The phone charger was not going fully inside the port which is why the charger stopped charging the phone. I cleaned the charging port but still the problem didnt resolve. Then I went to Mobile king and the lady there cleaned the charging port free of cost. She was very kind too. Very impressed with the service. 5 star.

The staff here are wonderful people, they’re always willing to talk and give good advice. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half and I’ve never had one even remotely bad experience. For instance a day ago I needed to get a new battery in my phone. Not only did they have one in stock, but they had one that was extra capacity from what the original manufacturers rating was. Now my phone will last for nearly days as opposed to less than one.PS: Don’t charge your battery over 80% or let it get below 30% that degrades the battery faster. Batteries are best kept at a state of equilibrium around 50% especially for long-term storage.

My husband took me here to get an iPhone 8 Plus and the owner was very nice. I had a few issues with the phone I called and he was very polite and fixed the issues but because he seen more issues with the phone he upgraded my phone no charge. The fact that he saw more issues with the phone and didn’t send me away speaks volumes and I was so taken a back because a lot of phone places take advantage. My husband and I will always come here to do business. Customer service is excellent!

Cracked phone screen about a month ago and it finally went blank on me today! I went to nationwide place first and they were unable to get to it until the next day. I called Mobile King which is just a few minutes from me. The young lady working on Sunday afternoon took my call, was very helpful on the phone and in the store. She replaced the Galaxy S8 screen in less than an hour and was about $25 cheaper than the other place! Great job and many thanks!!!

I been coming to this place for years, the guys in here have the best knowledge of cell phones, and the prices or more than fair. They even stayed open late for me one time when i called in to get my screen fixed!

A quick replacement of the lower speaker on my Pixel 3. I took it in on the morning of the 16th and it was repaired and ready for pickup the afternoon of the 17th. And they got me transferred from my temporary phone back to my repaired phone. They will be my first stop on any future phone questions and repairs.

Great experience! Went in expecting to pay $90 for an iPhone charging port because when I went to apple they “cleaned” it and said I will most likely need a new charging port or new phone. Mobile King said a thorough clean may do the trick but if not they can go ahead with the new charging port. I’m happy to report they did an excellent job cleaning it, saving me a lot of money I had intentions on spending.Thanks mobile King, you’ve gained a loyal customer and will refer others.

This location was so easy to find and the owner was very polite and helpful. He showed a lot of knowledge on troubleshooting phone failures and in less than a 5mins he repaired my phone. I dont write reviews unless I feel strongly about my dealings with a company. So it is very rare that I submit that Mobile Kings work/product is a waste of your money. For $90 I had my first iPhone glass replaced (since October 2007 with heavy use). I had dropped it from an airplane onto the tarmac (20-25 feet). BTW, I always have a cover in place. Apple glass is extremely hard to break. After Mobile King replaced the glass on my 6+ two things happened with 3 weeks 1) I now have an oil-like spot appearing on photos date-stamped after their work and 2) the new glass shattered inside my home on July 4. I never left, I do not remember dropping it off the balcony. The attached picture is the reception I got from the same dealer (at the Vermont street location, Indianapolis). They do not want to hear about. The glass they use is NOT original glass, it is far inferior (at least in strength). They will tell you as they are working on your phone that the work will nix any Apple warranty. So for about $49 more dollars I could have gone to Apple store and this would not still be a problem for me. There is no equal to quality. Save your time and money.

I am a visitor and google showed me this place. To my surprise, the customer service was awesome and he did not charge me for a phone test. Would greatly recommend to anyone who needs help.And it proves me wrong, not all Americans are rude ;)

Great selection of used devices. They also give warranty’s on their purchase and most phones are unlocked. I loved the prices and I know phones are just gadgets that can go bad anytime but this place will stand up to their word.

Review:So Im very particular about getting work done on a cell phone, and especially since I have a fairly rare and expensive flagship cellphone - BlackBerry Passport SE. Its a rare phone, my model (Silver Edition) came out in 2016 I believe and so finding someone willing to work on it, capable, and someone who can track down the parts is rare. Ill say this, at first glass there doesnt seem to be anything special about Mobile King as you approach the small store front door or even step inside. That being said, once you meet the owner/technician (Nakul), learn of his training and certifications regarding nano soldering and cell phone repair, you will be VERY impressed as I quickly was. He is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, VERY HONEST, puts you at ease, and is clearly a hard worker. I talked to him a lot and learned that he was training both in India and the USA. He seems to take his job and business very serious and I asked him for about 5 business cards once he was done fixing my phone so I could pass them out to others. Im recommending everyone I know go there. His prices are very reasonable (I dont make much money!), and the work was done fairly quickly. He had to replace the entire screen/digitizer in my BlackBerry Passport SE, install a new battery, and solder in a new mini microphone because one of the three in the Passport SE had failed and I could only be heard on phone calls in speaker phone mode. I left him another phone to work on that fell in a bowl of water - my BlackBerry Classic and he is still working on that. It is probably trashed though from so much water damage, but I was willing to entrust him to a second device for repair. I thank God for him and pray his business prospers all the more! It was a delight to write this review, something I dont do too often.
