Had a really good experience here. I made an appointment to get my tires replaced, they had my tires in-stock and were the same price in-person as they were online. The overall cost was the same as my online estimate. My technician and the front office staff were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, with plenty of elbow room.
Thank you all for quick, reliable service! Dropped my car off to get a tire changed on a Friday and it was finished on Monday. Jody was welcoming at the front desk; and Dustin and Martin were honest, quick, and neat with their work. Thank you guys!
Brought my car in to get a tire patched around noon on a Friday. They told me they could get me in and have it done by the end of the day. I planned on driving back to my home town two hours away afterwards for a wedding the next day but cant on a spare tire. I get a call 5 hours after I drop it off (at 5 o clock) and they say they cant get to it. I wouldve taken my car elsewhere to ensure it got done today if this was the case. Dont trust this place
Everyone was friendly and my service didn’t require a charge. I will definitely return.
They aired up my tires and replaced my valve stem without charging me. Great service.
I took my car to the downtown Indianapolis (Delaware St) location for a leaking/flat tire. Jodie at the front desk was super helpful / flexible with my schedule and they got me in same day. The Goodyear team found a screw in the tire and repaired the tire for free! Super easy, fast service with nice people.
Im really shocked by all the negative reviews. Ive been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. I came in today to get a tire repaired and I had a 430 appointment. I was in at 430 and 515 I was out the door. No problem no issues. They explained what the problem was and I was on my way. Hopefully no one else has a problem with this location. They are very professional and courteous.
My day began less than perfectly when I discovered a completely flat tire with a nail punctured through it, rendering the car non-operational. Triple A came to my rescue and escorted me to the nearby Goodyear, who made room for me without notice during their already crammed schedule. The wait time was long, however; when they notified me telling me the car was ready, they had completed the service for FREE as an apology for my wait. The staff were all very courteous and went out of their way to make the situation brighter. I am so thankful! In my experience, the customer service here was paramount.
Great experience! They fit me in right away and were super helpful.
The Delaware Street GoodYear was able to get me in for a tire repair last minute when all other shops downtown could not. Everyone I talked to there was so respectful and professional. I am so grateful for their help.
Dustin went above and beyond in fixing my taillight. When he found out the price of a new light panel from the dealer (which I verified with them), he called a half dozen other sellers to find me one at more than $150 cheaper than the dealer - not to mention a lower cost for labor than the dealer quoted me as well! Plus my tire was patched for free. Ill be coming back for all my car needs, not just tires - Dustin has created a repeat customer and should absolutely be rewarded!
They always do a great job. You will pay for it, but you will not be disappointed. Check for coupons online/by email. They will take a few hours, even to do an oil change (because they extensively check your car for you), but they are up-front about the timing. (Unlike other places that just end up with 17 cars on the lot because they told everyone just a few min.) They take appointments too.We get our brakes done here, oil changes, and wheel alignments. Then just a quick walk down to the mall/mass ave/ City Market/ the library while you wait.. so great location as well.Side note, we tried to save a few bucks and took our car to another place for brake pads and roters and they put the brake pads on backwards, which ended up warping the new roters... long story short we took it back to good Goodyear to replace everything again... so it would have been cheaper to just go to someone who knows what they are doing. They are not pushy they just take care of your car.
Great group of Goodyear Employees.I always feel comfortable leaving my vehicles with them.Dropped off another when I picked up my car. They diagnose, fix the problems correctly and are fair with pricing. Thanks again Avery, Dustin, John, Scott, Heb & Joe.
Great service! Nice employees!
Extremely helpful in repairing my flat tire with a nail in it - for free! Very quick and easy process. Very friendly staff!
Brought my car in to get a tire inspected for a slow leak. Turns out I had a bolt in the side wall and the tire could not be repaired. Had a big hassle with the warranty claim company (Assurant), but Dustin spent extra effort to make it happen. The Goodyear service center gets five stars for their efforts and Assurant insurance gets one star for making me wait on the phone for over an hour to get authorization.
Great service from Dustin and Avery. I learned I had the swollen lug nuts phenomenon but they are fixed now. Mike P.
