Took my old HP TouchSmart to Bayona for a fan replacement. The attendant was knowledgeable and professional. He called me the next day to inform me of the cost of parts. Once approved he ordered and replaced the parts. He was able to give me the repaired monitor back well before the date he originally provided. Pleasantly pleased with this establishment and I would definitely recommend.
