Great experience here. Greg is the best! We had a new engine put in and other work done all at a very reasonable price, very nice and worked with us and all our needs. If we ever have any car problems in the future we will be back for sure. Finally found a great place with fair prices that we can trust.

Greg and the guys were great! They were able to diagnose my issue right away (wheel bearings needed replaced) and got me all fixed up in a day. I was without transportation with my car being in the shop and they were kind enough to drop me off / pick me back up once the work was completed. Greg was thorough in his explanation and fair with his pricing. I will definitely return if I come across any more issues with my car.

I called this Shop on the phone and someone answered fairly quickly. Greg penciled me in and my vehicle was in the next day. Immediately walking in I was greeted by Greg, who was friendly and professional. My vehicle was looked at within a couple hours and diagnosed. The fee was extremely reasonable and the other staff on hand was very friendly and professional, also. I will take my vehicle to them again, next time my vehicle needs service.

I just found my new auto shop. Its hard to find a shop that is professional and honest. These guys are great! I thought I had a major electrical issue but it turned out to just be something minor. He could have easily charged me an arm and a leg but instead he explained the problem and was upfront and honest. I will definitely be back if my vehicles ever need repairs.

Brought my 2007 Kia in with misfires. Unfortunately, the coil was blown, so it was a bit pricey, but thats to be expected. They got me in the day after I called, and had my car finished and working perfectly (or as perfectly as can be expected). Price was reasonable (given the work), work was done fast, people were friendly and helpful. Couldnt recommend them more.

He understood how desperate in need I was to get my vehicle in for new radiator had me bring it in the same day. With this being my only means of transportation Dan the Owner offered to bring me home until they could get an estimate for me!! Received phone call the same day about my vehichle with estimate lower cost than even the dealership. Greg, the owner, has worked on my car two different times now. Both times, he was quick, kind, and reasonably priced. He is straightforward, and keeps you updated about what is going on with your car! Recently had to have work done on my F250 diesel truck and dropped my truck off at Wannamaker Auto. Greg was awesome to work on the repairs. I went ahead and had my oil and filters changed while it was there. They are honest and stand behind their work. Im glad to have found a place I can feel confident taking my truck in for repairs. I called them after a friend recommended them to get a ball park estimate for an ac repair. I’d been told (by another shop) I needed a condensing unit replaced as well as the dryer and it would be approximately $900. I read on the internet this was a common issue on my truck so didn’t doubt them. Greg, the gentleman behind the counter, gave me a price that was quite a bit lower than the previous shop but asked if I could drop my truck off so he could look at it. I wasn’t far away so I ran it over and dropped it off. A few hours later, Greg called to tell me my truck was ready, and that a fitting was loose and my Freon had leaked out. They recharged the system and it’s better than when it was new. They also saved me about $700! If you want honest,professional, affordable service... Wanamaker Auto is the place to go!!!

Noticed that my brakes were becoming noisy and knew it was time to get them checked out. Told a friend of mine and he sent me to Wanamaker Auto & Detail. Took my car in on Tuesday got a friendly and professional call with details on my cars issues same day. Was quoted the price which was reasonable for the work that needed done. I feel like you are aware you gave me my car back with a flat tire. I always keep my dashboard settings on my tire pressure. When I got back to my car it was changed to my compass. So I switched it back to tire pressure and saw my tire was flat. Theyre fairly new tires and I make a point to always know the psi. Also later on that day a piece of my front end fell off of my car. I am a little disappointed. I kept 4 stars because I do believe you fixed my original problem with my transmission fluid leak, or at least I hope so.

I have took my Nissan SUV in last year which even the dealership couldn’t figure out. I took it into Greg and I had my SUV back in less then 24 hours. They do amazing work and I trust them more then any dealership I have ever been to. This week I took my Nissan Altima in knowing I had an oil leak and suspension issue.I had taken this car into the dealership and they were unable to figure out the issue. Greg looked over my car figured out my sway bar was broken in the front causing the grinding. He also identified the cause of the oil leak and fixed it. I would highly recommend Wanamaker Auto they are better then any dealership and won’t cost an arm and a leg. Greg and his staff are very professional. Greg took the time to explain what the issue was with the compressor. The dealership basically just said it was the compressor, and left me with a lot of unanswered questions. I did not trust that they had thoroughly diagnosed the situation. I will be using Wanamaker auto for all of my auto needs in the future.

I was sold with these guys with my very first visit! They are super friendly, listened to me explain my issue, asked me questions then explained possible causes and solutions in a way that wasnt way over my head. Their service is thorough and they explain everything theyve done...or will do...giving me costs ahead of time. They made suggestions on any maintenance outside the norm and explained the reasons why. AMAZING service and humans operating this shop! Being new to the State its difficult to know where to go without references. Due to the google rating and feedback, I chose Wanamaker. I have an older - low mileage vehicle that just needed a deep tune up (never had one before). The most awesome thing - they went through the entire vehicle-including undercarriage to review and make sure nothing else was needed.Last year my mechanic mentioned Id have to replace the brakes at about 100K miles (still way below that). I was elated when Greg told me - as he listed a host of everything else he looked at - that the brakes were good! That statement right there was another notch in their belt confirming something I already knew from someone I trusted.When they ordered the parts, they mis-ordered one of the major items. I didnt know that-they could have said it wasnt delivered, they store didnt ship-he actually said I didnt order correctly. I would never have know but the fact they owned up to such a small mistake sealed the deal in my book!These folks are honest, kind, accommodating, and their work is second to NONE. Im so thankful to have found a mechanic nearby that can handle the needs I have in the same fashion and with the same trust as the one I left behind. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my car. I took it in around 1pm on a Monday, they had ordered the parts and had the repairs done before noon the next day. My car needed a tune up, new spark plugs and a new coil. Car drives like new again. Thanks for getting the work done so quickly, I will definitely be back.

