My son rented this truck. Didnt tell him the extra fees associated with rental. He spent over $400. Not worth it. It was a rip off. Uhaul a whole lot cheaper. Will never rent from this company again. Staying with uhaul

Check-In, Getting Fuel, and Service Help, 5 Stars Great. The truck I was picking up for my company, 3 Stars for the truck. BUT BIG ZERO STARS FOR THE CLEANNESS AND THE CONDITION OF THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK. I DRIVE FOR DHL CHAIN SUPPLY (USA) IN THE MIDWEST REGION. MY COMPANY LEASE TRUCKS FOR LONG-TERM USE. FOR PENSKE TRUCK RENTAL TO OFFER THIS TRUCK, TO MY COMPANY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. TO SELECT A EVERY OTHER DAY RENTAL TRUCK FOR LONG-TERM USE FOR MY COMPANY. EVEN THE PENSKE NAME STICKER IS MISSING OFF OF THIS TRUCK, FOR NOT BEING ASSOCIATE THEM. THE PENSKE NAME IS NOTHING BUT WORD NOW, NOT ITS REPUTATION.

I have rented trucks for long moves twice...Denver and Phoenix. Both times trucks performed like champions! I recommend them without hesitation!

Tried to rent a moving truck, was instead given the crank to a 1936 Deusenberg Model J. Very rare car, fun to drive, but not useful in hauling heavy machinery. Still got the job done eventually.

I looked up pricing on line to rent a 26 foot truck for a day to move my daughter. I had a few questions that I needed answered so I called the office. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and informative. I finished the booking process on line which was easy to do. The next day another gentleman called me back to go over the reservation and noticed the system did not actually take off my AAA membership discount and he applied. I was scheduled to pick up the truck the next day at 9 but we had bad weather the night before and morning of and I was delayed in picking the truck up. We did not get to the office until about 11:55 and they closed at 12:00 on Saturday. Sometimes when you get to a place a few minutes before closing, they can be a little annoyed with you. J.Greunke was very pleasant. He explained everything and in a matter of 10 minutes we were off. Returning the truck after hours was a simple process. I would definitely use Penske Truck Rental in the future and would recommend the Georgetown location. .

They cant get there fuel island open on time 😡Would been nice to have had a sign out in view letting drivers know the fuel island was broke down, waited 25 min patiently tried calling the office phone two times with no answer then decided to go inside to get information and had a mechanic holler at me across the parking lot that the fuel island was broken.

Truck was clean and ran fine, but employee said to fill it with gas back to a certain level, I did, but found out he claimed the tank was full on the invoice, so they charged me for 3 gallons of $5/g gas.... Also had an extra day charge on there bill for only one days use. After some complaining, they did refund all the charges, but it shouldnt have been on the bill in the first place.

The Guys at Penske on 86th str and Georgetown rd,are the greatest.

Nice people but could use more of them. It seams they are always behind on fixing things.

The trucks are uncomfortable and made for small people. Wish I could have dropped off the truck in the Bloomington location but I had to bring it all the way back after I used it.