I arrived right when the store opened up with a nail in my tire. Dropped off with thought they would repair. After 4 hours I called them. Now I need a new tire. 3 hours later I walked down and am still waiting. We our a National company. 1000 of fleet vehicles. I will posting on our company website to avoid Goodyear
Very efficient and friendly!
Had a flat in Nashville on a Saturday last PM. AAA came out and put on the spare. The Suburban tires only 18 months old. No way I could get another flat, I can make it back to Illinois with no spare. WRONG! Another flat in Indy. AAA got us to Goodyear. They opened at 8am Monday and told them of our PTA story - They had to get the Suburban tires from another location.Back on the road by 10:30am with a new tire and spare. Thanks Guys.
Friendly staff and they’re all client-centered!
I had a flat tire and Goodyear fit me in right away! Customer service was excellent!
What a great helpful staff! Came in on Christmas Eve about an hour before they closed with a flat tire! They helped right away, got us fixed up fast with great spirits and attitudes!! We would highly recommend them a thousand times over!
I was in town for my son’s volleyball tournament and had a flat tire. They had my tire in stock and had me out the door within an hour! Great service!
My complaint: ordered 4 new tires because the ones I had were wearing down. I had recently used my full size replacement and was without another back up (had the spare wheel in trunk with the flat tire on it). I asked if they could take the best tire from the 4 they were replacing and mount it on my extra wheel so I would have another full size replacement if needed. They put everything back into the tire compartment in my trunk so it looked like they had been in there and done what I had asked. I never double checked them (my mistake) and here I am 3 months later stranded because the only spare tire I have is unmounted in my trunk. No tire shop should be confused on that request. Obviously I needed the spare mounted on the spare wheel.Update: Goodyear called me within a couple hours to rectify the situation. They were 100% willing to help in what limited ways they now could. Which is worth mentioning since that is more than a lot of places. Maybe chalk it up to good people that made a quick mistake (albeit a frustrating one).
If you need an oil change or have a flat tire, keep on going . What are the chances that I would have two flat tires with the nail in the side Took my car in for oil change and to fix a flat. Got the call the the nail was on teh side of the tire and had to buy a new one at $160, teh same as the last time I was there ( nail in teh side also). So $230 bucks later they put on a new tire, the nail was not on the side, dude shows me a picture of the side: turns out its onto flat side. This is a big rip off. They knew IO was in a bad position with a flat...save yourself the trouble and head someplace else. How sad that during these tough times that GOODYEAR is taking advantage of customers.
This store stands behind there work good job on my truck drives great just like a new one
Friendly and great customer service
Free tire plugs and rotation. Superb service
Been to this location a few times for simple stuff. Always have been very professional and have good prices. No complaints.
Got a flat tire one afternoon, I dropped it off and they had it fixed by the next morning. Super friendly and helpful, the service tech even helped me put the wheel back on when it started raining on me in the parking lot. These guys go above and beyond, and seem to care about their work and the people they help. Ill be checking with this place first when I need help in the future.
Great service and great staff. The guy that helped me out was so nice. Easiest and most convenient oil change and tire rotation ever! And the location is perfect downtown. You arent stranded with nothing to do while they work on your car: drop it off and then walk home or back to work, go have lunch on mass ave, or go shopping. I usually take my car to the dealership for service, but they didnt have an opening for 2 weeks. Goodyear was same day with convenient drop off times. And the tire rotation was complimentary with the oil my car requires.
Took my SUV in for a leaky tire. They said it was just corrosion on the rim causing the leak and fixed it for free!
I cant believe this center has any bad reviews. This afternoon, a nail in our parking garage (we live downtown) gave us a flat rear tire. After managing to remove the flat tire and placing the spare, I called this center to see how soon I could bring the tire in for a repair. The individual on the phone was very kind and told me I could bring the tire in right then, and that they would try their best to get it repaired before the end of the day. I dropped it off roughly 20 minutes later, and they told me they would give me a call when it was repaired.Roughly an hour later, they called me and let me know it was repaired. Due to the difficulty I had getting the spare tire onto the vehicle, I asked if they could place the repaired tire back on the vehicle. They said they could fit it in this afternoon. I brought the vehicle in, and in 20 minutes, they had replaced the repaired tire, put away the spare properly (a puzzle, to say the least), and aired up all the rest of my tires. Then, they told me it was on them today. They went out of their way to help me out in a bind today, and then they didnt charge a penny. They have my repair and maintenance service from now on, and I hope this review convinces others to do the same! Thanks!
