I bought a 25 cu ft refrigeratorOff of Mr Matthews sev yrs ago. AA+ Rating.Still a cranking.Ice maker quit he repaired it honest man.

They are such a great mom and pop shop and have AMAZING customer service. We use them for all of our rentals and will definitely continue to do so!

Ive been a customer with Bill Mathews appliances for almost 10 years now. Happy to say that all the appliances that I have bought over the years are still working in my rentals. Wouldnt go anywhere else for really good used appliances with a company that stands behind what they sell. Just had them come out for repair on a fridge (not one of theirs) came out within hours and its up and running! You want the best, youve found them! Went to this place after our beloved Kenmore went out. Found another Kenmore for just $250, including delivery and installation! It’s a bit loud but it works like a champ and hasn’t given us any issues so far. The owners are wonderful people — fair, trustworthy and funny. Plus, they have a sweet Doberman who I ended up making friends with. I hope I don’t have to come back too soon, but there’s no other place I’d go.

I had nothing but an amazing experience working with this family. From the first day we stopped in, we were treated with respect and honesty. Our washer/dryer works wonderfully but we had an issue upon trying to install it because we did not have the correct plug. They came out almost as soon as I called to finish the install for me free of charge. Such a great great business with amazing people. I cannot recommend them enough.

Bought my refrigerator here over a year ago, I paid for a more modest, older model fridge. Before delivery, the wonderful woman that works here called to say that fridge was in poor condition upon further review and offered me a much nicer, newer model. No extra charge. Delivery was fast and the gentleman took time to figure out how to get the fridge in safely despite my tiny kitchen. I am heading back for a stove soon. I recommend this company to anyone I hear looking for used appliances. Money well spent.

I have been purchasing appliances from them for over 25 yrs. I also call on them for appliance repairs. Brian & Rhonda are good Honest people. When they dont have what I need they dont try to sell me something else just to make a sale. Repairs are done right the first time! If something cant be repaired they will tell you this as well. They are punctual and careful when delivering your purchases. Knowledgeable and very competitively priced ! All I have to say about Bill Matthews & Son is positive and I would have no problem saying otherwise if this were the case! Businesses dont stay in business as long as they have if the customer isnt treated right! I respect & recommend them for Appliance Repairs and Appliance Purchases. You wont be disappointed !

Got a great deal on a frig. when mine went suddenly. Had it delivered, and poor fellow had to take two doors off the hinges to get it in and up 3 steps. Never heard one grumble or complaint. Would definitely buy here again.

I have to agree with everyone else. Honest, out-of-their-way-to-be-helpful service. I came in looking to buy a used drier. Instead of trying to sell me one, the owner asked about the problem with mine, suggesting a common (free) at-home fix for it, and finally when it was clear mine did need repair, she lent us a dolly so I could bring it in to them for repairs, which was also her suggestion so I could save by not having to pay the in-home visit fee! They helped me load the heavy dolly in my van. The repair was done quickly and only cost $50. And they lent us a dolly to bring it home too. Thanks!

Called to see if they had what I was looking for. Although they didnt have it, the lady gave me tons of great advice and was super friendly. No wonder theyve been in business over 40 years!

We have been buying appliances from the Matthews for many, many years. This time I needed a new refrigerator and for some reason I just couldnt make up my mind on which one to get. They were very patient with me (over many days!) and I did not feel any pressure from them at all. They were great! I will not buy my appliances anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I called about refrigerator prices, and they were phenomenal! I wish I could have had same-day delivery since my fridge broke and all the food spoiled, but I called so late in the day, it wouldnt have been reasonable, I guess. Got a great fridge for a great price, and my husband had the whole thing done in a half hour. Expecting my new, WORKING fridge tomorrow! Good thing my grocery trip is tomorrow as well!

Dont go anywhere else. Ever. The service is phenomenal. We had our dryer go out outside of the warranty period and when Bryan checked it out he took responsibility for the problem. Fixed it. No charge. Unbelievable. We are very particular shoppers and we did our homework and picked Matthews & Son. If youre doing your homework, too, look no further.

I brought a washer and dryer from Mathew and Sons in 2011, the washer and dryer is still running.The customer service I recieved was excellent!!!!!!! I relocated to Georgia in 2014, when I moved back in 2015 I went back to Mathew and Sons due to me selling the orginal set I purchased from them. Rhonda and her husband was excellent once again and provided me excellent customer service yet again. I purchased the second set in January of 2015, I had some problems with the dryer in May The 30day warranty was up, Rhondas husband came out and replaced the dryer free!!!!!! Of charge. Rhonda and her husband are great they truely value each customer. If you are looking for quality service and products at affordable prices visit Mathew and Sons used Appliances. Iam so!!!!!!!!!! Grateful for them.
