I visited this office for a visionary check. It was the first time that I came to this office. I had a very good experience. They are very easy to talk to. And they’re very professional for the job they do. I am an old guy, and not good at following instructions, but they tried their best and very efficiently to get everything worked out perfectly.

I have been a client/patient of Woodbridge Optometry since 1999 when I was evaluated for Lasik. I was with Dr Likens until he retired recently and since then with Dr Bracken. I have had annual eye exams with them all these years and have always felt that the health of my eyes was as important to them as it is to me. The doctors and staff have always been A+. Professional, caring and highly skilled. I could not be happier.

Dr Bracken is very caring and listens attentively. All the staff are lovely. Overall would definitely recommend.

I have been going here for a few years now. The eye doctor I was seeing retired and so did his partner. I just met the new owner (since 2017), and she is great. Dr. Wald, saw me for a possible detached retina. Whew, it wasnt that, but she gave me an explanation of what it is and what I should expect. They have a very clean and well-run office. The assistants are all very friendly and helpful. They have up to date equipment and care about their patients and their health.

Dr Rani is the nicest, most patient and capable eye doctor I’ve come across. I had RK radial keratotomy many decades ago. She fitted me with sclera lenses which improved vision dramatically.However unlike regular contacts, the fitting process required multiple visits to fine tune. Through it all she was truly friendly and patient to help me dial in for max comfort and clarity.Highly recommend. A pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience! The office is beautiful and the staff are kind and professional. There was a hiccup with the online booking system for my first visit, so when I arrived the appointment wasn’t confirmed. That wasn’t a problem at all and both my husband and I were able to be seen. Dr. Bhindi was lovely. She provided excellent care, answered my questions clearly and provided great education. Definitely recommend Woodbridge Optometry.

New patient appointment for contact lenses and routine eye exam. The previous reviews were correct and I had a great patient experience from beginning to end. Never underrate the effects on business of having great staff - the nicest and best optometrist doesn’t make up for surly or unhelpful ones. At Woodbridge, they were all great and I felt listened to (becoming more of a rarity the older I get, unfortunately) and also got the most comprehensive eye exam ever. After 30-odd years of contacts, on top of 50+ of optometrist visits for glasses, I can say I learned things about my eyes I had never been told before (and I am medically trained and have a good understanding of my eye health).So if you are looking for a new optometrist, I can recommend Dr. Bracken. Kind, patient and thorough. Optimizing multi focal contact lenses is a thankless task, that attempts to combine so many variables, but I am confident that he will work with me towards an optimized outcome.In brief, based on my visit today, I highly recommend this practice.

My experiences here have always been super friendly, warm and pleasant. The staff here are genuinely helpful. They are happy to find answers to any questions and are simply the friendliest to interact/engage with.I went in recently after nearly a year and half since my last because you know, COVID. The mask mandate was in effect, but the office operates by appointment only I believe, which is easy to secure online or by phone. I booked my appointment online and filled out a patient form prior to my visit, so check in was smooth sailing.The service was quick and efficient. I had my contact lenses in when I arrived, but they do offer a cleansing station with contact lens case and a variety of solutions to safely remove your lens prior to the tests. I met with Dr. Wen this time and it was my first time meeting her. An absolute pleasure to find the right numbers for corrective vision. Fortunately for me, my vision remained unchanged!She placed an order for my contact lenses and checked for fit during the examination. Everything was good and the lenses will ship directly to my home. You have the option to have them mailed to you or the office for pickup. They have contactless pickup available, which I have done previously when I needed another set and was ordered through their website.I can confidently call Woodbridge Optometry my primary opticians and honestly have no complaints at this time. They make it easy without a hassle.

I accidentally fell and my glasses got totally distorted with several scratches on the lens. I thought the frame and lens were hopelessly trashed.I took the mangled glasses to Woodbridge Optomistry and I thought I would need to get new glasses. The technician looked at and he thought he could bring it to life again. Well, was I I impressed. The expensive frame was straightened and he said the lens were still under warranty. The glasses were made as new as when I first bought them.There is an advantage to go to a large Optomistry, but, the service was amazing.Thank you so much for the fine craftsmanship and service.

Was there for eye exam today, at the checkout I asked the lady to give me a copy of exams report, she said I can’t, I asked for the Reston, her response was we just don’t give anything to our patient, and she faced down my documents, I was so surprised, I told her I have the right to ask for my report and I need them, she said ok I’ll ask doctor to see if she can give you something, told her what you mean if she can, I need to take my eye exam report to another doctor, she was kept saying the same thing, when I asked for manager, she came back and said we will email you tbd report, was extremely rude& unprofessional, I paid. $160 for a simple exam and I had a right to ask fir my report but she was hesitating,To be fair, doctor and the girl who scheduled me were nice! However I am so disappointed with they service

I had a terrible experience. My daughter was wondering to try contact lens. So they called me to change my appointment, because they wanted to prepare all we need to do. But at the time, they just did eye exam and said, you should set up an other appointment. Also I had only one option to get contact lens and it was purchasing one year package which offered from them. The guy on the front desk was very rude. They didnt give me any prescription and just got the money. This place is not eye care center, it is business center. They supposed to call me to set up the second appointment, but nobody called me. I neve recommend this place to anyone.

