Omg this is the most amazing store I have been to in a long time. There is something for every room of your house or office. Definitely a must check out store!

Pretty expensive. The part I disliked most was the music! Made the shopping experience feel rushed since I hated the music.

The is only one problem with The Container Store, haha, its not in Evansville, Indiana! Yes, there price is a little more than if you bought it online, but online, you dont get to see/touch the quality of the item and have customer reps asking you if you need any help and giving good advice. Ill gladly pay a little more for all those extras they provide. We enjoyed our visit and bought some things that we are already using.

I love this store. It has a wide variety of storage solutions. It is pricey, so it needs to make up for the prices with excellent service. I have generally found this to be true in the store. I just had a less than desirable conversation with an associate who did not help at all with an assembly problem. We bought an expensive Elfa Start-a-Stack drawer solution that wasn’t in stock and has to be assembled. It is not going together well. I asked what they could do for us and nothing was offered. They told us to use a hammer covered with a cloth. The salesperson said she puts these together in 5 minutes “all the time.” I said, “well, I guess if we can’t figure this out we will just return it,” to which the response was silence.We are not amateurs in putting together furniture. We have done this from many a vendor. I am most disappointed in the service we received on this item.

First time visiting and I loved it! They have everything you need to organize.

I went with a friend for the first time. There were so many different unique sizes and shapes. A container for anything.

Ive worked here in the past and the customer service has extremely changed. I was not greeted until the end and was told that 15 mins before closing they are trying to end their evening. Peggy was extremely unprofessional with informing us that the store was closing. Nine is when you close and yes I understand that Peggy however you do not need to be rude while informing us in that way. I get you want us to leave but you don’t need to say “You need to leave, our store is closed now” at exactly 9pm. That outstanding staff that I once knew is gone. I do not recommend coming to this store, diving to the closed one in the next state is more worth it.

We were very let down by our trip this weekend. This was our first time in the store, as we were inspired by the Netflix show, The Home Edit, to tackle some projects. It looks like this store is struggling financially? The product was picked over, and we had trouble finding items that were on display. For all of the hype and advertising given in that show, we expected more. People also mention the service in other reviews, but we did not experience that. Employees that we did encounter barely even looked our direction. Disappointed.

It was a little pricey so I didn’t purchase. It’s is a lovely store that is merchandised in an appealing way. Sales associates are very helpful.

Staff were incredibly rude and werent interested in earning our out of market business... no worries, we will vote with our dollars elsewhere.

This place is cool, if you havent been there yet its definitely worth checking out. They have a huge variety of items, way more than I thought they would, and tons of awesome productive items for your home. Like a smaller ikea with less furniture. It was worth a look.

Last time we were in that store it was affordable. Went in yesterday and what we paid for was more than what Menards charged us. They need to lower theyre prices.

Only complaint about this place is they are a bit pricey and always crowded. They have a big selection so no complaints there.

This store is amazing. They have tons of cool products and customizable shelving. They staff is a little scarce and its pricey, but I love their products.

I just went to the Container Store for the very first time and I fell in love. They had pretty much anything you could think of that you want or need to organize your house or office or whatever. The employees were very nice and ready to help. I will definitely be back!

We drove an hour to get to the Container Store only to be turned away for not bringing face coverings. I would understand this policy if they offered face coverings for purchase, but they do not provide face coverings for customers. Sorry but you just lost business for this policy.

Pros: this place has pretty much any configuration of container. Store is huge, selection matches the space. Whatever odd size you may need you can probably find here. Additionally, lots of charming fixtures and such like wicker baskets and unique jars.Cons: the price here is absolutely outrageous for anything at all. These are just the same plastic containers youd find at other retail outlets, at - and Im not kidding here - a 300% markup. Go to Meijer and get the exact same product at a 60% discount, instead.

I personally feel like there was too many containers for my personal comfort levels. i feel like whoever owns that store needs to see a doctor or something for the simple fact that’s no one should like containers that much to have a whole store full of them.

The name of the store is very accurate. Any container youre looking for, they have. Finding a specific color might be an issue. Definitely worth a look.

This place is at a nice location, it is very easy to spot from a distance. They have reasonable amount of containers but I do think that they could carry a lot more items. it was not what I had expected considering the name of the company . You could probably get more containers online or at other local stores. They do have very nice household items and storage jars though if thats mainly what you are looking for.

Absolutely in love with this place. Very pricey but if you are an organization person, just being there will be so inspiring.

What’s not to love about this store? I always use their coupons and get some great deals on things I didn’t know I needed until I shopped there! Quality stuff, great return policy, and most workers are very friendly and helpful.

Drove over only to be told by an employee inside the door that they require facemask. No option to buy one. Wasted my time and they lost potential sales. Its wothin their rights to require a facemask but atleast update your store information to indicate that theyre required and offer some for sale.

Highly Recommend to go with a professional closet company instead of using the container store for your closet design and installment.We designed and purchased our Avera closet back in August and we still do not have a final product in our closet (were two weeks away from Christmas).The store ordered the wrong size pieces for our closet (even though a tech came and measured our closet twice), our install took 2 days over the course of 1 1/2 weeks instead of one day. The closet was installed incorrectly, so weve been waiting for the past 3 months to have them come and fix it but they continue to mess up the scheduling. One time they called me at 9pm the night before our scheduled install to inform us they would not be able to come out due to over-scheduling.Spend the exact same money with a company that actually knows what theyre doing when it comes to closets. Save yourself the headache!

Whether you are looking to organize your office, garage, crafts, kitchen or make your bedroom closet places of more convenience and organization/storage. This place definitely is exactly as the name say. They sell containers of every shape, size and purpose.

