Complete rip off!!! I called them to get a full diagnostic check. When on the phone I was told the diagnostic check would be an hour. The mechanic that came out took no more than five minutes to do the check which was $85 or so. He told me what he thought the problem was, came out a couple of days later to fix it. After he was done the car still didnt start. He told me that I would have to call to get another diagnostic check with a mechanic that was more qualified because he couldnt figure out the problem 🤯. So now I had paid for the check along with the parts and labor which was very close to $400 and when I called to make that complaint of everything that they did wrong the only they wanted to do was refund me $20. They basically wanted me to pay to get another check and pay to get it fixed again.. Anyway to get more money..Never again 👎🏾

We called to get My daughters car diagnosed witch cost us 80$ appointment was at 12:15 waited .... then called!!! and was on hold for 23 minutes !!! To find out that the mechanic was at a other job and said it would be another hour or so before he would be to meet us... mind you the car was stranded at a gas station 18 minutes from my house after traveling back and forth 4 times he said the engine was about to give and needed another one 🙄 wow . Not only that he was doing a YouTube on the make and model 2 thumbs down . Do not recommend

After many failed tries with other mobile mechanics, the technician from Mobile Mechanic Indianapolis came through right away and even worked in the rain in the dark for 2 hours to get me my car back up and running! Will definitely use them again.
