At first I would’ve gave a 5 star rating but so much happened I would never step foot in there again I went to get my iPad replace,had to wait an extra week to get it fix, then they ordered and put the wrong screen color on, then in the process they broke my home button. They said if I come back they would replace both NOTE: ( didn’t do a great good replacing the screen ) came back some weeks later and said since I cracked my screen they won’t be able to replace my correct screen color and fix my home button ( they broke ) or I have to pay 130$ to get it fixed all over again … they offer me 20$ off which I think is not fair in the least after explaining how unjust it is for me to pay full price to come back to a broke device they FINALLY refunded my money … they took care of the situation but poorly and left a bad taste in my mouth .

This store and its customer service is top notch, bar none. The manager himself goes above and beyond. They helped me finance an older phone to which some may think dumb, but I didnt see the need to have the best of the best out there. A functional, working, without a cracked screen phone was the goal. This place offers it all and doesnt go by your credit for financing. Want that new Playstation? Have a job and a bank account? If the answer is yes to all the above, youre more than 50% closer to acquiring that amazing console. Need to fix your cracked Droid or iPhone? They can do that too! Financing available for even fixing your phone. They will have my repeat business for years to come. Im actually from Fort Wayne and we do not have a CPR shop up north. I will def travel to either Hamilton County or Indianapolis (New Jersey location was my favorite) to shop here or complete any cell phone repairs! Give them a chance!!! You will NOT regret it!

I cracked my iphone 12 the phone alone cost me 800 so i knew the cost of a full screen repair would be at least half of that without apple care . i infact paid $366 to get my screen fixed because its a newer phone with more expensive parts thats what your looking at so hey dont be lazy get apple care . BUT if your like me and still have to pay it they did fix my phone the same day and in less than an hour without having to reset or lose any data on my device.

Terrible service. I went to this place and was told they could fix my phone but was not going to. WTH??? I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO CONFUSED TO WHY A BUSINESS TURNED AWAY MONEY.

I took my phone in on May 3 2021 almost 4 months ago. I was told to pay half now and that I would pay the other half after it was fixed never got the call That it was done and ready to be picked up. I was working full time and forgot about it but that doesnt mean I dont want my phone back. That phone has pictures of my grandma who had just pasted away 2 days before. I will be reaching out to ask where my phone is and if I can get it back or my money back.

Wonderful service attentive staff called me right away to know about fixing the device and when the device is ready to pick up. Had front glass repaired here and when I inspected it the back glass was popping off and when asked about it they stated it was normal. Obviously its not normal so they lied straight to my face. Definitely wouldnt recommendRE: Yes, you can find me by my first and last name. Preston Grewell. And as a customer once I have an employee lie about something as silly as its normal for your back glass to be coming up after a repair would I ever come back to resolve an issue? I called the Insurance and they fixed the issue. The point t of these reviews is to Inform the community about the good and bad experiences weve had. Thank you for the effort a month later in trying to resolve this issue.

This place was great ! The customer service I received was terrific, the guy was nice well mannered and very helpful. They replaced my screen for my iPhone 11 in a nice time frame.

Fast and responsive. Were honest that they couldnt guarantee screen replacement would fix the problem I was having and gave me the opportunity to cancel the repair without charge.

It took an extended period of time for my screen replacement part to come in...Then they have the nerve to hang up on me after THEY reach out, and I try to explain where I am at in being able to come in and actually get the screen replacement done.THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS ALL GET OUT!!

I have been waiting for a month for a part that they said would take 8 days. Its for my laptop and if I had known that it was going to take this long I would have gone to someone else. They already took my $$ for the part though, so Im kind of stuck with them. I have to call them every week for updates just to hear Its on the way. Im really feeling brushed aside by these guys. Pretty sure they just forgot to order it initially.

They fixed my external hard drive after everywhere else wanted to charge me an arm and a leg along with a 7-12 day waiting period. They were super nice and really great and absolutely saved me and my files!!!

Charged about $170 to repair/replace a cracked iPhone screen for my daughter...when she told them the next day that its not allowing the phone to work normal...they then said we dont have Apple parts(therefore dont expect a great job out of us) so sorry. The phone had to be fix after leaving them.

Square trade sent me here to do an insurance repair claim on my phone. Parts were supposed to be ordered, but I never heard back. I called each week for 4 weeks and each time they said the parts were on order and theyd call me with updates. After the 5th week I contacted Square trade and they had me overnight the phone to them. It was repaired and back to me in 48 hours.I still havent heard a thing from this place.

They did a great job repairing my phone. It was covered with spider cracks after dropping it on the street. Looks (and functions) as good as new, and they added a screen protector while doing the repair. They told me 1.5 hours for pickup, and though I was early, the phone was ready when I arrived. Definitely recommend.

