I called in with a question about an appliance to remove/purchase/install. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He had a long discussion with me to help resolve my questions and led me in the right direction. Unfortunately I wasnt able to purchase the appliance from Ferguson this time, but due to my customer service experience, I hope to come back to them in the future and would highly recommend them!
Rude and inconsiderate are the only 2 words that come to mind to discribe the receptionist I just had to deal with at this store. We are building a house in Florida and using Ferguson. My wife is pregnant and is on a no fly restriction so she hasnt been able to be part of all the selections. We went into the store and were immediately stopped at the front door. I politely explained the situation and ask we could just browse for a few minutes so I could show my wife. She told me absolutely no and said to call and make an appointment. Mind you, there was not 1 other customer in the store. We have spent over $70, 000 and still have our plumbing package to select. First thing Monday I will be asking my builder for options other than Ferguson appliance.
Nightmare experience, one purchase led to THOUSANDS of dollars of repairs. Dishwasher installation was performed incorrectly and led to EXTENSIVE damage in our home. Initially, Ferguson staff took responsibility for damage created by their installers incorrect plumbing work and said they would make it right, but Ferguson staff needed to approve all work for the repairs. This led to delays and then after starting with a remediation company, Ferguson and their representatives STOPPED contacting or responding and began to deny responsibility, leaving us with all the bills and a kitchen in disrepair. We were without a kitchen for months because of their delays and the pandemic. Horrible experience and poor integrity by Fergusons Appliance.
To date, Ive purchased a refrigerator, cooktop, downdraft, and dishwasher from Ferguson. Each purchase, delivery, and installation went smoothly. I called once to say I was having a problem with the refrigerator. They responded quickly and turns out it was user error! I work with Aaron Briggs. He always gives me good advice! Well need an oven soon and Ill buy it from Aaron.
Just recently purchased all new appliances and they were by far the cheapest place in town.
Purchased a cooktop, paid for installation. The Ferguson installers arrived, made a mess in the kitchen, refused to install, claiming it was too wet outside (they needed to go outside tocheck the gas line). Ferguson has not refunded the $200 I paid for installation. Had to pay another installer to do the job the next day (equally wet). It turned out to be a simple job.When youre at their showroom, they put on a good show, perhaps a bit pretentious. But after the purchase is finalized they seem to lose interest.

Wife and I went up to showroom to get some information about their services for our kitchen remodel. Lady at the front desk clearly did not want our business. Terribly unprofessional and was the reason we will go somewhere else.
