I absolutely love this storage Facility the manager Greg is amazing I have been using it for months and my storage unit is even nicer then the pictures when I was looking for a place to rent. Everything you could need is right there for you locks,boxes ect and the prices are very reasonable .

Customer service is A++++! I rented 2 units and both were nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Got a storage unit over the phone. Paid for it have the emailed receipt but when I got to the location they told me they have no record of me. I have the wrong location. The people were nice but the whole experience was unprofessional.

Always raising the price after you have been there a little while. No price breaks for loyal customers.

The worker locked the door right in my face when I walked up to buy boxes. They close from 1-2:00 daily and I was there minutes before 1pm. I didnt realize that was their closing time, but Im sure he could have at least said something. Nope. Just locked the door in my face and walked away! LOL

I have used this facility 3 times over the past few years and each time Ive had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and professional, the units are clean and secure. I recommend them highly.

We worked with Ashley yesterday (08/12/19) to secure a larger unit. Weve been a customer of this facility for many years. Ashley, though, was easily the most helpful and attentive person weve met there. Fortunately, there were not others customers she had to attend to, because she spent every bit of 40 minutes helping us make certain we were getting the best deal we could. At the end of it all, I gave her a big hug (unheard of for me) because I really felt that she cared and I wanted to acknowledge that. More people like this at other businesses and life would be far easier. Thanks.

Ive had my stuff here for almost a year in a temperature controlled unit. The unit was clean when I moved in and out. The facilities have always been clean whenever Ive gone to and from my unit - which was frequently. I usually dealt with the manager, Alexander, but also had several other employees provide me with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs and for the excellent customer experience they provide![I just went from renting a room to having my own apartment and finally moving my stuff after a year - no bugs, mice, mold or mildew, nothing froze over the winter or got too hot in the summer - NO PROBLEMS whatsoever!]

The only down side of our experience was finding out that a reservation online was not actually a reservation as everything is still on a first-come-first-served basis; however, we were able to get the size of unit we wanted. The unit was clean and the staff efficient, friendly and honest. Im hopeful our items will be in good hands.

I just had to let Extra Space Storage know about the awesome experience I had today. I stopped by to purchase some packing boxes. The store manager, Alex, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained weight limits, how to pack effectively, and the best part is he wasnt pushy! He didnt try to push more boxes on me than I needed and explained if I didnt use all the boxes I purchased, I could bring them back. When I asked about possibly renting a storage unit, he very patiently explained the sizes, prices and the security procedures. He didnt get upset when I didnt rent, as a matter of fact he was very pleasant! He said to come on back if I ever needed storage unit and he would be more than happy to assist me. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and Alex made it so much easier. Im moving and he made it so much easier to choose what I needed. Cudos Alex!

Rented a storage unit today with Alex and was thrilled with the service I received. He was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The office, premises and storage units were all impeccably clean; I was truly impressed and happy with what I found. Would highly recommend this establishment to someone looking for the services that they provide, top-notch! :-)

This is not a bad place to go. But really its if you need storage. If you have no need for Self Storage then I would think this would be a silly place to visit. But if you do have things but you want to store but you do not have the space to store it oh, this be a great place to place those items. The pricing seems fair and the people are fine to deal with. If you end up using it let me know how it goes. If we run into each other on the street I will even high-five you.

Terrific experience with Alex at this location! Alex helped me get the right size storage unit at a great price at the perfect time. He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. The facility is clean, well lit, easy to access, and I feel my things are safe there. Cannot say enough good things about it! UPDATE: I recently had to visit my unit and there was a problem with the locking mechanism. Chas went right out to my unit, took off the whole plate and added a new one right there on the spot. It took several power tools and some serious handywork. No calling someone else in to take care of it and making me worry about the security of my things. He was ON it! Thanks Chas!!

IT REALLY WOULD BE NICE IF THE CORPORATE OFFICE OUT WEST WOULD TRAIN THEIR STAFF CORRECTLY AND INTRODUCE THEM TO HOW THEIR OWN WEBSITE WORKS!!! WHILE I CAN APPRECIATE, IN AND OF ITSELF, GETTING A CALL FROM THE OFFICE TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, I FOUND OUT SOME THINGS: 1) I GOT MULTIPLE CALLS FROM THE EMPLOYEE, WHEN 1 WAS SUFFICIENT; 2)I HAD SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT THAT I DIDNT SCHEDULE TO COME AND LOOK AT THE UNIT; AND 3) HE COULDNT ADEQUATELY EXPLAIN THE ABOVE ISSUES, NOT TO MENTION THAT HE WAS SCRIPT READING HIS RESPONSES... IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE HIGH PRICES, CAN YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR STAFF KNOWS WHAT ITS DOING, PLEASE!?

I have been a Secure Care customer at this location since they switched over from the previous company. I have always felt safe, the premises are always clean. All staff that I have interacted with have been great with wonderful customer service. I would refer anyone to this location.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!! I am a victim of theft!!! This storage company has allowed someone to come into my storage remove BOTH locks and go throughout my unit stealing all 3 flat screens televisions small furniture and other private things of mine. The manager is rude and did not want to help an assistanting with the matter. I had to call the local police department and my attorneys office. If you VALUE your possessions DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS COMPANY

Planning to move soon so stopped in to check you guys out. Even after I told the guy there that that was all I was there for today he still treated me as if I was a valid customer. Other places I checked into just handed me a sheet with some prices and kind of showed me the door as soon as they found out that I was just shopping ahead. But this guy Frank actually took time to to size up my space needs, answer all my questions, and actually took me out to see a couple of units. I dont normally do reviews, but when someone actually takes the time to treat me like something more than a walking wallet, and actually know what theyre talking about, Im going to give them a shout out.
