Dr. O and his staff are extremely thorough and detailed in their examination and service. The doctor takes pride in his work and the care of his patients. My entire family have been patients for 15+ years and I have recommended the office to other family members and friends. The negative comments reference finding a screw fit a pair of glasses, time spent in the office and cost. Nothing about the professionalism and expertise of the doctor. You get what you pay for. I’d rather treat with Dr. O than an unknown at a big box warehouse kiosk.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! I have medi-cal and was a bit worried about the glasses selection I’d have available but the glasses they had were awesome! Will definitely be recommending them to my family.

Dr. Tran is very nice and happy to discuss things in detail with his patients, which I found very helpful to answer my questions and appease my curiosity. I enjoyed that he went over my retinal scan images with me also, and showed me the super-cool pictures :)

Dr. Ghodsi has been my Optometrist for years, and I cant say enough about her. Shes very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and compassionate. They have cutting edge technology, the staff are all excellent, and Ive always enjoyed my visits. I strongly encourage you to see for yourself!

Excellent customer service, smooth and efficient handling of patients. I liked that they had iPads to fill out and sign forms instead of paper. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease. Extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them.

It sucks. It is the worst experience I never had. The screw of my new glass was missing and I went to the store to ask if they could fix it. They put the screw in but the screw is not fit in my glass. They said they could cut the screw to shorter. I was waiting for 20 min and I asked them how long I should wait for. I saw my frame was broken and they are discussing how to tell me. They told me that it is not their responsibility. I need to pay from my own pocket. The person told me is the manger in the store. She said that is their policy. If they fix the eye glass and broke by them, they will not take any responsibility. She told that everyone knows that policy. The staff did not tell me when I ask if they could fix it. How wonderful it is!!! You broke it and you did not need to take any responsibility. All is customers responsibility. They only said I am sorry and I understand what you feel. But, our policy is when we repair, it broken, it is customers responsibility. None of our business~~~~~How nice store it is~~~No responsibility for anything!!

It’s very bad place just waste your time. You’ve never seen doctor on your appointment time. It’s too slow service. Just hope they will be good at examining !

They have the most UPDATED equipment. The owner which is one of the Drs. is really good. My left eyes was getting blurry, I went to 3 different eye Drs. They couldnt figure out what was going on, but he was able to figure out my problem. Now I have a peace of mind. Definitely I recommend this place.PS: They are NOT over priced !!!

Dr. O was awesome! Thoroughly explaining things, yet quick and efficient. The guy tech that greeted me, gave my my estimate before my services and did my pre tests before I saw the doctor was friendly, fast and helpful. I had all my prescriptions as I left and Dr. O let me know I could sign into the patient portal to see my records and eye retina photos. They could also email me my photos. Really great! Learned a few new things about solutions from Dr. O. In addition to discussing eye care in our 50’s. Multifocal contact lenses. Great one hour appointment. Good for another year of eye health. Thanks for doing what you do so well. 🤙👍😃

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and quick service. By far the best optometry Ive gone to. They also accept CalOptima which is another plus.
