Absolutely wonderful experience at this location! I have been trying to resolve a corporate issue for over 7 months, and the absolutely stellar agents here assisted me and truly went above and beyond! I could not be happier with how promptly they provided help, and the level of expertise was out of this world. I drove over an hour to come to this location and will continue to do so from now on. If anybody is interested in AT&T, please do yourself a favor and do your business at this location!

I worked with Lovely and she was indeed just that, lovely. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It came up in conversation that she was supposed to be off but saw how many customers were left to be waited on and she stayed late to help me out. Very appreciative of her.

The corporate store in greenwood was absolutely wonderful. Amanda has great customer service skills and is personable. Definitely a good choice switching from t-mobile to at&t.

I came in here a few months ago after my honey moon and bought a the new iPhone SE. after having a wonderful experience with Verizon I wanted to switch to AT&T because in the country where I live service is not the greatest. I paid almost $400 cash as was informed AT&T would not let me purchase the phone outright, I must make payments. I also purchased a case and a screen protector: And yet when I check my balance on my $399 phone. It shows that I only paid $150. I tried to speak to the manager to no avail. This company is so big that the feel untouchable. I’m not looking for compensation. I would just like the owner of the store on US 31 that his manager is a scam. I will be switching back to Verizon. And I can never In good conscience recommend this company. Thank you and good day.

Lost my phone on a trip. Came to the store the next day and was helped immediately. Got a new phone and everything downloaded back as my phone was before. Very pleased with ATT. Thats why we have been with them since 1992.

We had excellent service at this location from Blake. He was very patient with our numerous questions we had for him. We bought 3 new phones and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to assist us.He was willing to look at different ways we could go depending on buying phones and adding features and the price we would be paying.He wasn’t bothered with 3 woman coming at him as questions came up. Had a great experience. Came in on Tuesday to transfer a line from sprint over got this amazing lady name Lovlie to help us. We had 4 more lines to transfer over but didnt have the phones with us. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday on her day off and she came in to help us when she didnt have to. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. The whole process didnt even take more than an hour to transfer 4 phones. Lovlie is a great asset to the att team please give her recognition she deserves it.

I visited this store on August 2nd. And I got to meet the the #1 ( in my opinion ) sales consultant, LOVLIE FRAZIER! I have been in customer service and sales for 27 years. And it is hard to find someone like LOVLIE! As soon as she came up and introduced herself she was all smiles from start to finish! Let alone was she knowledgeable about all her products, but she was also a great listener with all my questions & concerns. And talk about being patient with me! It was like sitting there talking to a family member! From here on out I will always ask for her when I return to the store! And will give her every referral possible! Yesterday I went into the store and was greeted by Cole K. I had just come from T Mobile and thought they had given me a very good deal and was ready to switch after 20 years with AT&T but wanted to hear what ATT could offer me. After research on line, I thought the better deal would be with T Mobile. Cole was really patient with me, got a great deal on unlimited data with veterans discount so I stayed with AT&T. He got all my info switched over from my old phone. He was very nice young man. Professional and no pressure. I kept thinking who does he look like? He looks like one of the Property Brothers on HGTV. lol. Good Experience. I told my friend about the experience and she went to Cole and got herself a new IPhone 12. Nice clean store, looks newly remodeled. Good location, easy close parking . Everybody seemed very friendly, quiet even though it had several customers in it. Good atmosphere, not pressure sales environment as I seen before at phone stores. Good experience. Management obviously does good job, Cole is a real asset.

Wish 0 Stars was an option. Poor poor customer experience at this location. Unfriendly staff and extended wait time. We arrived at 5:39 PM and were told to wait in our car for approximately 20 minutes. Over an hour later we are still waiting. Their is no queue they share with you or any system in place to respect customer time. When looking to inquire about our position in line we were greeted with harsh tone. Please look at training this location better and/or driving repercussions for poor training by management. Very displeased and will look to switch service. Will actively promote friends and family avoid or move away from AT&T.

The guy who helped me wasnt the best person, he didnt try to help me. I was just a bother to him because I wasnt buying a new phone. He also made a comment to a fellow employee that the shirt he was wearing, it was a little wrinkled. Said his girlfriend washed it. Then the guy helping me said to him, that figures women cant do anything right. The guy said he didnt care it was a little wrinkled. What a jerk! He also didnt help me either so I left.

Horrible experience. I simply wanted to return old devices that I had upgraded from and had the displeasure of dealing with Manager. Manager was rude, smug, accusatory, and didnt know what he was talking about. I avoid this store at all costs and this is exactly why. Treated like a criminal the whole time (You only paid X amount to upgrade?.. -Yes, because thats what was owed on the phone I was trying to return. Also accused of trying to return broken phones that are in pristine condition, in a case since purchased). Icing on the cake was when he told me that he had wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to fix something he knew he wouldnt be able to. That would have been nice to know instead of wasting my valuable time after I had worked a long day. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location, unless you enjoy poor customer service and leaving with high blood pressure. Better off just calling AT&T directly

3 & 1/2 hours in store. Thought it would be easy since we had four things to take care of. Only accomplished one. Was frustrating, and mentally demanding, but was prepared for this!

