Dentons Auto Repair, is a repair shop that I will recommend to my family & friends. They did a wonderful job, in a timely manner. They were very friendly, and kept in touch with me on everything that was going on and that they had to do. I will be taking my car their again if I have any future issues.

I went to this place to get my window fixed. The job got done eventually, but the customer service was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. From the extra running around to the attitude of the owner. Business like that makes you not want to ever go back.Update to respond: Trust me, I wouldnt forget about poor service like yours and where I got the work done at. No need to get my stars up. Maybe worry about getting your customer service quality up 😊.

I did not know any mechanics in Indianapolis. I chose Dentons because of their reviews on Google. They are amazing. They replaced my clutch in my Honda Civic. Terry was honest in his appraisal of what needed to be done. He gave me the option of fixing only the part of the clutch that needed fixed or replacing everything to avoid future problems in the future. I chose the latter option. They will not steer you wrong in what needs to be fixed on your car. I would recommend them to anyone.

They only got one star bc i had too...Worst owner of all, said they would get to my car the next day, called two days later to check on it. Was told he told us he had 20 cars ahead of mine (never did), they had my car for three weeks and never really touched it. We called periodically and was told if we call again he will not touch it. So we came up and got the car and took it to someone more reliable and was fixed in less than 24 hours.

They really went the extra mile after another shop gave a diagnosis with a very high price tag, Phil investigated and found out what was causing the diagnosis and fixed that at a cost of around 10% of what the orginal diagnosis was. Terry and Phil were great and I highly recommend Dentons Auto Repair. This is my new place to take my vehicles.

Had a antifreeze leak in my car and they fixed it within a hour even when i brung my car in late in the afternoon. They gave me my pricing up front and had the nicest service Ive ever received from any car repair shop. Definitely recommended Dentons to anybody who needs car repair.

It is such a relief to have found an honest mechanic! I took my vehicle to Dentons Auto Repair after it started making a strange noise in the front-end. Based on my preliminary research, it was a potentially expensive fix. However, Terry and Carter at Dentons got my vehicle in right away, diagnosed the issue, which they confirmed was NOT expensive, repaired it and got it back to me in less than a day. Dentons definitely went above and beyond to deliver honest and prompt service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle repaired.

This is the third time Ive gotten an oil change at Dentons, and Ill keep coming back! Carter even showed me how to track my miles since my last oil change in my new car, which I had no idea how to do.

I got a quote of $550 on Tuesday. After calling around, I decided to call this place back. This dude Terry told me $750 . I said, wait, what? It was just $550.. its what you just quoted me days ago. This guy had the audacity to say, well, were busy! REALLY???? I HAVE THE CONVERSATION TO PROVE THIS!!!!!

Mr. Denton is an arrogant, rude, and unprofessional business owner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