Really cool place with a lot of great ideas, but pricey. Above my budget. Its nice stuff, but too much for me to spend. Did get a lot of great ideas and its always a good idea to see whats out there.

This was my first time visiting a Container Store and I love it! The staff was very helpful and gave me some tremendous tips. I need to go home, take some measurements and then return. Most definitely will recommend your store.

I enjoy shopping at The Container Store. So many ideas for organizing and the employees are always friendly. Some of the prices are a little more than I might find online but they usually have what I want in stock (instant gratification!) So i dont have to wait or worry that something may be damaged when I get it. I can see what Im getting before I buy it.

CSRs are very tentative, and by me being a Veteran they do offer 10% Veteran discounts. So instead of me going anywhere else for Storage containers when I need them I go to the Container Store.

Lots of containers! One thing that if the store were more utilitarian (containers for heavier tools, impact cases, waterproof and weatherproof stuff, hardcore containers) would make this place 5 stars otherwise is the staff. Our register clerk went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only the nicest person we have met out here, she gave us a pretty good (totally unexpected and uncalled for) discount just because we were all having such a good time checking out. She was the most helpful, informative, understanding... I dont know how to say it enough.But, one employee cant save a review. If it were just her, this review would be 5++++ stars.Imo, containers are a utility and this place is like 90% form over function, at least as a guy thats what it seems like to me. It seems more like a world market for (arguably?) functional decoratives- pretty and beautiful decorative containers rather than containers for work and utility. Thats not to say there arent useful containers here.. its a container store, you can use them for anything, but Id love to see them have a section for the handy men and women next to the heavy duty shelves with some various sizes pelican style cases, tool boxes, and more resiliant boxes bins and containers... as it stands this place is more geared towards someone like my wife. I still managed to find some nice organizing cabinets for my smaller tools... but if the plain utility container variety were fleshed out, this would be 4-5 stars for a container store.

This is the most organized store I have ever enjoyed.. I live quite a distance away and called ahead to check if they had what i wanted..The clerk that answered was on her break and she still wanted to help me..Though I wanted her to enjoy her break. She checked on my item for stock..Yippee!! They had more than enough..They were perfect quality, being handmade you can get differences in look andsize..We found the baskets right away..and could have bought sooooo much more.. A place of common sense in a crazy world..I thank the staff for being so helpful..and so willing to help me..I you have been there..you know what I am talking about .. If you havent been....it is a must shop...See ya there

Simply called to confirm a pickup order time and had my head bitten off by the employee who answered the call. Rude from the start. First and last time giving this location business.

They were out of what I wanted, but I had to stay and window shop other items because the store was so great!

I didnt see hardly anything useful.

Expencive but they had everything we needed and the staff was great to work with and very friendy.

Lots of container options here. And while I didnt find exactly what I wanted, I did find some boxes that worked well. Will probably go back next time I have a need for a special container.

I ordered several items from the Container Store to get my daughters apartment set up (moved several states away). One of the items was a case of Tubular Hangers that we have used for several locations. These were ordered well over a month ago. No communication on the fact that these have been back ordered for awhile. No email updates on what the delay was or that there was a delay. While this sounds like a small thing, it is not. It is a symptom of bigger issues in their protocols. The store has the hangers. Why can they not have the store send a case to the distribution center to complete / fulfill the long delayed order? Now, I have cancelled that order and will go to the store myself and purchase them. I will then have to pay for shipping and pay a higher price (since I used my discount coupon -- now expired since it has been a month!!). Add on the time and effort on my end to play detective and find out where the order was...Ridiculously Poor Service!!! Very disappointed that employees are not empowered to do the right thing! Fair well Container Store! Amazon will be getting my business full time now.

I bought a container for my bacon, ot seems really sturdy cant wait to just and it was only $5.99. Cant wait to go back and purchase some other items.

Keystone / Castleton shopping centers are terrible for traffic and pedestrians who do not pay attention to what they are doing. However, there was parking available and an easy walk into the store.The store was clean and laid out like most retail shops. Plenty of things to look at and buy, most of which could be purchased elsewhere and online, but for those who have to have it now this place is good.We found what we were looking and got it for a decent price (on sale). Checkout was quick and we were out in 10 minutes.Overall a good experience.

Omg! I love this place. Could walk around here forever & I hate to shop! Only thing, I was looking for was long luggage tags for a cruise. They had them about a year ago, but not now. :(

A great place for stocking stuffers. And toilet brushes. And stuff for traveling. You get the drift. If you want Walmart prices -and Walmart quality- well, shop at Walmart. If you want lovely items of high quality, hit the Container Store.

Had what I needed, easy pick up.

Great products but more training needed for staff. After purchasing a elfa shelving system, had some trouble installing after the kit I was given was not to the specifications I had asked for. The two ladies who helped me stepped up to the plate to help, but lacked knowledge of the system, causing several return trips for parts needed not already included. Great products, staff needs a little more knowledge about installing/hardware/product needs.

I normally love shopping here. I have organized my pantry, closets, bedrooms everything but today the lady at the check out was so rude and wouldn’t let me finish sentence about what I was trying to return. I was trying tell her I had more shopping to do and I can do everything one one transaction but she refused to listen. Then I got hangers and I know they were buy get 4 at a Lower prices and she said nope. I swear to God I was shopping at Walmart today. Nothing against Walmart but those cashier are rude. Next time I am in the store and I see her I am going to walk back out and try another day.People who shop here usually come after long day of work and least you can do is listen. Don’t be rude and have an attitude.

Very accessible store and full of products not only for TAB folks to make better use of home, office, kitchen, & closet space but plenty of easy reach, easy open products which can make life easier for disabled folk & spoonies!

Many items are expensive, but if youre looking for specific storage items, youll probably find them here. Thats the cost of specialty. The staff are friendly and eager to help.
