Greatest stabucks ever! Everytime I go there the staff makes it an incredible experience. Shout out to Maddie who is always charming and amazing

After waiting in a very long line, a note taped to the menu, announced no bank, or credit cards.... Too late to get out of line; no way to pull around..... Good thing I had a little cash, in me.....Window girl seemed surprised that informing trapped customers, only cash was being accepted, was belated information....No way to break out......

This place has really gone down hill!I’m a Starbucks girl and now my order is always wrong!Today I ordered a simple caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and this is what they gave me. I asked “wheres the caramel drizzle?” And they said they were OUT! Why didn’t they tell me this when I ordered it?I would have got something else if I known they were out of the caramel for the caramel Frappuccino. Really upset with this dumb over $6.00 drink that taste like nothing.They definitely need better staff!

STARBUCKS CORPORATE....If youre making cuts SHUT THIS STARBUCKS DOWN. They are RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY. People come in wanting a drink or to use the rest room. But they have CLOSED their cafe. McDonalds across the street has an open lobby. ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES, at every Starbucks Ive been to this week, theyve had an open lobby. Whoever runs this Starbucks should be removed immediately. I do NOT recommend this Starbucks. Get it together please. 1 star.

Typical Starbucks quality, so good. Service was definitely lack that morning. We got there at 5:30 and they wouldnt open for another 30 mins. No problem, there were about 4 employees that arrived while we were waiting. 6 came and went, they didnt open. Finally, a lady in the car behind us (there were 5 cars waiting) went to the door to get the employees attention.Long story short, it was 6:15-6:20 before our order was taken, we were the first car.

It was great. Not a long line. Fast and helpful service. My iced white mocha was perfect.

This location hasnt had their lobby open for weeks now. This has to be a liability considering the amount of cars waiting in the drive thru line winding throughout the entire parking lot daily that dont seem to move. The parking lot is not big enough for this size of a line and the customers do not pay attention in their cars. If you are trying to get into a near by business it is dangerous. Get it together or close this location and relocate please.

Location is great(right off the highway) and friendly baristas. I normally get the same drink every time and it’s a hit or miss. Some days they turn off their order ahead option which is an inconvenience when the line is always long!

The staff is rude. They don’t care about the customers at all. They randomly close early, or shut down the drive thru, or close the lobby. Suuuuuper slow. I’m thankful we have Scooters in town!

Workers here need to be appreciated way more than they are at this location. Regional really needs to look in promoting there supervisors there. They also need to update there security cameras for the employee safety at closing based off of the area. All in all great stop for coffee regulars need to be nicer to the workers here.

Drive thru only. The line was long but it moved pretty quickly. The person who took my order over the mic and the person at the window were very very nice! I need to start getting names so I can recognize them and let their employer know when they have workers doing amazing! My only complaint is not with the location but the company is that items that are no longer available or seasonal should be removed from the website.

8/16 New update. Today my wife went through the drive through and she got her drink and pumpkin loaf, they hand her the pumpkin loaf warmed up, she says excuse me I didn’t want the pumpkin Loaf warmed up the lady says it’s not, my wife says yes it is, the lady rudely and louder says NO ITS NOT, my wife calmly said well take it back feel it yourself and get me a new one please. The lady takes it back goes and gets her a new one and NO APOLOGY. SmhSome time in July Place doesn’t seem to be ran the same ever since the remodel. Light ice doesn’t mean light ice anymore, and on the occasion you do get light ice your drink is filled 2/3rds up. Order the same drinks every time/day and seem to get different concoctions every time.

Why is the lobby closed? There isn’t any notice on the door? Drive thru line longer than 30 mins 👎

I usually love Starbucks but this one made my drink completely wrong and I dont ever usually have that problem so I was not impressed with this one

I love this location. Everyone is so friendly, and I always bring my dogs with. They spoil and love them just as much as I do.

Breakfast sandwiches were great!!! Even though they were really busy, the customer service was great & it didnt take too long to get the order.

When they are open, they are fast, friendly and get orders perfect. In the morning, they are very unreliable on an opening time. There is a Quick Trip down the street. (Have a backup plan.)

As I have said before Starbucks is great at consistently but this one off of Blue Ridge in the mornings has one of the better Barista s. She was knowledgeable on thier products and advised on my second drink order. She knew what would be needed and the recipient of the drink was very pleased.

Three girls in there were booking it through a rush like it was nothing, mad props!

Slowest drive thru Ive ever sat in. Ive been trapped in this line for 30 minutes to get 2 coffees. Efficiency is clearly an issue at this location.

The store has been closed the past two times I’ve been interested in going. Google has said they’re open, their exterior signage is too small or nonexistent to see from the parking lot, and it’s never obvious that they’re shut down. Would love some answers...

Service was excellent!! The only issue I have was the drink looked like it had been sitting. I got 2 caramel Frappuccinos and on both the whip cream was already melted and the ice was almost nonexistent. Ive had this drink for about 20 minutes and you can see there is now zero ice in it.

