Have had to bring several vehicles in for service. They call back so fast with results. Family owned/operated. Its worth the price. They are honest and friendly and personable. I feel like im valued while im there. They never pressured me to get stuff done that was unnecessary. I love they are so close to my house also. They have even picked me up and dropped me off due to me living so close to them and their shop.

Great family owned business that does quality work. I took my 2015 Honda Accord in for general service and they did an excellent job. I had an oil change, tires rotated and a radiator flush. They took their time and did a great job. Cost was very comparable to others but at least here I felt like I was treated as family. This was my first time using them but will not be my last.

The service here is quite good. I had my oil changed and a tune up. It was completed in a short amount of time and there were no problems. The staff was very polite. I believe this is a family owned business too. The cost was very reasonable and I will be taking my vehicle to them in the future.

Ive had my 2006 Honda Pilot serviced here a few times and have been very happy with the cost and speed of service. I used to get it serviced at Indy Honda until they told me I needed some repairs that I didnt really need. That made me start looking for another place to service my car at. I do miss the hours of the dealer but not the cost of service and/or definitely not dishonesty. Im planning to have them do any needed repairs on my sons 2001 Civic as well.

To be honest, a bit disappointed with Strohm. About two years ago I dropped my car off for a brake change on both axles. They wouldnt change the rear brakes. I know with my schedule that its a very rare day that I can drop my car off and not need it. So I wanted the rear brakes changed so that they wouldnt go past their life and cause more damage. Fast forward almost two years later and now I need new rotors and calipers due to the damage. Should have taken my car to the dealership and paid twice the price for the brake change because the dealership can take me to my office, I have a place to work while I wait, etc. What should have been a $100 replacement 2 years ago cost me almost $700. While I admit I have some ownership in this, I asked to have the rear brakes changed specifically for this reason two years ago.

I was referred to Strohms from my aunt who has used them for many years. I must say I am very impressed. They are very thorough and a fairly priced. Quality service no doubt. I will be coming here from now on.

Wish I could have given them a chance, as they do have some positive reviews. Any parts that you need for service they provide, you have to buy from them apparently. This has not been my experience with other garages.I called to set up an appointment for service - I knew exactly what part I wanted replaced - my 1996 Volvo 950 was showing an engine coolant temp sensor code and exhibited well documented issues with this sensor as the culprit (hot start problem). I had bought a replacement sensor online new OEM at a good price, BUT I was told by the person who answers the phone at Strohm that they wont install customer provided parts. When I pressed on this point, trying to convey that this was a brand new part, specifically for this vehicle, that came recommended by others on multiple Volvo message board, and that if the mechanic felt a different ECT sensor was needed, Id be fine, she then asked me if I got it from Volvo, and because I didnt, she couldnt make an exception.
