I am highly disappointed with All Star Tire and Auto and will never return again. I’ve come to them before and brought my SUV in recently to be looked at because it would putt down the street, but once it drives or is on the highway, it would stop. The technician advised me to get rid of my vehicle because there was a perceived transmission problem, and it would be a $4,000-$7,000 cost to replace the transmission if I wanted to keep it. Thank goodness I got a second option. Nothing is wrong with my transmission, there was a spark plug misfire and all I needed was new spark plugs! I can’t believe these technicians could not diagnose a simple spark plug issue!! They made $110 off of me just for a misdiagnosis. I even asked to get a diagnosis report and was told the gentleman that provides that report had left for the day and they would send one to me the next day. I’m still waiting for that email. They have excellent customer service, but because of this huge misdiagnosis and not sending me the document I requested, I will no longer be returning as a customer.
Quoted me for a 1000$ for a simple light assembly change which is just a few bolts on and out. Obviously never going there even for a price check again.Good part is it encouraged me to do the job myself.
So far, very pleased. Recently bought new tires elsewhere. Two different shops could not get them balanced correctly. Stopped at All Star tire because I work downtown. Told them about the problem and how frustrating it has been. They quoted me a price, guaranteed the work (full refund if Im not satisfied was actually written on the invoice) and provided an Uber for me to get to work.3 hours later, they called me and the job was finished. 10 hours later, I have put a hundred miles on the car and it has been riding as smooth as silk. Wonderful customer service, effective work. Its invaluable to me to have a shop that I can trust. I believe this may be my new place. Kudos to All Star. And a special thanks to Chris who actually did the balancing. He actually took the time to debrief me when I picked up the car Apparently, it took a little extra effort, and I appreciate that. Job well done 🤞
Outstanding service you would expect from a family owned business. Prompt, transparent, and courteous service at a reasonable price. Thank you!
Always a fair price and top notch work
Perfect place to get new or good used tires and wheels for a reasonable price
I have been a repeat customer of this business. Staff is always very friendly and provide great communication. After conducting a vehicle inspection, they provide detailed digital reports with their findings which I found extremely helpful. Much easier to trust a business that puts their assessments in writing.I have called around and received quotes from other auto shops in the area and All Stars prices are always on par with the competitors but they provide a much higher level of service compared to the service I have received from competitors nearby (cough...Firestone...cough).
Shop will text pictures of work to be done on your vehicle with explanation. Video also available to help understand.
I went in for a tire replacement and they told me nothing was wrong with the tire and it only needed air even though I told them I could see the nail. I could still see the nail in the tire after they told me it was fine and I had to take the car somewhere else to replace the tire. I got a flat tire and this place was the closest to me so I took my car there and they told me that the tire was not placed on the rim correctly and filled it with air. I walked out to my car and could hear the air leaking out of the tire, so I had to wait an additional hour for them to replace my tire....after already being there for an 1.5 hours. Would not recommend this place.
My wife was stranded, in Indianapolis, with a flat tire, three hours from home. I had no idea who to call or the businesses in the area that could assist her. I put Google to the test and it gave me All Star Tire & Auto Service as an option. They had a 4.2 star rating so I took a chance. Am I ever glad I did. I called and Annie couldnt have been nicer or more helpful than she was! Very, very pleasant! Luckily, my wife was able to limp the half mile to their store. They popped the tire off and were able to patch it for her. Being from out of town I feared the complete engine re-build to get her back on the road - if you know what I mean. Nope! $24!!! Who does anything for $24? My wife said the entire customer service was amazing and every staff person was incredibly nice and easy to work with. Thank you, All Star Tire & Auto Service, for treating us so incredibly well!!!
Great people. Always great service and fair and honest.
Quality service, they communicate, they give you options, and they deliver when they say they will. Not over priced like many dealers, but quality of a dealer. Would check them out if in need, and I will be working again with them in the future.
In addition to some confusion (perhaps on my part?) about a quote for some work which was met with a blank stare from the gentleman at the front desk, the mechanics changed the setting on my headlights from auto, to off, which I did not realize until halfway through my hour long drive home, which happened to be a grey, rainy, day, so I was certainly not traveling as safely as I would have liked. I dropped nearly $800 on brake repairs yesterday, so I was hoping for a little more quality when it comes to customer service.
