The optician that assisted me, Giovanni Castillo, was especially knowledgeable and helped me choose eyeglass frames that fit well and complimented the shape of my face. I cannot say enough good things about this LensCrafters location!!! The Team here (especially Lulu) genuinely cares about doing a great job for their Patients/Customers. It’s one stop shopping for my annual eye exam, regular glasses and sunglasses!! In fact, I had actually accumulated 5 pairs of both sunglasses & regular glasses I thought were unfixable (bent etc.) and Lulu brought them all back to life! Truly Exceptional Customer service all around!

I just stopped in after work at the Irvine Location on Jamboree to get my glasses adjusted and was helped by Giovanni. I mentioned how I didn’t love my glasses and the issues I was having with my progressive lenses. He showed me some frames that were exactly what I was looking for and told me about the new Varilux progressive lenses that he thought I would like. I was also able to get an overdue eye exam, since they had an opening.Fast forward to today, a little over a week later. I just picked up my new glasses and they are so perfect I can’t believe it. The lenses are amazing, I can’t even tell I’m wearing progressive lenses, they are so easy to see out of. No more headaches and switching glasses out for computers! Dropped by LensCrafters at this location to have my sunglasses fixed. It is said that sometimes in life, all the pieces are gathered, but a screw is missing. Well, it couldn’t be more literal this time - my sunglasses was missing a tiny screw. I went in, was seated, provided my optical piece, received it repaired, and left - all within 10 minutes. A wise man once said, “that’s one small screw for a store, but a giant tool for mankind.” Thank you for your kind efforts, Luna.

This was my very first time visiting this location and was a bit nervous because it has been about 5 or 6 years since Ive gotten my eyes looked at. Dr. Bertram and Giovanni were absolutely awesome and took care of me as if Ive been there before. The eye exam was a breeze and picking out the correct lenses for the frames I chose was easy with no hassles. Definitely going back and making this my go-to optometrist.

Dr. Keith Wong was very kind and patient and spent a lot of time with me. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of friendliness and proactively consulted with me regarding my ocular allergies even though it was just a simple lens prescription checkup. The other employees were also very friendly. It was a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.

I went to LensCrafters today to get my husband’s Oakley sunglasses repaired. They are his favorite golf sunglasses, and the LensCrafters lady did a wonderful job in making the repairs while I waited.Very friendly, professional services and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent glasses repairs.

My optician, Giovanni Castillo, was very helpful and went over all my options. I have a very high prescription and it isn’t easy finding a place that can accommodate me. Giovanni helped me get the best price even though I don’t have vision insurance. Can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive. Should have done this a long time ago.

I had to share my experience with this location. The customer service of these opticians are outstanding! I explained that my glasses was loose and tilted. She tweaked it just by looking how it was placed on my head. With every adjustment she double check if it’s okay to turn it a certain way. I’m very assured on how they made me feel. My wife and I came in yesterday for our annual eye exam. The staff here was very friendly and got us in right on time for our appointment. The exam was easy and quick the doctor was awesome. I was in Irvine from out of state to visit family and I lost my glasses. I have an extremely high prescription and had to get a new pair ASAP. They just made me waist my time. I did explain what type of exam I needed so they said yes go ahead and come in. Now that Im here they want to do the 2 exams again but for courtesy they would give me a discount. I came here because I was told since I had done my glass exam less than 6 months ago in this location they would only charged me about $75 since I had already pay $55 prior for the eye exam. Like I said if when I called they guy who booked my appointment should had said Im sorry you have to take both exams again I would have said no thanx and not waste nobodies time. Unpredictable!!!

Lulu is BEYOND amazing! I had damaged my glasses falling asleep watching RHOA *ahem* and I thought they were beyond repair. Lulu waived his magic wand and less than 20 minutes later they were fixed! Have been going to this specific LensCrafters for the past 3 years because of the great staff & customer service. All services provided are extremely accurate & quick. Have best selection of frames from all other places I have been to. During this pandemic they have adjusted to accommodate all costumers & follow the protocols. The employee tries to tell me that my health insurance card isnt the right card, and I need a special vision insurance card. I tell him the card is for my benefit plan and the plan covers vision, health, dental. Ive never had any problem with this before at Lenscrafters. He proceeded to check the records, and then gave up on his claim that I needed a separate vision insurance card. No need to stress the customers out, ok? Check the records first, before making incorect statements.