Why is this the only store that always has their order ahead turned off?

After leaving my oatmeal off my order causing me to return and come into the store, they made me a soupy batch causing me to return and come back in. After waiting 5-10 min in line and oatmeal was still soupy, they told me it needed to steep. When I told them it had enough time to steep, the lady with red hair angrily made another batch. When I opened it was a glue like substance, it seemed on purpose. I didnt go back in. The coffee with milk were a dark Carmel color, when I asked for more milk, they then dumped 2inches out and over poured the milk resulting in cold coffee. This was a mismanaged and very rude crew. So disappointing.

Tried to order venti drinks and the girl said she couldnt do that she could only make tall or grande we asked why she said they didnt have venti cups... so we order and pull up to the window and clearly you can see threw the window... and they had venti cups. Why lie over a dam cup size... also took forever to get the drinks... I wont be going back to this StarbucksLees summit mo starbucks is where ill keep my money going they know how to make drinks.

I ordered a venti chai tea with four pumps sugar free vanilla. What I got was a chai tea latte (the latte is made with sugary syrup, not tea bags). This is not what I ordered! Maybe you should be more careful. You dont know why your customers order the way they do.

This location always has the nicest people. They are efficient and friendly. They make the BEST chai tea latte in the area. I drive past a couple of Starbucks to go to this one because my drink is always so good. Today they were having technical problems and everyone was still super nice and helpful and still didnt take as long as it could have. My favorite Starbucks 🙂🙂

Ive learned to double check the hours of this location before I go. Now Ive learned to avoid this location at all costs because Google & the Starbucks app are both wrong. Good luck showing up during operating hours.

The drive through is ALWAYS jam packed. Didnt like the wait.

They made a great choice of coffee but they had 4 people working and only one making drinks for both the store and drive through. They should at least have one other person working that knows how to make drinks. Its a busy travel day and the store is right off the highway.

Worst Starbucks ever. Went here three times and they messed my order up. Over charged me and get upset when you ask them to fix it. I try to be very nice Bc I know how it is working with the public, But come on three times.

They always have a good attitude, awesome customer service and willingness to fix mistakes with an apology. Even if its not their fault.

Why would you say open 530 on all sites show up at 6am, fully staffed store, call inside because cone is blocking drive thru and they say we open at 630. Everywhere literally says 530....

Normally, Ive never had any problems going to this Starbucks, but Thursday morning I stopped by and it was very busy both in the drive thru and inside. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Then this morning I went through the drive through and ordered a drink and a piece of pumpkin bread. My drink was fine, but I got banana nut bread. While I like it, it wasnt what I ordered.

Drinks are always amazing, servers are nice, but that wait tho 🤦‍♀️.... makes me wanna not ever stop..

Well, its your standard issue Starbucks, no better and no worse. The help seems to know what theyre doing, the coffee was good. They offer all the standard Starbucks Fare, and what I had of it seem to be well made

The customers and employees are pretty nice and polite very respectable. If I have any questions or my wife have any questions they always answer them. The store is very clean and then employees are always working doing everything Im supposed to be doing as far as I can see as a customer.

I am always satisfied when I order from this location. The employees are helpful & friendly, it is always clean inside and I like that they greet me or at least acknowledge that I am there. They provide pretty fast service as well.

Drinks were made quickly! Just a note on the bathroom, when you get in and press the lock button: if it flashes red, its locked, if it flashes green, its not locked 😣 definitely would prefer a real lock so when double checking, you dont accidentally unlock the door 🙄 other than that, the store was clean and our drinks are good!

Parking is arranged less than ideally but other than that I have no complaints about the product or staff. Everyone is happy friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast even when theyre busy.

Arrived here at 9:05am to use the drive through. Several cars in front of me. I was done and had my coffee by 9:15 and the employees were surprisingly bouncy during that rush of customers. Will continue to use this as my go-to Starbucks. Thank you.

Usually pretty fast service, but my drink is wrong every time, no matter what I order. I wish they would take the time to slow down and get it right. The staff are friendly, but its disappointing to pay $12 for an order and the pastry isnt even warm, etc. Today I ordered a flat white and it came back foamy, which isnt how its supposed to be -- thus the name flat.

2 stars only because the staff is great. Always friendly, and you can see theyre working hard. The coffee on the other hand, is always bitter. Starbucks coffee has been this way for well over 4 years at least. The company has focused itself on too many other aspects. They have neglected the main menu item.

I honestly drive out of my way to go to this location. My drinks are always perfect and the service timely and friendly.

Blonde espresso lattes are my thing and Starbucks has the best. Always friendly staff at this location and the mobile order times are fast...drive through lines are a bit of a challenge during peak times so plan accordingly

I try to talk to someone on a phone about an order I placed before 8 and then say they are close and then hang up on me and when I try to call back the ignore my call. Talk about terrible service

The workers were not friendly. Very kurt. They could at least try to be nice. They were young people and acted like they wanted to be some where else. The young man that made my coffins was more friendly than the one that took my order.
