to drive the distance, to get the BETTER (REAL) deals, at the other locations bc the ones offered here are awful! I was SO close to getting the deal I wanted, but when I went in today, they informed me the manager changed it AGAIN & NOW, the deal I wanted, is NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!! I WAS STUNNED & honestly, wanted to cry. Im an ONLY-parent. I rely on these deals to help me with the supplies I need. So to save up & go in thinking I did it, only to be told, No, he changed it, ABSOLUTELY upset me.****BOTTOM LINE****If you care about the point system & getting the deals you were told, DONT go here!!! Go to another location that honors the original deals we were told!!!
The staff is very helpful and the store is very neat and clean it is small but they do have everything you need.

Just visited this location worst experience ever you have to leave your purse in the front desk, they have a no (personal) purse in the store policy, staff was rude will definitely not return avoid this place like the plague
So today my 77 year old mother went into the store and was asked for her purse to be put behind the counter she was not comfortable doing this but was told if she wanted to shop she had to because they had a problem with thieves when she told me I was livid I also go here but have not been in a while and will not be going back because of this, it’s absurd to think anyone would let a total stranger hold their purse in this day and time, I called to complain and got the owners name and number and when I called to talk to him they asked what for then came back and said he had left so I will be calling back, if u have problems with thieves get cameras hire another person to watch people I think that would cost less than losing business because I will no way in hell let someone watch my purse, while I shop not happening and we are talking about haircare products not expensive jewelry and even then I wouldn’t, very bad business and u made my mother feel like a thief
