Bought a fiat from them around two years ago - it was the worst experience ever. Especially for my first time purchasing a car. Car was not even clean when I took it home. They messed up the whole processes and I had to drive back and forth (I work a full time job so you can imagine this was annoying) a bunch to help correct THEIR mistakes. Looking back now they sold me a car way above its actual value and then made the whole process a nightmare. Never buy from them - especially first time car buyer. Seriously dont go here.

They were amazing!!! I had a sudden issue with a back break light on a long road trip, so I stopped by the nearest Fiat dealership. I called and less than 15 minutes later, I was there and they were already repairing my light. They were fast, inexpensive, thorough, and kind and extremely helpful the entire time. Could not have had a better experience!!

So, we just had the most awesome experience we could’ve ever hoped for. We were out test driving a 4 year old Fiat 500X with 85k miles from an independent car dealer when we experienced a vibration while the car was in drive and stopped. We called Napleton Fiat of Indianapolis and ask for service. We were connected to Jeff Bell and we explained our situation. He offered for us to bring the car into him immediately and he would do an inspection to let us know anything and everything that might be going on with that car. Jeff and his team completed a very detailed inspection and provided back a written report. The vibration turned out to be an engine mount that was beginning to fail. They also inspected almost everything you could think of including suspension, brakes, tires, linkage, etc. They could’ve very easily told us many of these things needed repaired or replaced and we would’ve believed them, but instead they verified that the car was in very good shape and worthy of consideration to purchase. Considering there was no future commitment or past loyalty on our part we are humbled by the attention and transparency afforded us. We did go back to the dealer and purchase the car. Napleton can count on our loyalty going forward as long as we have this car.

Jeff Bell was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I was treated like a first class customer and I couldn’t have asked for anymore! My maintenance was taken care of and he went over the paper work completely and made it easy for me to understand. Jeff was the best!! Thank you again! 5 Stars all the way.

I sold them my Alfa Romeo Quadra foglio on 5/39/2020 to Steve Maiz for 46,750.00They took possession of the vehicle and bill of sale reports 11,662.62 on delivery due to me. There was a Lein on the vehicle which they paid and said waiting on title to give me my funds back. How could you take possession of the vehicle and tell me to wait a month and numerous follow ups to get my money back.You listed the vehicle on sale weeks ago. What are you waiting for the vehicle to sell to give my money back?

What a pleasant experience! Brad Norman helped me with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier. He was very helpful and did not pressure me into a purchase like other dealerships were. I traded in my Fiat 500 Pop for a Fiat 500L. Brad was very knowledgeable of every car on his lot, and answered any (and many) questions that I had about the Fiat L with ease! I was very happy with Butler Fiat, and very pleased with the price that I paid. I will definitely recommend Brad and Butler Fiat to all of my “Fiat Buddies” at our next club meeting! When I went in last week I wasnt sure how things would work out or if they would. I didnt feel comfortable making a major decision on a car without my husband but our schedules make it so difficult to get into indy at the same time. Janae Andrews was absolutely fantastic, she didnt push or try to talk me into making a decision without him. She helped me get set up to actually take the car I was wanting home so he and I could talk and check everything out without any pressure. When it came down to it and we decided to buy the vehicle she was again fantastic and so kind and helpful. There was a small weird issue with a sensor on the tire and the other staff members that were working on it and helping were super sweet too. It was a little slow but everyone was obviously doing their best and trying to keep things moving so I could get going. Since then I am loving my new fiat 500x, Luigi is a fantastic little car and so fun to drive.

I absolutely LOVE my new Fiat 500L! Jeremy and all the guys at Butler Fiat went above and beyond to make our first experience with them the best possible! I will definitely be telling my friends where I got my new car and would whole heartedly recommend the guys at Butler Fiat in Indy to anyone who asks!Jeremy is awesome! Despite being very busy, he made me feel like his only and most important customer. And unlike some of those other guys out there, he always returned my phone calls....even when the questions were (in my opinion) stupid ones.