The team here is absolutely fantastic! So quick and happy to help, and didn’t try to take advantage of a customer with very little knowledge related to tire servicing. Dustin, the Service Manager made sure I was in and out in order to make a meeting I had to get to. I had a fantastic experience and will be a lifetime customer from here on out!
My wife and I have been going here for years. We thought it was unusually great in CS.Recent experience was tough. There’s no one person to talk with; the “here’s the deal, you’re fix is this” was really hard to find.Ultimitaly, classic car fix unremarkable experience.
Great friendly service convently located.
I live in the apartments right by this shop so I decided to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation.First, when I dropped my car off I clearly asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked what kind of car I drive and basic information. He wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask what type of oil I wanted, didn’t tell me that they would call when my car is done. It seemed that I was being charged for a synthetic oil change. I normally get conventional, but I assume because my car was old he decided to give me the better option.Fast forward to picking my car up. I had looked up a couple coupons, one was $5 a conventional oil change and the other was $10 a synthetic oil change. I asked the guy behind the counter which coupon was applicable to my order (being polite because I didn’t want to assume and look stupid). He said, “we gave you a conventional oil change so we can only give you the $5 off.”I received my receipt and when I looked I had been charged for a synthetic oil change AND they didn’t even rotate my tires.Convenience isn’t worth it, will NOT go back.
Highly recommend. The team at Goodyear Delaware St. really helped us out today when we were in a bind with a flat tire on holiday travel. They were highly professional, courteous, and quickly got us back on the road. The waiting room was clean and comfortable as well. Cant thank them enough!
They needed 4 hours to repair a flat tire and they start asking me to do things my vehicle doesn’t really need it
A slow leak in my tire prompted me to get around to a tire rotation. Took it in, explained the issue, dropped it off. Pretty quick turnaround given the estimated time; saved the tire and just charged me for the rotation. Great experience, will return
We had a great experience here when we got a flat on a family trip and were able to put the spare on and bring it in. We got there at 5:00pm on a Friday and they got us fixed up and out the door within an hour. They repaired the flat and put the spare back for us all for $36 when we thought it would cost a lot more than that. They even brought our four boys popcorn to eat while we were in the waiting area. I would highly recommend them based on our experience...
Customer service is not a thing here. Dont expect much. And, I got an estimate for $1200 worth of brake repairs, took the car to my regular brake shop for a 2nd opinion/quote and they said none of that work was necessary. Sigh. Glad I was hesitant to allow them to do the work. Wont be back.
Seems to be only bad reviews for this location. Wanted to shed some positive light. Dropped off my car late Sunday night was worked on first thing Monday. They did an excellent job. Was just a simple oil change but they went above and beyond. Car is running great. Great folks in there.
I had a timing belt break on my car and had it towed to Goodyear. I was concerned that the engine would be damaged. They informed me that I would need to have the new belt put on to be able to determine the engine condition. Luckily the engine was ok. They have one master technician working there. As with any place, it depends on who does the actual work. I was very pleased with my repair and the car actually runs better than it did before the belt broke.
Never coming back! I went to get an oil change and they offered free tire rotation. They only rotated one side of the car, when we told them they did the other side. I was on the highway the next day and my front wheel blew. I went elsewhere to get a new tire and they tested the pressure on my wheels. They told me the pressure is not supposed to be that low and my other tire would have ended up bursting as well. Goodyear basically made me pay more than I had to, no thanks and not professional.
WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE. The work was extremely expensive (over $800 for brakes on a 2002 truck) and the service was awful. We were travelers and stayed at a hotel 6 blocks away. They made us walk in the rain the next day, luggage and bags in tow. to pick up our truck. This was surprising since they have a huge sign on their building that says Free Shuttle. These are people who simply cannot make a reasonable judgment on their own and who clearly cant be trusted.
Cant give these guys a good enough review! I had a flat tire, and was flustered because Im totally ignorant about cars and didnt know what I needed to do. I called and they had an appointment that day. When I went in, they were kind and courteous, and fixed my tire in less than an hour. Then they went above and beyond by giving me a new-customer discount. SO generous. Thanks yall!