Dr.monika Rani is very friendly she made me feel very comfortable and the whole staff.. Very hygienic too. I strongly recommend her.

I went in to have my prescription checked. Which was covered 100% by my insurance. Then somehow they suggested sizing eyes for contact lens. Usually all other optometry or Opthamologist when they check my eyes and write up prescription it’s included for specs and contacts. Here they charged me for contact lens prescription, but for my glasses it was free. Should hv informed me prior to checking my eyes that they were going to charge me separately.

Great Experience!I visited this Optometry Office about 9 months ago after doing extensive online research. Since I was new to the area, I didnt know where to go. After reading other reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment. Everything was so easy and professional - from the initial contact to selecting my frames. The staff was great working with me to make the most of my insurance plan. My optometrist did an excellent job ensuring that my prescription was accurate and worked for my time spent on computer and other activities. You cant go wrong!

I took my 2 kids for their very first eye exam. They were pretty excited. The doctors were helpful & kind & made the kids comfortable which is, as a parent really important to me.y insurance covers glasses/ sunglasses so they got some cool sunglasses too. Wish they had wide selection for kids glasses though. Overall, it was good. Soon, Im gonna go for my eye exam too.

I am dealing with woodbridge optimatotory from last 4 years and all the staff and doctors are helpful and friendly and i am disappointed to give 1 start because of 1 person behaviour and his name is JOSH, he was so misbehaved person, he was arguing on every statement so we will not dealwith him any more even if continue with woodbridge optometry or find-out some other options.

I enjoy going to Dr. Maria at Woodbridge Optometry. She is a very congenial and thorough doctor who explains everything she sees in the imaging exams, which is a relief to me. This is by far the best optometry that Ive ever been to. The people here are absolutely wonderful. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I actually had a good time coming in for an eye exam.

Dr. Bracken explained the status of my eyes so well and how to keep them healthy even using a PC for over 4 hours a day. Going through the diagnostics every time I come to Woodbridge helps the doctors detect if there are any concerns and compare year to year ... that is reassuring to me that my eyes are still healthy. Everyone is very nice, patient with me, and they take the time explain things to help me make decisions on my glasses, lenses, etc.! Very happy with Woodbridge Optometry!

I’ve been going to Woodbridge Optometry for three years. I had to change who I saw as he no longer was with the practice, but was privileged enough to see Dr. Maria, and she was wonderful. The appointment was quick and we discussed any concerns I had and she was very kind and reassuring. I also had the BEST experience picking out glasses. Milad helped me choose my new set of frames. He brought out frames for me to try, as their selection was vast, and made sure the frames fit my needs as well as suited my face. I’ve never been able to pick out frames without having someone I know come and give me a second opinion, but I didn’t need that with Milad. I knew he helped me pick the right frames. The front desk staff had great customer service and all around, you feel so well taken care of. 100% suggest to everyone I know.

My husbands and I both see Dr. Likens, and are helped by Bob in the eyeglasses area. They, and all the staff, are wonderful, fantastic, and terrific! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and smart. On top of that, the office is clean, beautiful, and easy to find. This BUSINESS is clearly not a healthcare center. The doctor and staff focused on selling me products more than they informed me about the health of my eyes. I am extremely disappointed in this approach and believe that it is unethical to prioritize business over the integrity of evaluating eye health.

I have been going to Woodbridge Optometry for years! I transitioned from Dr Likens (retired) to Dr Toki and it was an easy seamless switch. The office is always clean, organized and the Drs pay attention to the very last detail with my eye care. Ive ordered glasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts from them. Before other places would struggle to fit contacts to my eyes, but here it was a breeze. I highly recommend going to them, I still do even though its a little more out of my way. Simply the best in OC!!!

Picked this place because it had great reviews and was covered by my insurance. My experience was poor, though I did not even make it past the front desk. My attendant had an attitude like she was annoyed that I was even trying to book an appointment from the beginning. She said my insurance would not be accepted, but could not say or spell my name correctly despite having my insurance card in front of her. When I questioned if she entered the information correctly I was met with more attitude. She said my card should be printed in all caps, and a partial name search should have worked. Then she suggested I go to another eye doctor across the street. If the experience had been more pleasant, I would have informed her that this is a problem Ive had before which can be solved by putting in the plan number which was on the card in front of her. Dont worry miss, you dont have to schedule another appointment, Ill check out those other eye doctors you recommended! Wont be returning.

I was a new patient, however, very disappointed in these guys, came on the recommendation of a fellow sportsman looking for a sports vision specialist, but did not experience that expertise. Spent over a thousand dollars with my insurance on glasses that I do not use due to fit, lenses, and clarity. Due to pressure of work was unable to return and therefore was unable to correct the prescription, which was my fault, however, no-one made an offer to help on another prescription or exam. My wife and a co-worker was looking for a new optician due to retirement, however, based on my experience I cannot recommend Woodbridge Optometry.

Since the change of ownership, Bobs attitude has changed. Bob is a technician who made multiple mistakes in measuring my lenses. I had them checked by another optometry office and confirmed misalignment. Bob refused to correct my lens problem. Protect your eyes, be proactive and have your lenses checked by other optometrist, it is free .
