The staff at this T-Mobile location is exceptional!!! They knoe the ins and outs of each plan and all the features of the phonrs they sell, and explained them clearly. Especially, Stella!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my plan switch went through smoothly and correctly and made sure I was not overcharged for the switch. I greatly appreciated her diligence and assistance! I will continue to go to this location.

Came here to return a signal booster and there was an issue with the account. Marxus and Rene were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to resolve our problem timely. They demonstrated the utmost professionalism and we would definitely come to this store again in the future if we need anything again.

I went today 10/26/20, I was looking for iPhone 12, the seller guy asked me want I want, in a terrible mood, i maid 2 questions and he still answering me in a very rude way . Very bad service, I am a T-Mobile costumer for about 5 years, they should be more professional.
The wait time can be a little long depending on the time of the day you go but its worthwhile. They take their time to understand your concerns and they have excellent customer service skills. DO NOT GO TO PG PLAZA T-MOBILE. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GO HERE! Ive never been disappointed!

T-mobile is awesome, but this store is really bad.I bought myself a new phone at this store. After I got home I found out not only did they add $3.99/month for some service I never asked for, but they did something to my account to shut off my wifes phone while she was traveling.I had been with T-Mobile for years, I just needed a new phone. I repeatedly asked that no changes be made to my plan, nothing added, nothing changed. He asked if I wanted insurance, I said no. The rep in the store assured me everything would stay exactly as it was. There is no way on earth he misunderstood me. So either he accidentally added an extra $4/month service, or he did it on purpose just to get some commission.Somehow, the guy in the store also managed to cancel my wifes SIM, making it useless. She wasnt even with me, so she was unpleasantly surprised to find her phone suddenly stop working while she was traveling. Whatever the guy in the store did caused both our old SIM cards to become useless. There was no way for tech support to re-activate either my or her old SIM due to the changes he had made. So in order to get her phone working again, I had to go back to the store and get a completely new SIM card for her.I recommend avoiding this store altogether.

Mismanaged store. Which is a shame because most T-Mobiles are pretty good. This is store has gotten pretty horrible. Management should do something.