In a desperate time when my wife needed help asap. I was in a business meeting across the country, I could not be reached during the day time hours. She was referred to All star by AAA towing. She received a phone call from a gentleman named Brad, About what it was going to take to get her van back on the road. She said, to me later that night. Wayne, I was so nervous and scared.. I had no clue what to do. Brad Explained everything to me in detail. He gave me different options of what I could do.I told him my husband was away and normally he takes care of auto repair but he is unreachable. Brad then spent 20+ minutes on the phone with her going over the plan of attack on getting her car on the road again. We had just had some repairs done at another facility she wasnt sure if it was something related to what they did. Brad called the other facility and got a copy of our history. It was not a related problem, But wow the customer service Brad provided was top notch! Within a matter of a day our van was back on the road safe and sound! My wife now states, She is no longer worried about car problems when i am gone. She know who to call. Brad at All StarFrom the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Brad and All star for taking care of my family in a time of need!I tried to call the following day to personally thank Brad. He was unavailable at the time.. The person answering the phone informed me he is the service manager.. I was not surprised at all.. With that kind of customer service and making my wife comfortable with our vehicle and money with Brad that he was the manager, But i got to tell you I was almost thinking it was the Owner! All star you have a winner on your team! I am a business owner and we specialize in customer service. From the information my wife told me about there conversations and all the work he did. I didnt even know there was such a professional honest Automotive repair shop anymore. If we didnt live 2 hours away you would have a life long customer! Thanks again and God bless All star tire and Brad!!
We always receive an amazing level of service when we bring any of our vehicles in for work. The mechanics and the desk personnel are up front and completely honest about expense, and more importantly about what has to be worked on, and what can wait until a later date. Car service to work downtown is a huge bonus and a major benefit for such a family-oriented small business.Ill continue to bring all of my service needs here, including the rarer and more challenging special vehicles I own.
These guys are awesome. On a road trip and our car started wobbling. Took it in to All Star late in the work day and without skipping a beat they had our tire fixed in no time so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend All Star for their awesome service.
I was very disappointed in All Star Tire today. I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately this local buissnes is not any where close to being All Stars. We had a car towed to your business for a quick and easy tire change. Unfortunately while I was using the restroom, my girlfriend was asking about getting her tire changed. They told us they had no room in there lot for us. As we were calling other businesses, a van pulled up, and they had no problem servicing there car. Honestly this establishment came off as rude and sexist to a repeat customer. I recommend taking your car to a different place. The professionalism was very lacking.
Always professional and transparent with my vehicle. They wont lie to upsell you, they will be straightforward with what your vehicle needs. Love this place, they keep me on the road!
Last Monday I blew a tire out on my way to work and had to get it replaced. I had to leave for a trip on Wednesday, so the timing wasnt the greatest. They had a new tire put on within hours and at a reasonable price. Wednesday I left for a 7+ hour trip traveling 70+ MPH through the smoky mountains, which made me nervous to say the least. I got there and back without a problem. I would recommend All Star Tire to anyone in town. They are fast, reasonably priced, and do quality work. Thank you All Star!!
Used several times, past few years, always very curtious and compatant. But, today they really impressed by going the extra customer service mile. Thanks!
Im so glad I found All Star. Not only is is the perfectly convenient place to go since I live and work near downtown, but the family-run business is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my vehicle. They did everything I asked them to, didnt add on any services like some places will do, and had it ready to go as soon as I got off work. They explained things clearly, and the price was a very small fraction what I would have paid if I had gone up to the Northside as I usually do. Great experience and will be back again!
Excellent shop!! Honest mechanics and high quality service. Competitive pricing in Indy and especially for their downtown location. Ive been taking my car there for 1.5 years and I have no complaints.
Our go to shop for tires. Snow tires swapped on both vehicles the next day. Storage service makes the process so much easier. Shuttle service its great and if it is unavailable, they will send an Uber for pick-up!