Friendly service. Was called back in less than 12 hours from doing an online quote. Was cheaper than YouBreakiFix and able to do this all on the same day while competitors had to order the part and would have taken 5-6 business days before they could do it. Everyone was super nice and store was very clean and looked nice.

They have done all iPhone repairs for me and my two teenagers. Honest, professional, and very knowledgeable in regards to Apple products. They do carry other brands but since we are an Apple family I am not too sure on the other products they carry. I would also like to point out that they work pretty efficiently and quite fast. I took my iPhone XS Max in for screen repair and they told me it would take 1-2 hours. They called me within 45 minutes to let me know it was done. I would definitely recommend.

Brought in my ps4 to fix the hdmi port and they gave it back unable to turn on claiming there is water damage when there is in fact none. They did not put it back together missing almost all the screws and I am very disappointed now I cant play my ps4 and they refuse to help me and I hope to get a hold of there district manager.

I have used CPR on two separate occasions. They are superior to any other used device shop. They have a wide selection of ultra high quality devices. Their staff is friendly, professional and quick to help and answer questions. I highly recommend them and definitely will use them again.

I took my broken Galaxy S6 here to transfer the old data to my new phone and this place was literally the only place out of 5 that I called that agreed to do it. Because of this company I was able to save a bunch of texts, photos etc that I hadnt backed up. Simple as that. I guess its a pain to transfer data when the screen is completely broke because they have to replace it w/ another screen first. It was only about $80 (I think?).Beyond that, I also had the Liquid Glass put on my phone (the one that covers you up to $300) and I broke the screen on my new phone only a month after! Needless to say, CPR was very clear and diligent w/ me when I purchased the liquid glass about how to register that warranty properly (via their app) and thank God they did because that was the difference in me getting reimbursed $249+. The claim was approved and Ill be getting the check soon. Ive worked w/ multiple people and all have been great. Eric was the only name I remember and was extremely helpful. Truly cant say enough good things about this place. I hope theyre around a long time.Also, not all CPRs are the same (I think theyre mostly franchised?). So, if you can make it to this one in particular, Id highly recommend.

I had to replace the cracked glass over the camera lens/light on the back of the phone. the peeps at CPR downtown were always mindful and knowledgeable in-person and on-the-phone, but it took a little longer than expected to get the part -- they said that might be a possibility in this COVID-era. Once it arrived, there was a problem replacing the glass cover, so they had to reorder. They explained, apologized and always kept me in the loop. Once it arrived, all was fixed, all was/is good, and they said because of the delay they picked up the remainder of the bill. Unexpected and appreciated.

I worked with Mathew in the store and he was great. I got there and the door was locked for safety protection in these times. He opened the door and greeted me with a positive vibe couldn’t tell if there was a smile cause the mask. He helped me with the application and let me pick my device and said I can hold this for 24 hours. The next day I came in and again greeted me with a welcoming vibe and help me finish everything up. I will definitely return for any needs I may have and am a very happy customer. Thank you cpr phone rescue for helping me get a new phone with no hassle or pressure.

This was far more than I ever expected! I filed an insurance claim for my phone, took it in and they fixed my phone in about 70 minutes. This was insanely fast to their quoted time which was great. ON TOP OF THAT they buffed out a couple of dents and dings I had in my frame from when it had hit the concrete. This was above and beyond. Fantastic work from Jared! Much much appreciated.

I had a broken phone screen and I so appreciated the convenient service cpr provided. I also appreciated their ~one customer in the store at a time policy~ to provide safe service and uphold a standard of social distancing. I was in scrubs on my way to work when I stopped in to provide a down payment so they could order the part. The phone repair technician gave me a small health care worker discount which I appreciated greatly. The same technician was there the day I dropped my phone off and was very kind and professional. My screen looks like new and the phone works flawlessly!

Sadly I have to change my review, I had previously given a 5 star but this past weeks experience has changed my opinion.My wife took her 256G iphone for repair. It would not charge via cord but would charge with a wireless charger. Other than this simple issue the phone worked great. They first attempted to fix the charger port and when they returned it fixed the phone would still not charge with a cord. They replaced the battery and then attempted to swap out the port for a new one, and ended up breaking something internally. They offered to replace the phone. So we agreed. We should up this evening to pick up the replacement and they attempted to give us a 64gig phone.... when questioned they claimed that is all they could do.Yes- in the end- super nice guys. They even replaced all the money we spent previously, but we took a phone to be fixed and received a paper weight in return.My wife is without out a phone and now I am forced to buy her a new phone...