This place is my go-to emergency shop in downtown Indy. They always are able to get me in within a reasonable time, which Im grateful for. Theyve helped me with new tires, patching a tire, and burning my old license plate off bcz the screws were rusted solid.
Live at Riley Towers the location is perfect. Had a recurring flat that made me think it was time to get new tires. Dropped it off before work and picked it up after. Reasonable price (~$450) for 4 decent tires.
Friendly staff. Convenient location. Good tires. Ill be back for my next tire purchase.
Drop off my 2015 benz C300 for a visual break inspection because my front break was making loud noises (they told me it’s free because it’s just a visual inspection).Half day later received a call, the technician told me they spent two hours fixing it and the noises are gone. It’s ready for pick up, and it cost $160 for the labor. I told them I would not pay a dime because the repair was done without any notification and my authorization. They reduced the cost to $120 when I went to pick up my car, but I still refuse to pay because it was an unauthorized repair. I left the shop with my car key, there was no arguing or anything. When I started driving and apply pressure on the break, the same noise was still there. Not to mention that they bend my wheel nut lock tool. What a joke.
For routine maintenance, this is probably the best car shop in town. When they told me that my tires were misaligned, I was a little skeptical, but then they handed me a computer print out with the factory tolerances versus the current alignment. I prefer this place to Firestone, which actually put the wrong oil in my car one time.
I used to live at Riley Towers, so this place seemed very convenient. I went in for a routine oil change, only to be told that there were $600 in repairs that needed done. I caved and had them do it, only to have the belt start screaming a week after I left. This is what they supposedly replaced. I took it back in and they fixed it, only charging me for the cost of a new belt. Just last week, it started screaming again. I realized it was time for another oil change, so I was preparing to take it back in. Yesterday morning, however, my car seemed to lose power and started shaking, badly. I managed to get it over there and told them the problem. This morning, they called to say a spark plug and spark plug wire needed replaced, that it was misfiring. Another $400 in their pocket. Never going back again, these guys will just screw you over.
Great online experience. Appointment made completely online and service was timely.
Awesome service! They are always friendly and rarely have a wait.
Wish i could put NEGATIVE STARS...Terrible place I recommend this place to no one. First off I brought my car in and they told me I had a nail in the front left tire.. Took it to Indy tire a couple days later... NO NAIL. Also they wanted to charge me $500 for a new tire because I have run flats which they said couldnt be repaired. Come to find out they can be.... Dont bring your car here, they will give you false information.
Been going there for years, and it was mostly ok, convenient location to my office, etc. Went in today and asked to order new snow tires to replace my old ones. I have an extra set of rims that I have snow tires on for winter - a common practice. Manager tried talking me into all season (which I already have on my other rims). I tried explaining and he said they dont usually do snow tires. A surreal experience - a Tire shop that wont sell snow tires. I walked out. Sadly this may have ended my 12 year relationship with the shop.
Goodyear in DT Indy is dishonest, shameless and sleazy. The cliche sleazy mechanic.I had a flat tire and decided to go to Goodyear after finding out they do free flat tire repairs.. I learned however that this is just the way they lure unsuspecting customers in before dropping the hammer of unnecessary repairs - conning people out of hundreds of dollars.I swapped the wheel for my spare and handed the flat to them, noting that there was a large screw embedded in the treads, directly in the center of the tire (an easy fix). They said it would likely be done same day and would call me.I didnt receive the call until right before they closed and they said it would be done by 10am the next day.I went in around noon the next day and the guy at the desk said itll be $356.30 (with a lot of attitude I might add). He said my rim is bent badly and needs straightened. I also need a new tire - all together $358.36. Pic of the estimate is attached.I asked to see the damage. It was totally obvious they were lying. The bend in the rim was barely noticeable, you could tell from the residue on the rim that the seal hadnt broken. The chip in the tire was negligible at best. They didnt even mention the screw that I could clearly see was protruding out the inside of the tire. So I asked the guy and he said well thats another problem. No guy, that is THE problem.I told them I wanted a second opinion, took the estimate and left, narrowly escaping the sleazy grasp of Goodyear Indys scammy hands.I took the rim and tire (they didnt even put it back together) to another place nearby and explained the whole situation. The mechanic examined the rim and tire and said I was right, the bend doesnt appear to be a problem and the tire was repairable. He said he could patch it for $20, LIKE I ORIGINALLY ASKED GOODYEAR TO DO.He patched the tire, mounted it to the wheel and it sealed just fine. $20 and 15 minutes later I left the second shop a happy customer.TLDR: Goodyear Auto Service Center at 627 N Delaware St in Downtown Indy will stop at nothing to try and scam you out of money for unnecessary repairs. They quoted me $358.36 for a flat tire. I refused and took it to a place nearby that fixed the problem for $20. Goodyear DT Indy is a cliche.Proof photos attached.
