They have ruined my experience with BMW!I have always loved BMW. I know its a facility issue. I am forced to switch to a new brand because they are the only BMW service provider near me and I will never go back nor recommend them. They could have made the difference but were stuck in their ego.Service center shows no integrity. They do not assume any responsibility for their mistakes or negligence. After bringing my car into their service center to have the experts take a look at my engine, paying $700 for oil change, air filter change, 2 spark plugs and a diagnostic test, and handing me my car back making me think it is fixed, my engine blows up 48 hours later. Worst mistake in my life

This shop is normally outstanding. We brought my BMW in for a diagnostic and it took them five days! I had an issue with technician Aaron there before so when I got him again, I requested someone else. They wouldn’t change. So, they never figured out what was wrong with my car! So we gave up and just towed the car away.

Good service and service managers are helpful with service. Tory helped me a lot. I suggest to go to Dreyer and Reinbold for all bmw customers.