Today my husband and I came in to switch our two iPhones over from U.S Cellular to AT&T. As soon as we walked in, Lovlie F. greeted us and answered any and all of our questions. When my phone was being difficult, she helped us and went above and beyond. She made an attempt each and every time to call us by our names. Super thankful to have a great experience. Highly recommend asking for Lovlie when shopping at AT&T.

I had a billing discrepancy and went in without an appointment. I had to wait a short while which was completely understandable. My issue was taken care of with tact and urgency. I would return for any issues or purchases in the future.

Stopped in to buy a new iPhone 12 early Jan. All is well, Rep insisted that I could not buy outright, had to put on a payment plan. No biggy, zero interest and I can payoff whenever I choose. What disappointed me, the rep added a service called ATT Next Up to my account. A monthly $5 charge for some silly trade in service. I certainly didnt want anything changed to my account, it took 2 calls to ATT to get removed (because it had to go through 1 billing cycle). ATT online fixed the issue, great to work with, gave me an extra credit for my inconveniences. Bottom line, work online if you can. Less than stellar tactics seem to go on with some sales Reps, probably getting a perk for adding the service. I certainly wont go back to this location.

I could write a novel with the details, but I’ll try to keep it short1) showed up 15 mins early for my appointment, waited in the car, was told I was next. went in after waiting 30 mins, lost me in the system2) customer in front of me was served before me after you knew I had been waiting longer. THAT CUSTOMER INSISTED I GO BEFORE THEM. You denied that customers request because it was more convenient because “you already had her pulled up”.3) Told me that my SIM card malfunction was unable to be addressed because I’m an unauthorized user on the account (perfectly fine). I have to call my husband to load up our 3 children to come up to the store. While on the phone, you repaired the SIM card malfunction and didn’t clarify that my husband does not need to come up to the store any longer.Do you care about the customer? It seems like that’s a no. I hope I never have to go back and it seems you feel the same way.

They were not able to resolve my issue on this visit, however the staff did everything in their power to assist me and they were extremely friendly and customer service oriented.

Janice and Kyler were absolutely the best people that I have EVER had when getting new service very nice and knowledgeable went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price on phones and accessories. Went in thinking it was going to cost at least 800 ended up being only 650. Would highly recommend.

We had a scheduled appointment at this store. We were called to even come in earlier than scheduled. When we got there the store representative had taken some one else. We had arrived 15 minutes early. They didnt even keep the appointment that was scheduled either. This is our second visit to this store. We were going to transfer our service from sprint and purchase new phones. We were treated horrible and live many miles away from the store. It was a very bad unprofessional experience. Buyer Beware especially dealing with Abby.

Pretty quick and easy process for curbside pickup. Keith did a great job helping us and was very polite and friendly. Process was smooth and didn’t feel pressured to add any additional services. Great job team.

Loves the staff

First of all, i came to this store 2 weeks ago eith an issue ive been dealing with a year. I was supposed to hear back something with a week. No follow up, nothing. Issue is still not resolved. I also bought a wall charger. It was the incorrect one and i just wanted to exchange it. I came back just to exchange this charger an i was told i had to wait inline behind everyone that has service issues. 8 will never understand why this company doesnt have a line for customers who have simple issues vs issues with a bill or signing up for a new line ect. I didnt want to wait behind 7 different situations for a simple exchange. There should be a different routine or process for any customer who just needs to buy or exchange accesories or pay a bill. Smh.

Great sales pitch and tried to seem helpful but was sent on our way with the expectation that our phones were processing and would work shortly... half hour later we went back with still processing phones. We were added back to the queue only with less people working than earlier. First experience with this store is not good.

They wanted $50 for a very basic plastic phone cover! I walked out offended at the thought of that mark up. They had exactly one case for my Samsung note 20. I recall seing about 6 employees and no one even acknowledged me. Shame on you AT&T.

I always schedule an appointment because it cuts way down on my wait time. Staff are knowledgeable and polite and got me upgraded quickly. They also had a Samsung rep there during my visit who was available to answer any questions I had about their products.

I went in last week to upgrade my phone. Lovely helped me pick what worked best for me and made me aware of the offers available to me. I came back the next day and Kenny helped me check out. I had a lot of data to trasfer from one phone to the other. He was very patient as it took a long time. The manager Remy checked in with me a few times and made sure I uad a good experience although my phone transfer left me there past closing. At no point was I made to feel rushed or inconvenient. Overall a very good experience.

Felt like I was a burden-not a customer. I walked in for an accessory John H pointed me to a wall in the back (self service I assume?). I walked back up front to ask a question about the product (got a shrug and blank stare) and who do I pay? Finally, he did take my money and provided a receipt. Would have been nice to have him stay off his cell phone long enough for a thank you or have a nice day.

Walked in at the same time as another couple and they needed up getting helped first because this white lady that works there was very rude lucky another handsome gentleman helped us he was very kind and he was sweet and helped us a lot and he smelled wry good but the lady that works there is very rude don’t speak with her !!
