Trish was very energetic and had by far the best customer service skills compared to other locations in the area. I felt like she went above and beyond and was very helpful. Compared to other locations where they just acted like they didnt care if they earned your business at all. One thing I will say is the place is dated and could use some updates maybe a fresh look not only outside but inside the units as well. My unit door is a little tough to open which I forgot to address to Trish but will certainly let her know. Other then that great location great rates and will refer or suggest to anyone I know that is needing a place to store things to give Trish a call!

I came in inquiring about a unit and Arizona was so informative about prices and space! she recommended me a great space to store all my stuff and was so sweet and nice the whole time!

I was leery of doing this because I’ve never had a storage unit before, but the employee I had her name was Arizona walked me through it all so patiently. I left relieved. If I were looking I would definitely recommend this place.

DO NOT use this storage place. If you want to keep your belongings. They take advantage of peoples financial difficulties by adding fees after fees to make it more and more difficult for you to catch up. We were making our late payments but the fees was killing us. This is how they make it hard for you to catch. We lost everything we owned, we didnt care about the furniture, we begged them for our children photos, wedding photos and our family personal paperwork. But they didnt care, they shredded them anyway. How can anyone with a good heart refuse to let a poor family get their valuable memories, but just destroy them. It wasnt something they auction off anyways. We paid alot of money trying to catch up and to not do something so small but meant so much to a small family is so wrong and heartless. All I can say is that God saw it all. So my advice to you is to not be fooled by the low cost advertising, I dont want another family to go through what we did. Im sorry but we had to warn others. God bless.

My experience on in Indiana I pay insurance well someone broke into my storage and stole my shoe collection I believe the property manager had something to do with being they also live on the property I did not get insurance pay ...I dont recommend anyone to rent on 4305 Lafayette rd I had a bad experience and to a loss on my goods she told me there were no cameras where my unit was and there was nothing the can do ...

It was a great decision to pick this place as my storage place. I have only just started so Im not sure on the quality, but the customer service has been excellent and makes me few very assured. Darnell, the property manager, is very nice and helpful. He helped me find the best unit for me at an affordable price. Overall, my experience here has been excellent.

Good storage place. Stuff was there for 9 months and never had a problem. The front desk guy, Dameon, is very professional and courteous, and is on the ball when it comes to doing his job right. Very easy place to work with, and reasonable rates as well. Recommended. Only drawback is the location - its not close to any freeways, and isnt in the nicest part of town. Its gated though so that does offer some measure of security.

I went into this Public Storage location the other day to pay my bill and I was not having the best day at all. When I came in Darnell was very helpful and funny too! Dameon was the other employee in the store and he was just as informative and helpful as the employee that was actually taking care of my transaction. They have a return customer at this location as long as Im in Indy!

Great customer service on a rainy day.

I arrived at Public Storage just a few minutes before closing time. Darnell didnt rush me out of the door, he actually stayed 30 minutes passed closing time. He was very helpful, very thorough and even tried to entertain my daughters as they were getting bored with my visit. I feel better about my items in storage with Darnell around and available.

I purchased a storage place at this location on September 18,2013. Darnell was the gentleman who assist me with this purchase and I would highly recommend this location to anyone if they asked.