My 18 month old son got a hold of my glasses and twisted them really bad. I thought there was no hope but a friend of mine referred me to Lenscrafters. Boy was I glad I went to them. They were able do fix them within minutes. Definitely going back once I get my new glasses prescription.

Pauline and Stacy were amazing! Such great and fun customer service. Pauline helped with the pre eye exam and she was so sweet and funny. She was so relatable and fun to work with. I loved working with Dr. Tracy Park. She was so informative and patient with me. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Stacy helped me check out with my 3 glasses and 1 sunglasses and worked with me to decide on colored contact lenses! She was so helpful throughout the process and explained the breakdown of the cost. Phi helped me at the end and he was great too! He was able to help me with returning my unopened annual contacts and I was thrilled with the refund since I used ALOT less since the pandemic happened last year. Everyone is super friendly and if your struggling to decide what frames to get they are willing to help you decide. Thanks for a great experience again. Will see you next year!

As soon as I arrived I was greeted and welcomed inside the store. I waited a few minutes before I was asked to fill out some forms, then shortly after I was taken into an exam room for a pre-test. The young gentleman Giovanni did a great job explaining the process and going over my insurance benefits. After the pre-test I was introduced to Dr. Wong who completed the eye exam and was very thorough and thoughtful. He addressed all my concerns I had related to my vision. Once my exam was complete I was looking around the main floor to look for a pair of glasses and I was having trouble deciding between two pairs and a kind employee made suggestions for me and also helped me make my final choice. At checkout there was an issue with a coupon I was trying to use in addition to my vision benefits, but Luna came over and helped resolve the issue. She was very patient throughout the whole process and even cleaned my glasses for me and put them in a case for me before I left the store. Every interaction with every employee was professional and great! Thank you Irvine LensCrafters team!

Its a great location with great doctors. I love how easy it is to make an appointment same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. However....when the store is busy; their process is exceptionally chaotic which makes for long wait times and short spirts of customer service. Chaotic & slow are the words I’d use. But a nice place.

Lens crafters in the TUSTIN MARKET PLACE ROCKS 50 million stars

This place has always given me AAA service. The staff is exceptional even when its busy. Ive been going here for the past two years and everytime has been excellent. My glasses always arrives on time or early. If you need glasses and eye exams this is the goto place.

I would like to highly recommend Kota and the Tustin location. I had a horrible experience at the Newport Beach store as the order that I received was wrong and they were backtracking on things that were promised when I placed my order.I left feeling upset and a few weeks later, I happened to stop in at their Tustin location. I explained to Kota what happened and she was extremely helpful. She corrected the mistake, apologized and comp’d me the difference on the new product to make me feel valued as a customer.It was a night and day difference from their other location. She went to great lengths to help me find other options that fit my needs even when they didn’t have them in the store.I will be back to LensCrafters because of Kota’s great service. I also had great experience with Lulu on prior visits, so I would recommend the store in general as well.

LuLu is the personification of exceptional customer service. The others we’re talking to each other and he greeted me while working with a customer, impressive. He then had the patience to assist me with my eyeglass search and we found two cute pairs of Prada’s. He’s honest, Consultative, professional and cares about Lens Crafters brand. If you go to LensCrafters off Jamboree and El Camino Real ask for LuLu and you won’t be disappointed.

I dont know why I was weary coming to LensCrafters. For some reason I imagineed it as the fast-food version of an Optometry practice. But my daughter broker her glasses and needed a new pair ASAP so here I came.And Im so glad I did. This location is pretty awesome evidenced by the crowd. But what really made it great was the optometrist. Dr. Daniel Lieu was just amazing. He was thorough, kind, and extremely patient with my 10 year old daughter.The care, attention, and quality of service I received not just from Dr.Lieu but the whole staff was quite surprising.And I got my glasses in about a few hours. Cant beat that.

