Marjorie was great help, my family and I have had the hardest time with our previous phone company and she made the switch easy and fast. We all love our new phones and everything has been great the last couple of weeks. I ended up coming in to add a brand new line and Marjorie was there again to help out and make it easy!

Don’t even waste your time. I walked in and had a rep look me in my eyes and not say a think. I sat down expecting someone to service me and still nothing. I had to walk up to someone and engage a conversation to be helped. Just go somewhere else honestly.

The AT&T Hyattsville is the absolute best store I’ve been to for service! The custom service from the store manager Leo is incredible! My sales agent Eric was incredible and issue resolving. The entire team is just so friendly while still being safe. The absolute best shopping experience by far! Truly mean this!! I would have never switch my service, but this locate did it for me. Yesterday I lost my phone and I was in Crofton so I went to the Crofton AT&T store in Bowie and I was able to pay off my old phone get my new phone and the little girl that was in the store he used 3 SIM cards and two phones later I had to leave the store and not even had the phone the phone wasnt working so then I had to get up early this morning and come to the AT&T store over here in PG Plaza and bring the phone to see if they could fix it because I was about ready to just not even have AT&T anymore and this this place over here they were able to work on it fix it I dont know what that other girl did to it but they were able to work through it all and fix it and I am very grateful and happy with their service so there are wonderful this is the PG Mall AT&T thank you

Kelly white was the worker who attended to me. First all he messed up with my account, he lied to me about preordering my new device when I switch from T-Mobile to at&t. I was charged form a device I’d get. He kept telling me to come back later and get the phone, I called AT&T and they told me no order was placed. Kelly really stressed me out a lot. I don’t even wanna be on at&t any more, I’ll switch back to T-Mobile. Nobody try to explain anything to me and I don’t know what’s going on. I came from T-Mobile to join AT&T only to find out it’s employees are robbers. Kelly is telling me it’s not him, he’s not even apologize for the scroll up he did to my account. He has no cetersy. I’m very angry and he keeps tell me non-sense even up to now.

I like this store, had a new phone from the mail and needed to transfer the info from 1 phone to the other . They helped me quickly and it was a day it snowed really heavy and they still came to work to provide there service. A lot of stores were closed and i was surprised they were open. But I plan on going back for another phone and to check out the new deals they have on other items . The service they provide is what makes me want to go back as well. Gave me the attention and listened to everything I wanted to do then and future wise .

Terrible customer service, sale persone doing an upgrade and talking with co-worker, while background music was to loud.. giving personal information at a level that I felt I was screaming to him. Store Manager introduced himself to us (Oscar), but never told sale persone to focused on the sale. After 2 hr left the facility with no phone and so disappointed with the staff. Never going back to this retail

Very good customer service, my visit was to get a family plan for my family and myself, and although there were some technical problems, Michel was patient and was able to help us transfer the 4 lines to AT&T.!
