They obviously aim to ensure their success through volume and repeat business as opposed to milking old ladies and millennials whove never touched a wrench in their life. Prices are high and they do not know what they are talking about. Had to pay 90.00 for a quote and what they said wasnt even the problem my car was having. WASTE OF MONEY

Hes done to work on my car now Im having more problems out of my car and every time I take it back he keep trying to tell me this is this is whats going on like hes sabotaging not doing stuff to my car for me to keep coming back and spending my money

My car broke down on 46th Street in front of their location, one of the techs were actually nice enough to help me push my vehicle into the garage. Not only did they waive their $35 diagnostic fee but they also replaced a relay that blew as well as an alternator grounding bolt for free because he didnt originally quote it with my broken timing belt. I wish my car was finished a little sooner but overall, they did a great job and at a fair price. I will definitely take my car there again for future repairs.

I have my car towed to Jimmys for a broken passenger side CV axle over the weekend. When they opened on Monday, they called me and confirmed the problem. I asked when it would be ready and they said they would have it ready by THE SAME DAY AT NOON! I was shocked and extremely impressed. They finished it that same day and I was able to pick it up at a very reasonable price. Great service, professionalism and attitude. Ill definitely be taking my car to Jimmys again if I ever need to!

They took advantage of my daughter! Charged $175 and didn’t fix nothing at all and didn’t give a receipt so two days afte they supposedly fixed it my daughters lights went back out! Mind you she’s only 17,so today we go back to get it after they messed up and they tried to charge $125 for replacing bulbs that no one told them to replace. After being hostile he took the bulbs out and outright REFUSED to provide us with a receipt!!!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else and I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I’m taking them to court! I’ve never encountered a problem like this from an auto place!

Jimmys auto service is the worst place to take your automobile. They messed up my shocks on one of my cars and said I did it and then on my other car forgot to put my cap back on the engine after an oil change and made it seem like I did something wrong. Please dont take your car there they will message it up and put the blame on you. If you want an honest mechanic please go to Sinsear Auto. If I could rate them a zero I would

Had took my truck up there 3 times in 2 weeks to have work done for over $600.00 for a over heating issue that never got solve after the last time they had my truck and really didnt have any problems until after they worked on my trucker the first time