Friendly people, unfair prices. After visiting for estimates on parts and labor for two separate occasions, I was able to find another shop to do the same work for three times less. Its ridiculous how much this place overcharges for parts and labor. While its a clean place with good customer service, the prices are completely unreasonable. Be sure to call other shops for estimates, youll find a much better price.
Went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly at a fair price.
Came in with a screw in my tire just hoping to get it patched. They took a look and let me know it was too close to the side wall, so it would need to be replaced. They noticed it was a very new tire, so rather than just complete the work they sugguested I call the place I got the new tires at to see if it would be covered under warranty even though that would mean I take my business elsewhere. I appreciate their honesty very much and wont hesitate to come back with any future needs!
I was fully expecting to be turned down when i took my Honda in a couple hours before they closed. I had bent a metal plate under my car on my way home and was scraping really badly; All Star Auto didnt hesitate to see what they could do and were able to remove the plate for me, free of charge, to get me home. This is the kind of auto shop All Star is, and i am very grateful!
Ive been to AST a number of times and they have always done well by me and my vehicle. They have always been honest and the pricing is fair. On my most recent visit, I had a number of things done. One of the jobs however, required a tool specific to my newer GM vehicle that they didnt have. They were honest and upfront with me, telling me the tool would cost around $800, and recommended I take my vehicle to the dealer for that specific job. They have definitely earned my business.
Have to say Im disappointed, asked for flush because my system was really badly gunked up and after they took a look at it they came back saying I need a double flush. Ive never heard of that kind of process being done, but needing my car to be in top condition and pressed for time I went with there advice. Job cost 360 dollars and about 3 to 4 hours. Me and a buddy checked it out and it looked like they just scratched the surface of the problem and didnt get most of the stop leak or whatever it is out of my system. We took a water hose and flushed the radiator, heater core, the hoses, and my reservoir by themselves one at a time. All this orange gunk was spewing out for at least two hours altogether and even when we took our air compressor and was expecting not much to come, it still was a good little amount. Along with adding the water hose to truly get the clumps out. We did a kind of pressurized water flush. So Im wondering after what they said and was telling me how I would have better circulation and better heat how none of that was true because of how I had to go in and flush it out, plus my heat was cold until today. I have pictures to show what we did and how it looks. For the price and what they said they did for about 4 hours. I dont understand how we fixed the problem but they didnt in the exact amount of time. The staff was nice and friendly but i have to wonder about what actually happened now when I go there cause it cost no more than 60 bucks and me and a friends time to fix my issue and they took my time and 360 to do heaven knows what.
The best auto service Ive received outside of Tom Wood Lexus. Got me in and out quickly without an appointment on my lunch break. Another time drove me back to work downtown. Honest, competent and reasonably priced. Did not gouge me and will always have my business.
This may be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with auto repair. Normally, I dont do online reviews, but I feel this experience warranted one so other consumers are aware. I recommend staying away from this repair shop. Not only was I extremely disappointed with the service and the staff incorrectly diagnosing the problem, but I was almost in shock from the response I was given when I called in to share my experience with the service manager.I originally scheduled service for an oil change and to get new tires for my 2011 Toyota Tundra. On the day I dropped off my vehicle, I added that there was a sound from the rear of the vehicle that I would like added to the work order.I hadnt heard from them by 3 oclock, so I decided to call in and check on the status so I could make transportation arrangements. Darla informed me that they had found shavings in the rear differential and that it was about to blow and would need a complete replacement. She said the oil change was done and that they would provide me an estimate for the differential replacement-the tires I had originally scheduled an appointment for were never even addressed. They provided an estimate for $3,204.32 for the differential replacement.I promptly took the vehicle to a different shop that I normally go to for a second opinion. They confirmed my suspicions that is was a bearing, and that the differential was in good condition and did not need replaced. I had this repaired for around $1,000.About one week later, I called and asked to speak with the service manager to share my experience. I was given to Chris and told him my experience. His first response was I bet your glad you got a second opinion and could not give me a reason for the incorrect diagnosis. He also had no response when I told him about the tires never being addressed. He ended the call by say I hope you come see us for an oil change again bud! Obviously, I will not, and I feel that they could have cared less about my poor experience.
