Ms kendy and a gentleman named Daniel were super friendly and professional. I love coming to this store now, I hope they stay there . They deserve a raise . I also noticed they were training someone and they were very patient and the new guy was willing to learn everything .

Excellent customer service didnt miss a step I recommend this location 100 percent and ask for Abby she even stayed after close to finish and make sure we left satisfied. Appreckage the customer service above all thanks!

This store is under new management, so with that said, most of the employees who work here now have a good attitude and are very attentive to their customers. Regarding the Return policy on their accessories.. they dont do returns. Its COMPANY POLICY., every retail store has its own policies but they try to work something out with you. I have been to this store several times and I have always been greeted upon arrival and assisted in a timely manner.

The customer service at this location was horrible! It was so horrible that I had to write a review the same day that it occurred and I NEVER write reviews since I know it could cost someone there job! I wanted to give this employee the benefit of the doubt but the service was so bad that it ruined my day so I just had to write a review so that no other paying customer has to endure the same rudeness I did! When I arrived, I assumed there was no staff on duty since I was not greeted upon arrival and the other 2 customers in the store just seemed to be wandering around staring at the same phones waiting for help. As I walked closer towards the counter, I saw a young, Latina woman slouched on the table just staring at the computer looking as if she was beyond ready to go home even though the store had only opened 2 hours prior to my arrival. As I walked closer to the counter, I greeted her with a hi, how are you (since it was a Sunday, I was feeling Godly and was having a great morning) and all I got in return was Im good, no how are you back, no do you need help with anything, no nothing. Unfortunately, I still needed her help so I ignored her stank attitude. Anyways, fast forward... she was no help whatsoever and when I asked about doing a payment plan she told me that their location did not do them but another location possibly could. Now, I have worked in retail for years and I am not sure how Metro PCS works but in my experience if the store has ran out of an item or cannot comply to a customers needs a) we recommend trying another store but before sending them to another store b) we call the store first to verify if the product is in stock, and if it is not c) we look into the system to see which other stores acquire that specific item and if not d) we find out whether the item is online and let the customer decide if they want us to order the item and have it sent to the store to pick up or sent to their home. I received none of these options from this employee and I WILL NOT be returning to this location! If you want to go to a Metro PCS location with great customer service go to the one located in PG Plaza mall. There customer service is impeccable and they have numerous employees on hand in order to serve various customers at a time. Unfortunately, if youre looking for an iPhone, youll have to find another location since they do not acquire them since Metro doesnt want to hold iPhones there since theyre more likely to get stolen since its a stand. As I said before, if you do decide to go to this location just make sure youre ready to receive an attitude with the service you receive!

Everytime I have to pay my Cellphone bill no ones never there then I end up having to go to another location to pay the bill. Poor customer service and rude as hell.