We have been customers at Wanamaker Auto for 3 years now on our 3 vehicles. Their prices are fair (I have called other mechanics to compare prices on certain things). They do good work and are timely in getting your car done. They’ve gone above & beyond at times helping us with our cars like coming to my house to look at my car at no cost or pushing my car down the street when it stalled near their shop. Greg is easy to talk to and explains everything in a way I can understand. The shop’s location is convenient and easy to find.

That is this shop.Took my car in for engine issues last week, they had it diagnosed and parts on the way the same day. I had the car back the next day. They even addressed some minor things like a screw in my tire I didnt know about and let me know about a safety issue that needed to be addressed. Ive had my car back for a week and it runs like new.Took my wifes car in today to diagnose a few issues she has been having. Im 100% comfortable that they will fix everything. Super fast, very upfront on pricing, very knowledgeable.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Greg has been nothing but honest and fair. He is the best mechanic Ive ever run across and really knows his vehicles, foreign and domestic. I have a Porsche and a Mercedes that I bring to him exclusively now, not just because he saved me thousands (he charges a 1/5th of the costs of the dealerships) but because he actually knows what he is doing and does what he says.Im done taking my cars to other shops where they tell you what you need, you pay them to do it and then you get it home only to find out that they never did it. Thats happened to me twice in the last year in other shops and Greg has had to fix it for me.I just cant say enough about how great these guys are. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A mechanic like Greg is priceless to me.

They replaced my torque converter 2 years ago, recommended I do the transmission too but I couldnt at the time. They are replacing my transmission & converter now and giving me a deal since they did the work last time. They are always very honest & thorough. Their prices are fair and reasonable plus your money is supporting local business & local people.

Wow! Excellent customer service! We broke down and Greg even gave us a ride to the shop since our family is too large to all ride in the tow truck. Had us in and out in three hours, told us where to get a good breakfast, and where the local park was so we could take the kids to play. Very thankful for these guys!

Called on Monday with my problem, brought it in Tuesday at 8am and was able to get to work on time. Greg was courteous and told me charges before doing the work. The work has a 1 year guarantee.

I took my low mileage car in for an extreme repair, every mechanic has ripped me off at this point and made my engine a complete mess. I was able to take it in and get some knowledgeable facts on what needed to be done and why it was caused. These guys will show you exactly what your broken parts look like and they find the true problem to your vehicle instead of just reading diagnostic codes. My vehicle is running smoothly I also purchased a few more items that routinely need done such as brakes, calipers, and rotors. I currently have my second vehicle being looked at because I feel I can trust them. Nobody wants to dump money into a vehicle and keep having the same issues, these guys will get the job done. My second vehicle currently being looked at, had an alternator code popping up, any other shop would have told me I needed a new alternator, they dug deeper and noticed a chipmunk or some animal made a hole causing the alternator light to be on during diagnosis, when it was truly a different part that needed to be repaired. I also have this vehicle getting some routine maintenance done on it. They are able to take care of every problem weve had plus noticed more and brought it to our attention. Where do I start this shop and Greg has been beyond amazing .! I went here because I had went across the street to Logan’s and couldn’t get the issues figured out . After the second time I decided to come here best decision I made . I explain what was going on Greg got in my truck with me and made sure we was feeling the same thing and was on the same page, within a few hours he called me and told me exactly what was wrong and that if he did the work and I still had the same issues I wouldn’t have to pay for it that’s how sure he was . I had motor mounts and theromast replace and had my vehicle back the next day ! Not to mention the warranty that comes with it . If you haven’t been here and are looking for honest people who take care of you, I recommend this place 10000000xs !

I took my Cadillac to Wanamaker Auto to fix some overheating issues. Greg was thorough with the estimate and explained why each service or part was needed. He even took pictures to show me what they were doing (and maaaaaaaybe because a partially disassembled engine just looks cool). The work itself was top notch, very fairly priced, and surprisingly quick. They did in half a day what would have taken me a whole weekend to do myself, and at a great price that would beat any dealership.I highly recommend this shop! They make supporting local business a no-brainer.

Recently visited this shop first time as a new resident in this area. My 2009 Altima couldn’t start because of Intelligent Key system failure and steering got locked ( a common issue with all altimas, a yellow color key symbol on dashboard and engine doesn’t get start although all other functions like doors open/closes, lights on/off works well).These guys are awesome. They explained me each thing in detail. They are honest, punctual of timings and straight forward. They gave me both possible options ( purchasing a new intelligent steering lock system - super costly AND putting a antilock bypass device - cheaper one) and their suggestions. They gave me a ride thru/form my home and completed their work same day on time.I would also like to mention one thing about a single negative Google review here, as I asked about it and they explained me what exactly happened. Honestly saying, don’t make any second opinion by getting confused about that single negative review as it is misguiding and not appropriate even. I can ensure you that is quite wrong and they were not at fault at any point. I asked them to reply back on that but they guys are really super busy and not having so much time for this.Lastly, I would say this is a best place for any kind of car repair work. My mothers car needed a new battery. Auto parts store tried to sell her a new alternator. Greg was friendly, honest and quick with the repair at a reasonable rate. He also repaired my sons 20 year old car after a thorough inspection, only advising required repairs and again was reasonably priced and done the same day. First time I used him and will definitely reyurn. Hopefully not too soon lol.

Seemed nice enough but said the issue was the alternator and wanted to charge $386.00 for replacement. Somewhere around $280 just for the part stating they were only upcharging me $60. Not true. Thankfully Im out $145 rather than almost $400 for the wrong diagnosis. Too bad because originally I had planned to take another vehicle there for repairs.
