I liked going to this location because of Danielle she knows about color and taking care of your hair. I went to this location today because I needed a developer and a color. I ask the lady that worked there she was looking at me like I was about to steal. I asked for help with a developer and a color she did help me but when I told her I’m good she still stood in the aisle with me. The girl working the register was watching go down the aisle why I don’t know. The overall experience in this store was horrible. I did not steal anything so I didn’t appreciate the ladies in the store watching me like I did

I was in here about an hour ago and I see why the ratings for this location is pretty low. I wanted to buy two items that were on sale online. I asked the manager Monica if I could get the online pricing. She told me that I was not able to if the sale said online only which I informed her I am not showing that its saying that. So then I told her that I would just purchase it online and select pick up in store. The problem with this option is one of the products was showing out of stock online even though I had it in my hand. Monica told me that was because she only had one in store. I asked since I was not able to do the purchase online and pick up in store option, can she just honor the online price. She would not budge and refused to make any exceptions. Ive worked in customer service most of my life and know, that this is not the way to handle things. This was absolutely terrible customer service.

They love to follow u around don’t let u shop in peace I was waiting on my Uber ride and I decided to go into Sally’s to see if they had this moose that I use for my hair… home girl really tacked me down to ask me if i needed help when I just passed her going into the store we literally said excuse me to each other long story short if I needed your help I would have come to you at the register

I only gave 3 stars because Manager and associate was helpful but I didnt like being followed from one aisle to the next while shopping.

I needed a brush for hair extensions and they only had one choice. They have a ton of choices for other brushes, but 1 choice (travel size or a rather small size) for what I needed. Lady there was helpful and nice. Just need more options.

I’ve come to this location for the past year, and Danielle is always so informative and helpful. She doesn’t clerk. She gives actual customer service, and that is very hard to come by in 2021! Thank you, Danielle. I’ll be back soon!

Employees are clueless about the products and company’s policies. Led my friends in the wrong direction for their first hair project with the worst reviewed, most expensive items. Cashier is then rude and doesn’t understand company’s return policy. When I went to another store in Lewisville with the same issue, their cashier apologized and said “I’m not sure why she [the Irving cashier] would say that.”

Terrible customer service with Ena. No knowledge of return policies by beauty advisors or management. Asked to stand aside while they checkout other customers behind me in line because she has no idea how long it’s going to take to do the return because I didn’t use a phone number to check out. I don’t recommend shopping here

Products were a bit disorganized and in weird places, but staff was helpful

Tried to do a return at 9:15 this morning. I paid for the products in cash and the cashier said I could either come back later for my cash back, or receive a product credit now because “if she gave me that much cash it would throw her off for another customer who paid cash” as if that is any of my concern. She then tried to explain that she couldn’t go to the bank until 12:30 etc. making my experience extremely unpleasant. Shouldn’t be difficult to do a return.

Simply sad.I wasnt even greeted when i came in. I was looking for something in particular and since the associates were with another guest (taking pictures of her because she LOOKED famous.) I decided to look for another item i hadnt originally planned on getting. I had so many questions, so I wandered the isle for about 5-8 minutes. Still wasnt even greeted. Other guests were however, as the store filled up with 3 more people. I got tired of convincing myself to spend money where they OBVIOUSLY didnt need my purchase and left. But oh, I got a random have a good day. On the way out the door. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE..... HA! wont shop here again!! Wish I could put NO stars.

The Manger is racist and she does not know or care about natural hair products. She removes sale signs while you are shopping and does not honor the price advertised. She will not check in the back for a product that is low or out of stock. She only greets white or Latino shoppers ... be warned fair skin is required for good customer service at this location. I will never visit this location again .

Great customer service! All the girls that work there have a lot of knowledge about hair products and any other products that they sell there, if you have any questions about anything THEY WILL answer your questions and you will find what youre looking For. I dont understand why these people are trying to make it seem like they have horrible costumer service when in reality its the costumers that are rude all the time, I am a witness of this and the employees always greet you and help you whenever you first walk in the door. Every time I shop at this Sallys I leave as a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Everyone has their own side of their story, and I dont think the Manager is racist. People just get mad because they dont get discounts on all the items that they want 😂 Im seriously a witness of all these ridiculous people trying to get their way all the time, and all they do is hold up the line. Its the people that shop there that you need to be worried about! Not the Manager nor the employees. 👋🏼

I visited the sally store in Irving TX to purchase design essentials Hco leave in conditioner. This store did not have it in stock. I asked the cashier as I have done at previous locations to see if another store had the item in stock. She went on and on of how difficult it would be to know because she would have to contact the stores. I had no problem with that seeing that other sally personnel have graciously helped me before. I did not have the great customer service Ive been accustomed to when shopping at Sallys. although there were two cashiers she had me wait to the side so she could checkout another customer. So in that timeframe of my waiting in line I googled the product found it on amazon and ordered it. After shes done shes like now what is it you are looking for? Wow I just learned that I dont really Sallys if that is how you prioritize your customers. I would have gladly went to a Sallys that had it in stock but after that exchange why spend my money at a store that treats me like my time doesnt matter?
