Horrible.Kept my vehicle for a week only to tell me he was too busy to work on it,and that I could take it elsewhere🙄Guess because I am not a spanish speaker,because he attended to all those who spoke spanish.If you are not spanish,do not waste your time with Romero.

Do not go here!!! They will hold your car for days up to a week and not fix a thing! Or they fix it wrong! They will continue to give you the run around. A waste of money and time! I will not be bringing my car back up here. Romero’s y’all should be ashamed of y’all selves!

A RIPOFF ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN. Went for an oil change Saturday because I didnt want to do it myself because it was snowing and raining out left there and went straight home and when I went to check it the next day they had filled my car with old oil. Normally I wouldve check before paying but since it was raining and snowing out I didnt. But never again will I trust a side hustle business. They mustve thought I wouldnt know or check because I was a woman

Stay Away!!!!!! My parents stopped by this shop before the holidays on a cross country trip to visit family. Halfway there they had an issue with their engine, it kept over heating. When they stopped at Romero’s and had the car looked at, an employee told them it was an issue with there fan. When they came back to pick up the car they were told the car was fixed and that they fixed the wire on the fan. After they left two hours later the car over heating again and they took it to another shop and he told them there is no wire on the “belt driven fan”! So they lied and took $280 from my parents. Long story short...don’t waste your time or money.

They knew I was on the road and had a breakdown, they charged more than double what my normal mechanic would have charged. I has no choice but to pay. Next time Ill have my car towed back to Chicaoi and it would have still been cheaper. They will never get another dime of my hard earned money . I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

This guy sucks, I brought him my car to change the stabilisation bar, he said 2 days took 2 weeks and didn’t replace it. I brought it back took a week for him to do nothing and call me and said he was done. I ask him to pay me back since he did not do a thing on it he refuse to give me full refund. He said he work on my car even if he did not fix it he kept $180. Nice ripoff, if you feel like going there literally just burn you money it will save you weeks of wait and a lot of unanswered phone calls. You have been warned.

They claimed to have changed by power steering hoses, when in fact they didnt. I knew they lied after I still had a leak and took it somewhere else. They also tried to keep my new power steering pump. Quite low class.
