I have seen Dr Wu for a couple of years now. He is Knowledgeable and through with the exam. Making an appointment is super easy on Target.com. The ladies at the Optical departments are great and friendly as well. One of them helped me picked up a nice frame today. Overall, its a great place for eye care or glasses needs.

My son saw Dr Wu for his eye exam and he is a great Dr. He spends time with his patients and explains everything very clearly. Phoebe in the optical section is very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend target optical.

Dr Woo and his staff at the Irvine Spectrum Target Optical are awesome! Dr Woo uses the latest technology and is very knowledgeable! Im glad I found him last year! If you are hesitant about going to a Target to see an optometrist, just give him a try! I know I was and I am glad I did!

I have visited Dr. Wu three times now. He is so professional and takes extra time to answer my questions and explain answers in easy to understand terms. The first time I went in for a regular exam, my eyes were puffy (from what ended up being a sinus infection) but he took extra time to rule out any eye problems. Scheduling is easy and I appreciate their weekend availability. I have not bought glasses from them, but for the eye exams I definitely recommend!

Been going to Target Optical since 2018. Like the customer service and frame selection.

Dr Wu was fantastic. Unfortunately, the office staff is unwelcoming when you call on the phone. Staff member didnt start their name and I had to ask for it. Then immediately demanded why I was calling. Upon quickly explaining was told dont call is we will call you. Finally placed on hold for over fifteen (15) minutes only to be hung up on by the staff. I was initially told to call back after 3PM to see if the materials were delivered today in order for me to have them with me on my travels.Customers should be able to have an open dialogue. Unfortunately, Marlene failed to live up to the positive comments left by others for this location.

Dr Thomas Wu is a great doctor. He listens to your problems with utmost patience and renders the best advice applicable to you. He takes time to do the eye exam and does it really well.Further the other associates at Target Optics are also very helpful.

Dr.Wu deserves five stars, but clearly the receptionist (both) deserves no stars, they are rude as heck

Great place to get your vision tested and vast collection of Eyewear to pick from with very helpful and resourceful employees.Dr. Wu is very thorough with his examinations and takes his care to ensure everything done is completely.

Dr Thomas Wu is an excellent optometrist. He is my go to optical. Very helpful and informed.

We came there and the optical part of target was closed, however according to working hours on their website it should’ve been opened at the time we were there