DO NOT GO HERE. This Goodyear is behind my apartment and I went there to get a simple oil change. I also asked them to take a look at the brakes because I thought maybe the break pads needed to be changed. They said they would be charging me $60 for them just to LOOK at my brakes and I told them forget it. While waiting I guess they looked at them anyways and tried to sell me two break pads, resurfacing of my rotors, and a tie rod for almost $600. I took my car to my regular mechanic who told me my rotors were fine and for brake pads and a tie road charged me $212. This isnt the first time this Goodyear has tried to rip me off but it will surely be the last.
Good place to change tires, bathroom needs attention
Customer service skills lacking here. We kept having to ask questions. Thats the only time things were explained. No voluntary updates. Sat for hours with no estimate of time.
Great service! They always take great care of my car.
The service person was a little show but my van is riding a lot better
Only reason this is 3/5 is because of the way they advertise their free service of checking the “check engine light”. They will check it tell you the code but not what the code means.. it’s $105 to have them explain what the code means and what needs to be done. To top it off the guy that explained that price to me laughed and called it a game. Luckily I only dealt with him once and everyone else was very professional.
Quick and friendly service! Location is ideal for those who live downtown, easily walkable
The customer service at this location seems to be lacking. We found it very difficult to get information and details on the services needed and even what was being done to our vehicle. We received calls during the work day and they would only leave 5 second voicemails saying to call them back, they dont seem to understand that some working conditions dont allow you the time and space to return those phone calls and a meaningful voicemail would be greatly appreciated. Even on returning their phone calls the service professional seemed uninterested in taking the time to explain the details of the services being provided. We ended the visit with paying for an ac inspection and refill... with no prior knowledge of the cost, nor any permission granted for the refill (which was only $10, but a heads up would have been appreciated none the less). Overall, not the best experience and we will not be returning.
Brought my car in for an estimate and they completely missed everything that I told them I want them to look at. And then their quote was ridiculous and they missed over $2,000 worth of work that the next shop that I brought it to found.
Had appointment for an oil change at 3:30pm. Showed up at exactly 3:30, and was told car wouldnt be ready until 6pm. Said appointment only guaranteed getting in, not out. If I wanted to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change I wouldnt bother with an appointment.
Exquisite vehicle care. Place to have your vehicle serviced
Awesome customer service. Even drove my car around to the front so I wouldnt have to walk in the dark.
The upsell attempt was bogus. Said I need stuff just recently completed someplace else and very expensive.
Made an appointment the day before for a flat tire expecting to need a replacement. They ended up patching it and didnt charge me anything. A real lifesaver during our vacation.
Its a car place.. what more to say. Staff was nice and honest
Had the steering fixed on an old Lexus. They were quick and gave a reasonable estimate which was cheaper than the dealership
The dude almost charged me for an alignment they didn’t give me and didn’t tell me what exactly I was paying for until I said “why is this so expensive??”
Honest with the customer. They dont try to see you things not needed.
After being told that the air couldn’t be checked in my tires until several hours later at Firestone, I drove up the street to Goodyear. They told me to pull around, checked/filled my tires right then, at no charge and with a smile. Goodbye Firestone, Hello Goodyear.
Matched my internet price on Goodyear eagle tires.
Went out of their way to help me out when I got a flat tire.
Got in and out quickly
Great service, performed quickly! Thank you!
Great shop for maintenance and light repairs
They did ok on my truck
Great service and products
They are so nice.
They patched my tire for free. Thanks!
Great Service

Im disappointed.
