Set an appointment the week prior. Called the day of the appointment and they canceled on me. They didn’t even order the parts. They were supposed to email me and they didn’t. They didn’t call to update me on any changes. Interesting way of doing business with a new client.

I have an Audi Q3 and I never have any problem with my car. However, one day the engine light turned on and when I called AUDI to schedule a service, they said that they dont have time for another week and they will charge me $250 only to check my car and I should cover the rest of the charges of there’s any. So I looked for a local mechanic shop and I found Automotive Plus. They had available time for me right away. 10 minutes later I was at the shop, they checked my engine for FREE, and they said that sometimes it happens when you put bad fuel in your car. I asked them several time to at least accept a tip and they said No. Soooo yaaa AUDI was going ti charge $250 just to take a look at my car and here at Automative Plus they didnt even accept a tip and fixed the engine light issue for FREE. I’ll always go back to them and I highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are hands down The best mechanics I have seen in a very long time. Theyre honest, No hidden fees, and know what theyre doing! I definitely will bring my vehicle back to these guys and I highly suggest you do the same. Keep up the good work!

Auto Check Center is an honest car repair shop. Ive been taking my Mazda 3 here for 3 or 4 years now. My car is over 10 years old and they still help me out with fixing all that goes wrong with it. Used to take my Honda Pilot there too before we sold it and bought a new one. They are great at finding a solution to whatever problem your car has and if they cant fix it theyll refer you to someone who specializes in what you need.

I came for my regular maintenance, but it was my first time here. The technicians here were very friendly, helpful and honest. They had good attention to detail. Explained things to me clearly.

Seriously, the most honest mechanic Ive ever encountered. I came in yo Jims shop thinking the repair I needed was $2,500 (replacement of the head gasket). I was told that by a different mechanic from another repair shop. When I brought my car to Jim he discovers the its simply my radiator and thermostat that need replacing. Total cost from Jim was about $675. He could have easily done the more expensive job, and billed me for it, but he was honest about what my car really needed. Saving me THOUSANDS. Thank you, Jim!!!

These guys are awesome! My Daughter had trouble with her Audi A4,she just moved tos So Cal a few weeks ago... Awesome customer service. During my trip to Irvine on a weekend; I needed an expert to inspect my Audi followed by a minor incident on the road.I went there at around 7:30 in the morning on Saturday and Jim took care of the inspection right away in 15 mins with a smile and at no cost. Thanks Jim.

Love these guys! Took my VW Jetta in for a check engine light that several other shops had failed to resolve. These guys took care of it, even went above and beyond and took my car for a smog test for me while I was at work. They earned a customer for life.

I used to live in OC but now I live in LA and I still drive the hour drive to Lake Forest whenever my car needs a tune up or some work done on it. These guys are the best! Ive had terrible experiences with dealerships and the technicians at Automotive Plus seem way more knowledgable and efficient than anyone Ive spoken with at the fancy dealership, not to mention MUCH nicer! Prices are ridiculously fair and the people who run this place make you feel like family. When dealing with repairs, they will take the time to explain and show you any diagnostics, discuss your options and be honest about the best plan of action while offering affordable solutions!

10 plus years and two cars (Audi wagon and VW GTI) later I can wholeheartedly without reservation recommend Advanced. Its not just the quality work, its the respect and genuine concern that theyve shown me. Most importantly I trust them. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it well. You cant make a better choice.

Bought a 2006 Audi A4 and had buyers remorse when I found some oil leaks. Jim took it in and fixed it up, as well as new CV boots, spark plugs etc.Jim even called me a day after I got it back, to see if it was ok. Nice to see there are still some good honest mechanics around.