Good work, unfair prices. I would have been better off towing the car back to my house and waiting for my usual mechanic to open then towing again to him. The cost of part they put in my car was so ridiculously marked up I feel taken advantage of.
Me and and a small median had a disagreement as to where it should be late at night when I was traveling for work out of state. I ended up getting a flat tire, some minor scrapes on the bottom of the car, and needed a wheel alignment. I was able to call in early morning when they opened and they fit me in even with a busy schedule. They also gave me a ride back and forth to the hotel. They checked out the car to make there were no addition issues. Everything was done in the afternoon, and the price for a new tire and wheel alignment was a really good price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They assessed the car, fix the problems, and didnt try to sell me a bunch services or things that I didnt need. If Im ever having car trouble in Indianapolis again, Im going to All Star Tire and Auto Service!
Ive taken my car to All Star Tire & Auto a few times over the last year and a half. They are very friendly, honest, and fair, and their work is quality. I was given a full explanation of the work to be done and a price estimate before they started. They gave me a ride to work and a ride back to the shop after work. Do check their site for coupons and specials. I highly recommend All Star.
They are soo awesome! I had a problem with my tire, they checked it and also gave me a very clear understanding of the problem and help me get an idea how to fix myself for temporary in any further situation to be on the safe side. Especially the guy who fixed my car named Chris. He was just way helpful.Worth the money. Thanks guys.
I had an oil change and tire rotation done with an Angies List coupon. Everyone was friendly, the price was great, and I was able to wait while the work was done (the lobby even has free wifi, which is a great plus). My car was making a noise that started on my way to get the work done, and they right away identified it as the heat shield- an easy fix. Great experience! I just moved here and was looking for a new auto shop, and Ill be coming back in the future.
Awsome local family owned business great service and fair prices. Very convenient for folks who work downtown. They do offer a shuttle service
Great service, super knowledgeable, fair prices. Trustworthy. Also, not just tires, they changed fuel line and did other maintenance for me too!
Glad to be once again taking our vehicles here after living out of state for 3 years. Always honest and free rides to work downtown. Chris price matched on a lifetime alignment to win my business even though he knew he already had it. Great team of professionals.
Great service here! I had a flat caused by a piece of metal in my tire and the first repair shop I went to downtown tired to convince me that my ONLY option was to replace all 4 tires (since my car is AWD) and wouldnt give me a quote on a patch saying it was not repairable (without even inspecting it). I ended up going to All Star instead and I am so happy I did! Turns out the puncture wasnt that bad and was, in fact, repairable. The customer service here was excellent and honest. I absolutely would not hesitate to bring my car back here again!
Ive been going to All Star tire for 13 years now since I originally moved to Indianapolis. A coworker recommended them as he is a life long resident of Indy. Needless to say, if Ive been going there for 13 years its because they are the friendliest and most honest Auto Service Company Ive ever dealt with. From the owners down to the service staff. Thanks All Star for many years of great service and many more to come.
Dropped in to get a couple tires dismounted and remounted on new wheels. They got me right in and took care of it on my lunch. Very friendly staff.Bernie treated my wheels like they were his own. Excellent service.
I bought brand new tires from All-Star and less than 5 months later my car is sliding around like its on pure ice when it is 50 degrees outside. I took the car in and they didnt take it for a test drive, all they did was check the tread and tried to tell me it was fine. I have almost been in 5 wrecks in the past three weeks going less than 20 mph and the temperature hasnt been below freezing once. I now have to buy another set from a different place. A complete waste of money and time.
Good sales person, going to get tires. Gave a clear price
They did a good job, and have a convenient location near my work. It was a full 40% more expensive than other shops in town to have my summer/winter tires swapped.I guess thats the price you pay to have it done downtown instead of the suburbs. If I had more time in the future, I would have the work done near home.
Friendly, family owned, local business. They really take care of their customers. I got a nail in a tire they had just replaced. I called them on a Friday afternoon, an hour before quittin time--they cheerfully welcomed me in, replaced the tire at no charge, and sent me on my way. Perfect customer service every time.
Great auto shop. The downtown location is very convenient for dropping my car off before work (They give you a ride to your office also). The staff is very friendly. More then happy with my service!
