Was waiting in line didgitaly at the court house so went across the street to the Common House Coffee. First time ever being there. Got a vanilla Latte hot. It was SO good. Not too hot so I could drink it straight away. Lady (didnt catch her name) was awesome and quick. Inside the coffee house there were comfy chairs and plenty of space. Price a super decent. Defiantly will be back.

What a great wonderful little surprise we stumbled upon today! It has been a while since we have been on the Independence Square but we had to go out for business today, and noticed a new coffee shop!The Lavender Latte was so great I had 3 of them! My finance who is not a coffee drinker was converted by the Eggnog espresso iced drink. We made new friends with the owners and the aesthetic atmosphere is top notch . There is also a virtual workspace in the back where you can work from home away from homeI am in love with this new find and will be making trips many many many more times in the future!

Today I had the pleasure of stumbling across this delightful coffee shop, Common House KC and as a side, meet the Owner Josh. He made me a delicious Pour Over and chatted for a bit. I am a new fan of this coffee shop, and its owner. If you want a great place to setup your laptop and work while sipping on a really really good cup of coffee, this is the spot. I loved the design, very minimalistic, earthy vibe with all the plants, and clean. I cant say enough good about this place, but its a must! And not to mention its in the super cute Independence Downtown Town Square. Stop in, youll be glad you did.

You wont be disappointed. Its been amazing to find a co-work space located in downtown Independence. The area is quaint and the amenities offered far exceeds what you can find elsewhere for the price. Shout out to Noah and Josh for bringing such a well needed opportunity to Independence.

Such a beautiful little coffee shop! Wanted to be adventurous and asked what the gentleman’s favorite drink was and so glad I took his advice. The lavender oat milk latte is the way to go, so good!

This is the most welcoming place. The coffee is top notch. By far the best coffee around. Beautiful and calming atmosphere.

Good coffee, nice place to stop by to do a little work. Closes at 2pm to the public though. They do rent work spaces and is open after 2 to members.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop into Common House based on what we were seeing on Instagram. We absolutely loved the location, the aesthetics inside, and the coffee made by Noah (amazing)! It’s a family business that has opened their doors for creatives and professionals. I’ve been a few times now and feel like family for sure!

Called with questions about using the space as a studying student & Josh was super helpful! Can’t wait to check it out with my girlfriends
