This optometry offers Great service.I like the product, and usual promotions they offer.Fast service on eye glasses and contacts.They have great assortment of glasses. I personally like the Prada selection they have here.And also I was keen on having polarized glasses, the manager was able to special order those for me as well, with a quick turn around time.

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision. Dr. Cloutier is very nice and makes you feel super comfortable during the whole eye exam. The wait time was very minimal. Nannette and Alejandra helped me pick out a very nice frame that fits my look. Theyve got variety of high end quality frames to choose from that are of the latest fashion trend. I am very pleased with their prompt service. I will definitely will be visiting again in the future.

Great location with a great staff and wide variety of glasses options. Dr. Laura Lee Cloutier is super nice and brought my vision up to speed. The wait time for service was not long. Also, I was able to find 2 name-brand frames that I purchased and am satisfied with. If there are any issues with the glasses, the girls will help you out right in the store if possible. Finally, they give customers an awesome deal of 40% off on a second pair of glasses as of 8/2021. Highly recommended!

Alejandra was professional, friendly and took time to explain what my new vision insurance as able to provide. Being a preferred provider I was able to take advantage of allowances and discounts for contacts and glasses at very discounted rates. My purchases also arrived sooner that anticipated. I was surprised by the quality and helpful personnel at Pearl Vision since Ive been wearing progressive eyeware for some years. Alejandra, who helped me pick out new eyeware and did everything needed to ensure the fit and adjustments was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Everything was perfect and nothing could have been better! So relieved!

This means that the selection of frames was easy, the advice was thoughtful and to the point, the service was efficient and swift. Most important for me: no pressure-sales tactics or other tricks with pricing and rebates. Also, I felt safe in these COVID-times.Glasses were done a few days ahead of time. The fit was perfect, no need for adjustments. Again, the staff was courteous, attentive and efficient. The whole experience was a pleasure. Highly recommend the place!

Literally do not come here. Super easy to get an appointment when they want you to buy from them. Super hard to speak to a doctor when you have eye issues. Go somewhere else that actually cares.

They have a wide range of frame styles, so you dont have to shop around 4 different stores to find a frame you like! Definitely a bit pricier than some other stores. Danny, one of the associates, was friendly and knowledgeable - he helped me fully understand the price breakdown. Im so happy with my new frames!

Friendly staff, Ms. Komal helped me a lot, including the nice Dr. Laura. Also, they absolutely follow Covid safety procedures... including trying glasses. Every eye glass that Ive tried on was put on a tray. This tray will then be sanitized by a staff before it returns to the display. I guess i found my new Eye Doctor!

Got fitted for contacts that were used once & had trouble. They said they would return them so I gave them back the product I purchased & they replaced them with free samples which don’t fit my eyes they are slipping all over the place. The doctor told me all contacts are the same size which is odd since they charged me for a contact fitting. They said they would fix the problem instead made it worse and kept my $ and the product. Buyer beware

Only received one star due to the fact that they must be rated wish I could have given half a star for the actual eye exam the doctor seemed knowledgeable however the office staff expecaly the african american lady was extremely rude due to the fact that I only wanted the exams and my prescriptions. The appointment started out with covid-19 protocol then I was told that I can check out the frames as I was looking over the high-end frame choices I knew that as a struggling overlooked security officer I would not have a lot if any choices with my 150.00 allotment I was not explained the protocol for looking at frames until I touched a pair the employee condemned me for touching the frames. I took my children there as well and they had exams without copay after my son had completed his exam I was not attended to as for the little box of choices for at least 15 to 20 minutes I then explained that I can get glasses at a cheaper price the office staff seemed to get upset that I chose to get glasses at a different place they didnt want to give me my childrens prescriptions until I paid a 10 dollar copay for my exam even though my children didnt have a copay shame on you guys

Got fitted for my first pair of progressives ... yes im getting older.. but i still look good ;-) Great fitting experience with Charnae .. plenty of options were given and I grabed up a really nice pair with some addonsthanks VSP .. Covid standards were in play but were not inconvenient. I would recommend this location to friends and family in the future.

This establishment is always clean and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. They keep their display areas clean and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable as well and have a great selection and variety and go above and beyond to lend their help.

I was extremely impressed with tbe service I received, they saw me as I have diabetes and I knew my eyes had significantly deteriorated. As I had guessed, they had. The doctor was very thorough and Danny was particularly awesome. He said it could take up to 2 weeks to get my prescription and it came in 4 days. I was grateful as I have been trying to make deliveries and now I can. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Nice store with large selection. However, they are mighty big on upselling and pressuring customers to get things they absolutely do not need. Tried to convince my wife she really needed $900 *reading glasses* with a very minor prescription.

Alejandra is the epitomy of what great customer service looks like. She was attentive and sincerly nice. I brought my 8 year old son in for an eye exam and he needed glasses. They did a great job working with him made him feel comfortable and it was truly such an easy experience. I will be referring any one I know to this location. They are on top of cleanliness and ensuring that their patients are safe during this Covid pandemic. I highly recommend this establishment Pearle Vision in Irvine, the owners are the BEST and they have great people working there! I had gone there last year in early December for new glasses and received such wonderful customer service and care. My experience there was exactly how it should be. They helped me pick my glasses. I went back numerous times because I had some issues with how they fitted on my face and head. Every time I came back, they greeted me with kindness and would do whatever they could to help me.They eventually switched out my frames for the same kind because the original frames were not working out for me. Everyone was so incredible. I came in with a prescription from another office and when I got my glasses it turns out the prescription was not accurate at all. I had a new exam with Dr. Laura that was much more thorough. They remade my glasses at no charge and they are perfect. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful people work here! I got custom Versace sunglass frames made into glasses. Love them! The store is in a really pretty area with ample parking. The doctor and staff will personalize your visit like they did with me and really go over all of your options. I loved that they cared what I wanted and worked hard to help me get the look and style. My glasses were ready in 2 weeks on the dot, exactly as they said They would be. I went to Pearle Vision in the Galleria Mall in Houston and now that I live in CA, drove over 80 miles to get to this one. Glad I got my eyes photographed to check for diseases and have a beautiful picture of my eyes for my peace of mind. You will love the entire experience!

Just had my second appointment with Dr. Laura Cloutier for my contact lens and glasses and I cannot say how glad I was able to find them. The entire staff is always cordial and very professional. Office is super clean and cute with lots of small decorations. I was seen right on time for both of my appointments and they also do a great job of follow-up. I am finally giving myself a second chance to use contact lenses and I am so glad for my decision to try again! Thank you Ms. Komal, who is always smiling and helpful, and Dr. Cloutier for being so professional and awesome! Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone looking for their vision needs.