Only place I will ever go amazing customer service
I dont trust anyone else with my car! Sometimes the news is good, sometimes its not but they are always fair and honest. There have been plenty of times when they could have told me I needed four new tires and other expensive work and I would not have known any different, but they told me all I needed was a minor, inexpensive fix. It makes me trust them when the fix is more costly, and Im ok with doing it because they do great work. The mechanics are also great about explaining options so I know if a repair needs to be now or can wait. The shuttle service is helpful, and they have a comfortable waiting area. Its such a great thing to have these sorts of locally owned shops around. I cant recommend them highly enough!
Prices were ridiculous and I was told things needed to be done to my car that actually did not. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one over on me very disappointed and will be calling better business bureau.
I got a flat tire on my way into Indy for business. I contacted all star because of their high ratings on google. They were a pleasure to deal with. The service was exemplary, the price was right, and they followed through with every detail. They brought me back to my hotel after dropping the car off. The picked me up from the hotel when the car was done. When I opened my truck the spare and jack were put back away and it looked like they were never used. This company deserves your business!
Im not from Indy but i was at Methodist for a doctors appointment when i came out to see my tire was flat. I needed a new one and my tire size is an odd size but the staff worked hard at getting me and my fiancee on the road to get home. Their staff was super friendly and approachable and answered any questions i had. If i lived around here i would come here for all my car fixes.
I had a particularly stubborn tire issue and All Star went out of their way to make sure that it was fixed and that I was happy.
I was reading some reviews about this company pointing out wrong diagnostics and other things, but based on the owners answers to each of those reviews I decided to try to fix my car in there. A quite disappointed about the company, first I dropped my car at 8AM in the morning hearing nothing from them until 2:30PM with the diagnostic, they told me that I had my two front wheels bend and that was causing the vibration, they charged me $118 for that, and gave me a quote for the repair service of $388. After being concerned about the diagnostic I decided to get a second opinion, when there they showed me all wheels mounted in the balance machine to see the bend and how it looks like, they told me that there is only one wheel bend and the cost for repairing that was $90, Ahhh!!! I forgot to mention that the cost for the diagnostics was $0. So I think that other reviews about wrong diagnostics are accurate. Extremely expensive service and not accurate. I dont recommend this company at all. Thanks for the reply chris, but based on your comments is even worst, why do you allow to balance a bent wheel? Do you want to get the money no matter what? Incredible!!!... and by the way, no body call me until 2:30pm, I called at 11am to know something about my car, please check with your employee why theyre lying to you.
If you work downtown, this is an adequate place for just an oil change, but if youre getting anything major done to your car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The manager Kevin can be pretty condescending towards women (I had to have my husband go in to negotiate the outrageous pricing). I went in for an oil change before and they *actually* forgot to put in new oil in my car. Their prices are ridiculously high (which I expect slightly inflated pricing because its downtown, but over $500 for a caliper readjustment? Puh-lease).They do have a super sweet shop dog, and everyone else (except Kevin) is polite and reasonable. But for real, go somewhere else if you can. Use this place as a last resort.
Ive gone to All Star a few times over the last couple of years at the recommendation of a coworker who also uses them. There are probably a lot of mechanics in town that can do the basic maintenance Ive had done on my car, but All Stars customer service will keep me going there. They have a shuttle service that will take you to and from work downtown while they work on your car. They go the extra mile for their customers-- the other day, they had an unusually high number of people call in for the shuttle at the same time. Instead of making me wait forever at work for a ride back, they called me an Uber that they paid for. The biggest thing I appreciate is that Ive never felt pressured to turn a basic oil change into hundreds of dollars of critical maintenance that suddenly needs doing, unlike previous experiences with a big-name chain mechanic I should have stopped using well before I finally did. Taking my car in even for basic maintenance used to be a really stressful experience, but I havent felt that stress once since I started going to All Star.
I work just down the street on Capitol. Been going in here for minor repairs and tire stuff for years. They are competent, honest, nice, fast, reasonably priced... a great place.
