Associate helped me find a refrigerator that wasnt on the floor, but in the back. She explained the warranty info on tge fridge. The guys at tge door loaded me up and gave me advice on transporting it. Folks who care about their jobs and give you great service are rare these days!! Thank you
Great location, great staff! We went at 6pm on a Saturday, wasnt super busy, and many employees asked if I needed help, when I had questions they answered them, after an hour of being picky, we found what we wanted and headed to checkout, we were waiting in line and an employee jumped on a register so we didnt wait long . Great experience!

We just moved here from Valparaiso and needed to upgrade out living room TV I came the store I normally would browse before I purchase however I was in the store for at least 20 minutes + I am African American and no store let us walk around their store without inquiring l waved at store clerks and was ignored I waved my hands in the air I started walking to the door and a clerk appeared with a customer and I stalked him until he was finished with the customer and he finally helped me, this should never happen I purchased a 60 LG TV why because Best buy is one of the electronic stores left in America I am still upset about what happened.My name is Glendon George look it up in my account and give the clerk a big thank you from best buy
Wings and waffle fries with the best pizza breadstick app. It was a working lunch, so couldnt enjoy some of the great beer selections on this trip. Fast and friendly so a good lunch getaway.
I walked in to potentially get a new wireless earbuds set. Well I ended up meeting Charles who provided me with a wealth of information on the aforementioned subject. He told me the pros and cons as well as going over some other tech as well. I left Best Buy a very happy and less ignorant customer. 10/10 would recommend

Employees were awesome. I bought having trouble transferring my songs library from my old iPod to my new one. Two of the dales staff came to my rescue and showed me how to correct the problem in just a couple minutes. I must say, Best Buy employees are the most knowledgeable and helpful employees Ive ever encountered. Kudos Best Buy!!! Ill definitely go to Best Buy for my future electronic needs.

Normally would give much higher rating, but on this visit I couldnt find anyone to assist me. It was a Thursday around 2 pm. I know its getting difficult to find workers, but in this case I just think those who were there were not motivated.
If I where a rich man (and so on & so forth) sorry about that when in I am on my way to the store that song pops up I have just about bought all my electronics there but not just pricing but their support . Few places put out as much effort to solve and correct (yes although you may think its the same thing believe me its not) as they. Thats why I am basically a life time customer

I worked for hhgregg for 15 years as a semi driver, and going into the many stores I delivered to, I always remember the professionalism the sales associates always demonstrated to the customers.I just purchased a Toshiba TV, was jokingly assisted by an associate that was less than knowledgeable about the tvs, and then was checked out by a person that said to me, telephone number, which I provided, then do I want a credit card, I declined. No welcome to Best Buy, No thank you, absolutely nothing.Its sad that retail businesses No longer show their appreciation for a customer spending their hard earned dollars at their store. The management needs to have a training class with their people and teach them the proper business et·i·quette, but then again, maybe their parents didnt teach them how to greet or interact with the public.When your choice of stores are less and less to choose from to do business with, then you really notice just how much a company and their associates could care less about your business.L.S.Stratton
Emmanuel in the audio video area really knows his stuff! He took quite a bit of time educating us on several audio receivers and Best Buys services available. I now am equipped to make several purchasing decisions and will definitely buy them from this store.

One of the best places to get electronics right now with covid-19 going around. They dont have everything, but they have a better selection than most other places. They also have a lot that can be ordered from the warehouse. Friendly staff and clean store.

This is the second Ive tried to use a geek squad warranty and been give an excuse why BestBuy is unable to honor the warrantee. I was only given the option of sending my phone off and paying $200 to get the screen replaced because, and I quote we havent been able to get samsung screens in. So, you have no problem charging me $10 a month for something you know you cant fix?

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They all appear as if they hate their jobs and when you ask a question they make you feel like you are a nuisance. Once I finally asked the same question about a gaming monitor that I was there to buy to the 4th employee and he was actually able to give me an answer rather then sending me to someone else not only did he not know what he was talking about but told me what I already knew and that is they are way overpriced and I could get it much cheaper elsewhere. Now I remember why I stopped shopping there many years ago!

Walked in and immediately was greeted by a young that was really enjoying his job. Also there was hand sanitizer available and he suggested that everyone use it as they entered. I was directed to the right are of printers and with great success they guy working in that area know his stuff. He suggested a printer fit for me with the needed info I provided. Inexpensive, durable and very user friendly. He even suggested a link cartridge program that I should commit do that would save me money. Sounded good so I went for it. Thx to Best Buy for the proper training of this guy he is the man. Thx printer guy.
I bought a fitbit $350 I didnt like it decided I wanted to switch it for the Samsung watch but it was after my 15 days. I ask to speak to the Manger I think his name was Phil he was amazing only ask me what kind of watch I want exchanged my fitbit for a Samsung watch. He was very nice and the lady running customer service both did an amazing job today!!! Thank you for everything today!!!
Even through i have callec every location near me for the past 2 weeks no answer. I had to go into the store to get a question answered. They claim they are upgrading there phone system.
Don’t waste money on the 2 year warranty. I bought a HP 5255 last year and was advised to buy the $9.99 2 year warranty. They said if any issues with the printer they would exchange it for the same model or next upgrade if it wasn’t available during the next 2 years. That all changed when I brought it to them yesterday due to a few broken pieces that keep making the paper get jammed up. They said that I could purchase the next model up for $229.99 since they no longer carry the printer I purchased and they would credit my purchase price towards it. Mine was on sale for $69.99 when I bought it last year. The regular price was $149.99. $160 to replace my printer that I purchased for $69.99. Sounds like a great deal.The current score with me versus Best Buy is now: Best Buy: 2 - Me: 0I really need to quit shopping there.

Havent been inside the store in over two years... I was pleasantly surprised at the remodeled layout. Very clean and open. No need to turn sideways to get past someone in the isle like at our cramped Frys.They dont have the same selection, but the shelves were stocked with higher quality products.
Stopped by 1/1/2021 to check out a couple of things. Driving by all the signs were like come on in, open for business. Walking up to the entrance I was greeted by a man asking what are you here for. Was then informed the store was closed,except for curb side pick up. I know actually getting off your azz and doing something like covering those signs up is a hassle, but danm. In this day and age of so many choices why would I come back here.

I was trying to replace a solid-state hard drive I called geek squad to try to talk to someone about whether I needed to bring it in or could I do it myself, would I lose the date I already had, basically what I needed to do. After two calls 20 minutes on hold for both calls I gave up went to their competitors. Last time I went in the store (last week) the shelves where half empty did not have either items I came for in stock they wanted to order it for me I can do that myself I go to a store to get it now, don’t know what’s happening to them but I don’t think they’re going to be around much longer.
Best buy is still great to get help from all electronical needs, but it more than lacks in everything else. No more polite customer service ( I dont understand, if you dont have people skills, dont work in customer service. ) They are not doing Black Friday sales this year. Black Friday will be on the internet due to Covid19 guys. I am so sorry to tell you.

Spent 2 months waiting for repair, got phone back and it wasnt repaired and didnt turn on. Asked for replacement they told me Id have to wait for a shipment. I even bought the Best Buy warranty..NEVER Again. Absolute nightmare, could go on and on about problems. 200$ deductible on top of 200 warranty for 900$ phone which you dont get back. They give you someones refurbished.. didnt receive tracking number for replacement either. Will not deal with this store or company again. Rude staff, does not honor warranties, will not return emails or phone calls.