I got my eyes checked and asked them to change the lens for my glasses that I already had. The assistant said my current glasses+lens was too heavy and recommended me to get the thinnest, best, most expensive lens types. They said it would be ready in two weeks and it took three weeks. I payed over $360 for the best lightest glasses and got this today. This is how thick the lenses are. They are wayyy heavier than the original ones and when I put it on it looks like im looking in a fisheyes point of view. I complained and told them that there must have been a misunderstanding but said that they do not see anything wrong. When I wear these glasses I have extreme migraines and see the world like a frikken fish.

Overpriced, and their prescription diagnosis was WRONG. My wife couldn’t understand why her overpriced glasses made her eyes hurt, until she visited a more capable optometrist. If you shop here, note how staff sound like car salesmen. You can get two pairs of frames with Transition lenses, including eye exam, ready in four days, for around $400 from Costco. This entire chain charges an absurd amount of money for the convenience of getting your glasses now. In my wife’s case, despite the ridiculous high cost, they botched the order. Buyer beware!

This is the second time to get a prescription and it was another disaster. They messed up with my prescription and they admitted it. So I had to retake the exam again. Dear doctors are in eligible to perform an eye exam.

The staff was rude and this is the second time I have had the lenses replaced in my glasses. I have old glasses that have never needed replacing, I feel like the quality of your product has lessened.

Had a great experience at this LensCrafters location! The frame selection is very diverse (I love my bvlgari frames. Can be a bit expensive for the contacts though. They work with you to efficiently and thoroughly create your personalized frame experience. The optometrist are also fantastic...professional and easy to schedule an appt with! Will def be going back annually!

Criminal practices going on here. When my 17 year old daughter asked about insurance coverage the Optometrist confirmed they were, yet when my daughter came home with the bill, they turned out to be out of network. They refuse to do anything about this.

I have been here three times with my friend and each time the wait is so long. When we were finally seated at one of their desks the phone was ringing off the hook. It was so annoying. I almost said Can you get the phone please?You would think since they charge so much for their products they could afford to hire more employees. There employees are nice and cordial, its just that there are not enough of them.

Been getting glasses hear for over 10 years place is great. Staff always friendly. Glasses are usually always there on time with the occasional mishap but 1 mishap out of 10 times is worth it. Great choice selection usually have deals going on. Enough said

The screw on the lens of my favorite glasses was broken from the inside -I tried EVERYTHING to fix but couldnt -went to LensCrafters at Tustin Marketplace and they fixed in less than an hour -FOUR STARS for OUTSTANDING and courteous service -made a lifetime customer in one day!!!!!!

Horrible Location - RUN RUN RUN.I went there for eye exam and felt like i was at a car dealer... Pressured to buy imaging of my eyes so they can charges me instead of just dilating my eyes which was covered by my insurance.. from the person who performed my initial exam (prior to doctor) and even doctor did not spare me.. Beware....Also, they charged me for contact lens fitting exam even though they did not have my contact in stock. I paid for it based on the their words they will call me in couple of days... No one called me and when i called, conveniently they just received it... WOW.. I cannot believe such a big chain would do this sort of things...I do not think, i would every step foot in LensCrafter again and let see if they even care and calls to get more information from me on my experience..

Saw a lot of negative reviews so felt I had to comment. The optometrist I saw was great. I require glasses with a prism and she spent additional time assisting me and educating me more on the condition and even corrected my glasses that had been wrong for many years. I came in as a walk in and saw the doctor pretty quickly (30 min wait) but shopped for frames during the wait.With regards to the staff, they were also great in assisting me. I had gone to the location assuming my insurance would cover but it didnt bit cover the eye exam. They were able to discount my glasses instead to help offset the cost as I did make several purchases for frames and lens for both regular and sun glasses.Overall the place was great and very helpful!