I had my car towed here after it wouldnt start. They had it for two weeks before they got around to calling me to tell me it needed a new engine. I opted not to repair it - it was an older car with a lot of miles and not worth the money. They demanded that it be off the lot by the end of the day. I told the person on the phone that that likely wouldnt be possible, but I would get it taken care of as quickly as I could. I called back a day latter to say that I had scheduled a pick up with the junk yard and I was just waiting for them to get to me. When I went to meet the junk yard representative there to sell the car, All Star had towed it away.
Staff is very friendly and work was done right the first time. They have a chauffeur in case you need a ride home. The location is great if you work downtown.
I only went to All Star a couple times for minor things like tire repair and an oil change, but the employees were very friendly and their waiting room had ample magazines and soda machines. They also got the job done fairly quickly and cheaply. If I still worked downtown Id probably still be going there.
Just went there to replace a tire. I already had the tire to replace the bad one but I wasnt sure if it was good or not. The gentleman who worked on my car was quick a friendly. Not sure his name but he was a shorter stalky guy with dark reddish hair in a buzz cut, facial hair. As I was pulling out, one of the ladies that worked up front noticed a small leak in the tire so the gentleman quickly plugged it and even went around and aired the rest of my tires for free. The two ladies up front where both very friendly and very easy on the eyes and the gentleman with the srm brace was also very helpful and friendly. It was a small, short visit, but everything about this place was awesome and I couldnt be more grateful. Ill never go to another shop again!!!
I went in today with a flat tire. They got me in immediately, and quickly got to work. I was only there for about half an hour. They found the leak, patched it up, and I paid nowhere near what I had been fearing I might. I will definitely return to them in the future.
This is an HONEST service center. I took my car in for what was a ticking sound coming from my rear, driver side wheel. With it on my mind all day and anticipating bad news I was relieved and shocked to find out that the brake had a buildup of road salt (its winter time) and all it needed was to be cleaned! They could have easily deceived me that I needed new brakes or a lot of other things. I would have not know better and just authorized the unnecessary work. Instead the fix cost me less that $50!!! A bonus is that you can drop off your car and theyll give you a lift to and from work.
The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I took my car in at 7:45am after I had called the previous evening to ensure there would be time to change the oil while I was at work (I usually change it myself but my birthday is next week so I was treating myself). Kevin took the keys and they had a shuttle service to drop me off at work, which was a great service. Things turned bad quickly. Within about an hour I get a call and they let me know that I need brake pads, rotars, and calipers all the way around the car and it would be $1,383 (if I bought this myself, it would cost around $350). I tell them not to do it and I’d take care of it on my own when is need and they could go ahead with the oil change. Kevin assures me, again, they will call me when the car is ready to be picked up and they can shuttle me to get my car. 5:30 rolls around and I’m leaving work. No call from them so I call them up. They’re closed and have been closed for 30 minutes. They never called and never showed up. They have my car keys which also has my house key. So no car and no house to get into. I plan to write them a bill for a hotel stay and the Uber cost to get there. Absolutely unreal.I will update this review if they ever make it right, but I can tell that won’t happen. I highly advise to stay away from this place. Look at my other reviews, I’m very fair and give people chances. Not here. Not again.
These guys are truly great. Im a long-time customer, and Ive never seen or experienced anything shady at all. Friendly crew, super nice.
Im frankly disappointed that I have to find a new auto body shop to go to because this one is so convenient for me. My problem with All Star Tire is that theyre either 1) incompetent or 2) deceitful/shady business or a combination of the two though I like to think theyre incompetent and not ripping me off.April 22, 2019 I took my SUV in for an oil change. While they changed the oil they recommended I get a transmission flush and coolant flush. I scheduled that for April 24, 2019. On the 24th they did both flushes and we left for a 2 week road trip to Oregon the very next morning. While in rural Oregon we smelled something burning coming from our engine so we popped the hood and discovered we were BONE DRY on antifreeze. We were shocked and thankfully found a middle-of-nowhere shop to get antifreeze. Our antifreeze kept leaking so much to where we were topping it off every few days....all the way home to Indianapolis. On May 15, 2019 when we got home I scheduled another appointment for them to fix the coolant leak and I stupidly scheduled for them to fix our right rear passenger tire. They didnt charge for the coolant but also didnt top it off when they fixed it. Additionally they claimed to have patched our tire. When they called for me to pick the car up the woman said that the battery was dead. She said she asked the techs if they left the lights on in the car and it drained the battery but they denied it. She said they tested the battery and found it to be old and she could show me the strip when I pick the car up (I dont know the jargon but this is the jist of what she told me). She asked if I wanted to get a new battery that day and installed by them which would add another $200 or just get a jump when I picked the car up. I thought *Geez we literally just drove cross country and not once had an issue with the battery* but all I said was Id opt to jump it myself as we have a kit in the car that jumps cars. Dont you know when I got in the car it, no joke, started right up!Today is June 7, 2019....today I discovered the tire pressure monitor is on again. And we still have to add coolant here and there but not nearly as bad as the first time. Now we have to add coolant only on long trips. Im SO SO SO done with All Star and feel I gave them enough chances. Im sure they would fix my tire for free since its still leaking but I do not want to take my car back there again. So back to my original question.....incompetent or deceitful/shady business??????
