I purchased a front loader (HE) washer and dryer set December 1, 2009.I was pleased with the price.As I write this (in November 2015) I am pleased to report that I have had no problems with the washer or the dryer.The guys that delivered it broke a controller knob off of the washing machine.However, Brand Source Outlet had someone come to my home and replace the controller.
