Poor customer service. Rude. Not worth it. Update 10/2021, HAD to go there, no option, same experience.. I guess they have plenty of business to worry about customer service. If you like to bring business to rude people, this is your place to go.

This location has always been good to me.Yesterday they were very helpful and all transactions were smooth and quickly handled.The two Hispanics (a man and a woman) were very cheerful and kind. Thank you to all the workers at this location.A side note: the 1-800 # was useless. They are jerks. Also the Washington St location called me at last minute to change my reservation, and the lady I spoke to tried to rush me off the phone.

Extremely fun and helpful staff. They helped us through an issue with a rental and they were fun and upbeat while doing so. They were also very professional and patient with us. 10/10, would recommend!

We rented a 10 foot truck a week in advance and on the day we were supposed to get it we got a message saying on our order saying no equipment has been delegated to your order. So we get there and the people in the office tell us that there are no trucks of any kind at any of the U-Hauls in indy that we could get even though there were clearly ones in the back, saying that if you put in a reservation more then 5 days out that some people get overlooked. It took us going back in, and complaining and pointing out the ones in the back for them to be like oh well we have a 15foot one, even though we specifically asked for a 15 foot instead of a 10 and they said they didnt have any. Absolutely ridiculous. Though Im glad they actually gave us one in the end.

They need to remedy their phone woes. I was on hold for 37 minutes, spoke with someone off site unable to meet my needs, then supposedly transferred to the managers direct line of the location needed, ultimately no answer. Wasted my valuable time(literally over 2 hrs) CALL BUDGET. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

Pardon my language, but this place is a shitshow. There is no way to pull into the parking lot, there are trucks parked haphazardly EVERYWHERE, and there is line 15+ people deep inside. We were told we could just “go find our truck and go”. Can’t find it in this madness and I have no idea how we would get it out anyway. Our personal vehicle is currently boxed in by additional trucks that arrived after us. We are parked in the only tiny space we could find, which we took after having to block a VERY busy road to allow another couple to safely back out. Had we not been there, I don’t know how they would have gotten out without causing a wreck because there is no visibility with the trucks piled in the lot all the way to the street. I would NOT recommend this location. The photos don’t even do it justice.

Had reservations on a 20 foot uhaul and dolly was told they have nun they gave ours to the couple in line before us and that our card that was entered online would be charged an extra 100 dollars if we didn’t use cash and after all that hassle let me know there was no more 20 foots on their property and we must travel to the other side of town just to get something we reserved a week prior. The guy stayed on the phone the entire time we were there never helping anyone physically in line.

Fast, friendly, reliable service a woman name Tierra tiara sorry I don’t know the exact spelling helped me today got my reservation pulled up and had me ready to go with all my questions I had answered!! Thank you Uhaul

Granted I only got a propane tank filled, but the employees were incredibly kind, helpful and fast and, in particular, the woman who helped me. I rarely write reviews, but this experience warranted one.

Had a hitch installed same day appointment made. Install took about 30 minutes. Very pleased with result and the staff were highly friendly and helpful and very much exceeded my expectations.

The sign says theyre open until 7 and we were told to bring the keys back before 7. All good, right? Apparently they meant 6:30. We got here at 6:45, lights were on and sign said open, but they refused to take the keys back. Employees were there and they looked open, they just decided to be closed early. They said its like that every day, they close the main area at 6:30.If thats the case they really should adjust their hours and keep their customers more informed. I suggested an edit on the hours listed through google.

Zero stars. My reservation was not honored as booked. Never had any issues at other UHauls and my reservations were always honored as booked. The manager and services workers lack professionalism and basic good customer service skills. They treat people with disrespect.

Waited an hour for a previously scheduled truck pickup. Employees didnt seem to care about the line in the store at all. Had to rearrange my entire moving day schedule because they cant keep up with thier reservation guarantees.

The store is very clean and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. You can take your propane tank and they will fill it, saving you more money than exchanging your tank. They also have storage that looks like a clean and safe environment, although I havent used it.

Very disappointed at this location. I scheduled my car to have a hitch installed last July 16th and when i arrived there they said that one part did not arrive. Since im busy after that day i moved it to the 1st of Aug and when i went there again the manager told me the same reason and he explained to me that theres been a delay of the hitches because of the pandemic, but i remembered that one of the lady there called the other branch if they have the part that was missing and told me that by Aug 1st my hitch will be installed. A simple job yet so many excuses. The manager needs some more training.

The best staff customer service experience Ive had in Indy! Both of the gentleman I worked with were courteous, calm and professional. I appreciated the assistance and willingness to go the extra mile. Best U-haul experience by far. Great job gentleman!

Slow, dirty (store and vehicles), covid regulations not being followed or enforced with employees and customers alike. Waited over 40 minutes in line for a 5 minute transaction.Should mention I only had to come here because another u-haul location didnt put the keys I reserved in the box there. Had an appointment to pick up there at 12, didnt leave this store until after 1:15. Utterly ridiculous.

