Willie is the best!! He wouldnt replace a part on my engine because it would have been a waste of money. Ray Skillman replaced it TWICE.They are honest and all around good people.i will definitely be a returning customer.i would definitely recommend

My whole family has been bringing our vehicles here for many years. They are honest, timely, and do great work.When I recommend this shop, I usually include this story: I had an old Cadillac that I loved and had maintained/serviced here. After needing a minor repair, Willie told me I had some expensive repairs looming (which would have been done here) and that it was probably in my best interest to trade it in. You just don’t find honest advice like this anymore!Bring your car here with confidence!

Great and honest workers

I have been taking my cars to New Augusta for 15 years. They have always treated me right and I feel so grateful to have found them. I decided to write this review today (Aug 27, 2015) because my drivers window would not work. They took the door apart, found out the frame was broken, and took the frame next do to the body shop and had it welded. They FIXED the thing rather than simply ordered me a new part. THANK YOU NEW AUGUSTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Rock! jd

Couldnt tell you about their auto service because their customer service skills will run you off before you even get a chance. Not sure if something in the water or the Colts lost? Either way, talk to people with respect, especially when theyre trying to spend their hard earned money on your business.
