I have been so impressed with Wayne and Sarah from Simply Self Storage! Not only have they made this transition effortless, they have the best prices in town! Their customer service goes above and beyond what I expected from a storage company, and I would recommend them to anyone in town! I have had to use this storage unit on a couple different occasions, and both times I got exactly what I wanted and both units were kept very clean and dry! If ever I need another storage unit I know where Im headed!!

I highly suggest this place. I have stored here for years and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and consistent. I love that the grounds of the property are kept clean and someone is always there making sure our storage is secure. Though their prices are reasonable, the cheapest storage isnt always your best choice. GO WITH SIMPLY SELF STORAGE.

I did some shopping around and prices were comparable. What sold me with this place is the staff. They are very helpful and upfront with cost and how the facility is ran. They were very polite and took their time showing me around. They also have a referral program that saves you a little cash if you refer a friend.

This place really great. The customer service is very personable. The management really cared about me and made sure the access codes worked before I finished signing up and gave me a ride to show unit in a golf cart. Great value for the money.

Im not typically a person that leaves reviews but there is no other way to express my frustration with this place.Im not sure why they have their website because it is totally useless. You will have to call in to the location to change any of your information or payment because it seems the site purposely does not work. And of course there is a small convenience fee for a payment over the phone.I could go on but I just want it out there that you will not be happy if you ever need to contact them for any reason..... Ill go on =} You will have to go to the site (easy to do if you live out ot state) to change your payment method..

Can’t thank them enough for making my moving process easy and painless!!! Extremely good customer service I was able to see my unit and process all paperwork in under 30 minutes! I was super impressed with their features as far as auto pay and the fact that insurance is included in your unit price! This storage location is tucked back and secure I felt very safe leaving my things there. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area!!!!

I had (and continue to have) a great experience with the facility manager at this Simply Self Storage location. She was new in the position when I called on her in late Oct/early Nov but she provided over-the-top and very knowledgeable support for my needs. The facility is clean, convenient and great pricing was offered. I was also pleased with the security. I highly recommend her and this location. In fact, I have additional storage needs for another family member and didnt hesitate to arrange those needs here as well!

Great staff, good units, easy to work with! Bring a lock with you before you come or you can buy one there. They also give you a long code that you need for going in and leaving (so don’t lose it!) they give you two keys, too, so that’s nice. Also, last tip, you need more room than you might think! We got a 10ft by 15ft unit and could’ve still used more room.

After all my shopping around, this place was most legit at the end of the day.

I was in a tight bind and Anthony was more than helpful. He was very pleasant to speak with and gave me all the information I needed. Once I arrived, he was even more delightful. We were able to get the paperwork completed, a tour of the unit, and even had time to unload my bins all within my lunch hour. I really had a great experience with Anthony Mills when I purchased a storage unit from him. He was helpful on helping me pic the right size unit I needed for what I had, also great attitude and he was under the weather that day. But overall very pleased cause this was the first time I ever received good customer service from a storage unit place.

Conveniently, close enough to not have to travel far for household items that I may have left and put up, clean units with varieties of sizes, and the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs and the fixes needed when we moved units. Only thing i would change is that it is not 24 hrs. Which makes it extremely inconvenient for late workers. There isnt anyone even in the office when the gate is supposed to close. What if we need assistance? And who has never heard of a storage not 24. And pricing to switch units that made prorate monthly rentals, none of it seemed to add up.

Maintenance of the property has improved in the past couple years, but it was pretty bad for awhile -- poor condition of buildings and grounds, and trash/refuse laying around. As recently as summer/fall of 2018, it took over three months to get an electrical problem fixed with power coming into our unit from outside the walls of our unit (no working light in our unit for over three months, despite numerous promises that it would be resolved).Rental rates have increased SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE the rate of inflation over the five years weve rented space there for our personal and business needs. Our units monthly rate started out around $56 - $57 in 2013 -- now its $84.While recently shopping for alternatives, Ive found numerous options for same size or larger space for $25 to $30 less per month -- including offers for new renters at SSS-Hawthorn for the same size/type of space.Office staff has been hit or miss ... from very welcoming, friendly, and professional to VERY UNprofessional (e.g. - walked into a cloud of marijuana smoke and two giggling attendants behind the counter one weekend, unfulfilled promises for follow-through on issues, rude/hostile responses when expressing concern about unfulfilled commitments).Looking, now, to deal with our business & personal storage needs elsewhere.