Julius helped me out big time. We were looking for a 10 foot recall truck and everywhere else we were told there were none. When we got here Julius looked and made arrangements for us to have one. Friendly and helpful staff here. Would recommend. Thank you.

Horrible location! I rented a van and when I opened it up it smelled like there was dog feces and also had roaches. It smelled as if they didn’t clean the van in weeks. I was supposed to receive a call from the manager and they never called me. Most likely will never rent here again.

Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and professional. Pick up and drop off went smoothly, the truck worked perfectly, absolutely no complaintsI could tell this is a small family-owned franchise/location, which is always nice to deal with.

Mr. Julius gave me the best service on Saturday 8/17/19. Eagledale location, Indianapolis, Indiana. I will refer everyone I know to this U-Haul. Clean and professional.Thanks again!

By far the worse, unorganized establishment I have ever dealt with. This company overcharged me then double ran my card stating I had their vehicle for 3 days when I returned it same day. Top it off there is never communication with the management if there is truly a location manager at this said facility. I drove up there to no manager available three different times. Never been more livid with a business transaction. I would declare 0 stars if it would allow!!!

This place is shady. Never will rent here again. I left $100 vaporizer in the rental and they said they “threw it away.” I saw the guy put the truck back on the lot which means he “threw it away” while I was still in the store getting my receipt. I’m still uncertain if it was actually thrown in the dumpster. I think the guy thought it was a THC cartridge and kept it for himself. Long story short, find another UHaul to rent from cause this place will steal your stuff.

Absolute worst experience, reservation was placed for picking up at this location and dropping off at another. I confirmed this with the person who helped me when picking up the truck.I was then more then double charged for not dropping the truck back off at this location plus charged for gas despite filling the truck back up. When I called in to explain the situation the women who answered the call was extremely rude, and told me that she wasnt changing anything because I signed for the truck which essentially gives her the right to charge me in the event of any changes.Beware if you rent from this location to read everything and ensure they do not overcharge you.Worst customer service and rude people.

Great customer-first service! I dont remember his name, but the young man checking us in chatted amiably with me the whole time I was there. Even more, it started to pour down rain while we were hooking the trailer up to my truck, but he stayed out there and finished the job. I left there soaking wet, but happy.

Worked with Tony & he was absolutely amazing..My sister picked up my truck for me and drove. I was running late and didn’t want to miss my reservation...He served my sister for me and we was out...Very professional & courtesy to people and their situations...

I rented a truck for an in town move. Not only was I rushed to get the truck and go by the staff, when I was able to check the mileage it was off over 500 miles. Made repeated calls and never got a person from the store to answer let alone call back. Now I am still wait over a week for my refund. Customer service and corporate are just as bad about not helping. I would rather use a rickshaw then to ever rent another truck from this location .

I had an issue with gas charges and the manager Amber was very helpful resolving my issue. Honestly caring manager.

The manager is trying to charge me for going 96 miles I did not go out off town and his wife gave me a paid rReceipt. He’s a scam artist, dirty just dirty.

Tried calling this location and stayed on the phone waiting for an employee for 15 minutes. I was able to drive all the way from Avon to this location in the time I was Waiting on the phone.

I understand mistakes happen and when it does what will you do to help me fix the current situation. I put a truck on hold they accidentally gave it a way to some one else. BOOM.... up grade. Thanks guys now less trips for the same amount of money.

Just wanted to find out the quotes about renting a truck.People keep transferring memover the phones. I got transferred twice and hold for 30 minutes. I bet its not that busy place to answer this kind of question.

They possess the most important quality and that is they genuinely care for others and do their best to help. All stores have their flaws, they really do care about their customers though.

I should have done a full walk around of the trailer so it’s partly on me. But when I got to my destination, discovered a round cutter-proof padlock on the back door so I had to go trade it in to a different UHAUL near where I was. Which was a whole other problem.

Customer service was very friendly, helpful including with assisting you with best plan for the usage of their equipment.

I reserved a truck for 7am monday morning for a very important pickup at 8am. I was there at 7am, no one was there and the store was not open. Called customer service and they was not able to reach staff. So...I had to go to another location,wasting more time, I had to drive to 62 and Michigan rd and not leaving there till 8:15a...missing my package pickup...since I was not there on time....had to drive to Cleveland Ohio to get the package.....costing me time....and a lot of MONEY....I FEEL UHAUL SHOULD COVER MY COST...BUT I KNOW THATS A JOKE.....

Pretty rundown uhaul location but didnt have any issues

Friendly staff and very quick service for us dropping off our uhaul. The parking space is very limited, however, as there were a TON of uhauls everywhere. Thankfully there is an egress route because the way we pulled into the parking lot was blocked by uhaul after uhaul.

After an awful experience with Uhaul as a whole (corporate and a store in Texas), the manager or owner of this store helped us out. Because of him, we are willing to rent again.

Found and bought exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent!