Friendly staff. Got me in and out fast
Great fast service, reasonable rates. Even called me a week later to see if everything was going well with the replacement thermostat they had installed!!! A+
Super nice peopleExtra cheapImmediately done!100% satisfied and suggested to others
Replaced two tires with minimal disruption.
It was an okay service. Waited too long. Tires were rotated okay. Oil change was okay. My car hasnt started up properly ever since.
I love AllStar Tire and Auto, They have good service and friendly employees. I love that they have popcorn and a big waiting room. thanks so much
An absolutely painless experience. Dropped off my car and they took me to my place of work. Called back not even an hour later and had it fixed already. Came and picked me back up from work and the whole thing cost under $19. Cant ask for much more!
Have had my oil changed there multiple times—came to pick up my car and was handed a list of over $1000 in repairs that “needed” to be done.I took my car to my hometown dealership (because the all star tire list seemed excessive), who looked over my vehicle and said only one thing on the list needed done, and that another thing on the list would have actually damaged my engine.Incredibly misleading and overpriced.
Most fun giving five stars from replacement tire service locally done. Go All Star All Stars
Took my son’s BMX FUNK ROCKER BIKE, small tire tube installed in his bike and they were all very friendly, droppped it to be apicked up next day and when I called to check if was ready to picked up the young lady at the cashier apologized because was not ready and told me to give them 20 minutes and I can get it .Got there they were friendly and she said it’s free of charge . No installation charged I was surprised and very shocked that they are still very nice people and company all around us . Just let’s all be nice to one another. Thanks again All star tire and auto services company inc . Promise you will always be my Refferal place to anyone with auto needs . God bless . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Great, prompt, quick service! Was able to get me in only a few minutes after I called in. Will definitely return and recommend!
My better half works here! Excellent service & courteous staff!
Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Best place downtown to get work done by far!
Awesome service, very fair to the customer. Would definitely go here again.
Am still having problems after they fixed my truck. But You take youre chances when passing through. Got to see downtown so it wasnt all bad.
Great service, not expensive, they care about you and the vehicle.
Really nice people and relatively fast service. Website is kind of all over the place but pretty good in-person interaction
Great friendly staff who provide excellent service.
Vandals ruined our tire in an overnight parking garage and All Star tire fixed up with a new valve stem at no charge. Great people, would definitely take my business here if I lived in Indy.
They did a nice job on my brakes and my car was ready when promised
Overpriced. They tried to charge me 368$ for a simple radiator tube replacement. I bought the part at AutoZone for 12$ and fixed it myself.
Not convenient at all.... If you can help people in need just close down
They were helpful and gave me a full report but I feel like it’s too expensive for a inspection. Most places offer free checkup but they charged me 65$ for that service which I wasn’t told about when I called them.
Great service, friendly staff and fair prices. Plus theyve won the Angies List super service award several years in a row.
Easy to work with and friendly. Would recommend.
Great service and very convenient rides if needed.
Always great service for a variety of auto repair needs.
Tell for Triple A mechanic grumpy grumpy mechanic did not like that
I had the same issue after 3 months
Quick service and very friendly staff.
Great service and great crew that works there.
Its a good place, for the money. --Briggs
